DeSean Daggs lost his life at a house party when he was shot and killed by a Somali man who remains on the loose.
After we posted yesterday’s article, “25 reasons to end Somali refugee resettlement now,” readers began sending more examples of inexcusably bad behavior by Somalis who came to America at the invitation of the U.S. government and were given every opportunity to succeed.
That’s why refugee status is so coveted. You are automatically given legal status, a free education, Medicaid healthcare, subsidized housing if you need it, and access to help from a multiplicity of private and government sources. U.S. veterans and homeless Americans should only be so lucky.
But the story Tuesday listed more than 25 cases of violent crime, terrorist attacks, sexual assaults, and fraudulent schemes, not to mention the more than 40 known cases of Somalis leaving the U.S. to join foreign terrorist organizations.
One of the cases we didn’t know about was that of young DeSean Daggs in Minnesota.
Daggs, 23, of Eden Prairie, was shot and killed on Jan. 7 of this year at a house party near the University of Minnesota, while another 22-year-old man was shot and wounded at the same party in the city’s Dinkytown section. The shooter was described by police as a tall, 6-2, man with thin build “of Somali ethnicity and light complexion,” the Star-Tribune reported on Jan. 8.
Of the 11 countries included in President Trump’s refugee ban, Somalia has by far the worst track record of assimilation.
That ban expired last week and the U.S. will start accepting refugees again from the 11 high-risk nations, although Trump promises a more “extreme” vetting.
Vetting, however, offers few guarantees that the refugees will become good Americans. Many of the Somalis who have run afoul of the law came here as child refugees, making them impossible to vet.
Mall of America jihadist Mahad Abdiaziz Adbiraham
Recently we learned the Somali refugee who knifed two brothers at the Mall of America was not involved in an attempt to steal clothing – a false narrative put out by Bloomington police – but actually carried out an unprovoked act of jihad.
How do we know this? He admitted it in a prepared statement to the court. Mahad Abdiraham said he went to the mall on Nov. 12 to “answer the call for jihad.”
Just before Christmas we learned of a knife attack on an innocent woman, Morgan Evenson, while she was walking home from work at the Apple Store in Minneapolis. She was stabbed 14 times by a man described as Somali. That man remains at large and the Minneapolis police falsely described the attack, again, as a failed robbery. This despite the fact that he never reached for his victim’s purse.
The parade of Somali knife attacks continued last week when Khadar Hassan, 24, of St. Cloud was arrested and charged with second-degree assault for allegedly stabbing a woman he’d had a previous relationship with and was ordered to stay away from, the St. Cloud Times reports.
There are now an estimated 75,000 to 100,000 Somalis living in Minnesota. Many of the resettlements in the St. Cloud, Austin, St. Joseph and Willmar areas have been driven by the meatpacking industry.
And now Somali crime is starting to leak across the border from Minnesota into South Dakota.
Lutheran Social Services, which operates a refugee resettlement office in Sioux Falls, has offloaded more than 4,500 Somalis over the last decade.
But many of the Somalis resettled originally in Sioux Falls migrate to Aberdeen in search of work at Demkota Ranch Co., which runs a beef packing plant in the city. The latest group of approximately 50 Somalis arrived in Aberdeen on a bus in December, sources in the community told LeoHohmann.com.
South Dakotans are beginning to get a taste of the crime that has plagued Minnesota.
A Somali refugee was convicted last year for trying to sexually assault a wheelchair-bound mentally disabled woman at a group home in Aberdeen. Liban Mohamed, 39, had been in Aberdeen only a few days when he wandered away from the White House Inn, where he was living while hoping to land a job at the beef plant, and found the vulnerable woman sitting outside the group home. If a caretaker had not walked up and seen him with his hand reaching between the woman’s legs, there is no telling what he was planning to do next.
There have also been several shootings by Somalis in South Dakota.
In the summer of 2016, two Aberdeen men were shot at, one hit and wounded, in the street outside the Foxridge Apartments. The alleged shooter was Abdirhman Ahmad Noor, 24, who walked up to the injured man lying in the street and shot him a second time in the head. He miraculously survived, but Noor, who came to the U.S. as a child refugee, was charged with attempted murder and released on $50,000 bail. He never showed up for his March 2017 court hearing. Noor remains unaccounted for to this day.
Abdriham Ahmed Noor was released on bond after being arrested for a shooting in Aberdeen, skipped bail, and went into hiding.
South Dakota State Senator and GOP congressional candidate Neal Tapio is leading perhaps the nation’s most aggressive effort to expose the fraud of refugee resettlements from Somalia and other jihadist hotbeds. Tapio has introduced a series of bills that seek to rein in high-risk resettlements in his state.
“While many people see compassion to serve the less fortunate, the truth is the Somali community has not been able to assimilate and has proven to be a major terror threat in the United States,” Tapio said.
“Together with nebulous forces in the multinational meatpacking corporations, resettlement agencies and anti-American Islamic organizations with ties to terrorist networks, the Muslim Brotherhood, along with willing accomplices in the media, these policies to force relocation of proven subscribers to Islamic fundamentalism need to be exposed and crushed,” Tapio added.
Along with the cases cited above, the following list of documented examples shows a rather dubious record of behavior by Somali refugees and their family members.
Editor’s Note:As you read the story below, remember these types of legal actions are being filed all over the country as the Council on American Islamic Relations and other Muslim Brotherhood-backed groups aggressively wage civilizational jihad against the U.S., just as they have done in Europe. Lawfare is one of the main tools the Brotherhood uses against us, effectively weaponizing our own Constitution against us. I don’t think our Founding fathers ever imagined the First Amendment would be used this way, and I doubt my Catholic great-grandparents would have, in their wildest imaginations, thought of filing these types of suits against schools, jails, employers, etc. after they emigrated to America in the early 1900s.
An inmate has sued the Oregon Department of Corrections staff for failing to serve halal meals in accordance with his Muslim faith.
Turkish migrant and rapist Rashid Kambarov demands that the state of Oregon serve him halal meals in prison.
Rashid Kambarov, 29, who is serving an eight-year sentence for rape, filed a complaint this week in U.S. District Court in Pendleton.
The Turkish migrant is not a U.S. citizen but is living in the United States legally on a green card. He is currently incarcerated at Two Rivers Correctional Institution in Umatilla and is suing the superintendent along with other administrators at the prison, the Oregonian reports.
Betty Bernt, spokeswoman for the Department of Corrections, said the agency accommodates inmates’ requests for religious diets by offering a “meat alternative tray” or a kosher diet prepared in accordance with Jewish law.
A group of GOP House members were on an Amtrak train headed to a retreat in West Virginia Wednesday when the train crashed into a dump truck, causing multiple injuries, and some Democrats are taking to Twitter to voice their disappointment that the lawmakers were not killed.
One person has died, reportedly the driver of the garbage truck.
The White House issued a statement that no members of Congress or congressional staff were seriously injured. House Speaker Paul Ryan was on the train but uninjured.
That didn’t stop some from voicing their disappointment in vicious tweets.
One of the more high-profile Democrats to weigh in was Jonathan Tasini, who is a CNN talking head and Bernie Sanders surrogate. Tasini, who has run unsuccessfully for both U.S. House and Senate seats in New York, tweeted the following shortly after the crash was reported Monday morning:
Robert Schlesinger, managing editor at US News Opinion and a Democrat, also made fun of the train crash when it was announced that Republicans had been injured. After finding out the trash-truck driver had been killed, he deleted his tweet.
Deleted a tweet making fun of the train/truck crash when I saw there had in fact been a fatality.
Glenn Hurst, who describes himself as a “Proud liberal Democrat” and activist with Resist, a group that has organized protests against conservative speakers, announced on Twitter he was highly upset that Speaker Ryan had survived the crash.
Speaker Ryan was on a train that crashed but is ok. FUCK
I really don't feel sorry for any republicans who were hurt in train crash. They kind of deserve it, they are some heartless people. #GOPRetreat#WestVirginia
This is just a small sampling. Many more bizarre Democrat tweets can be found by searching #TrashTruck and #WestVirginia on Twitter.
The lawmakers were on the way to their annual strategy retreat and the crash occurred in Crozet, Virginia, about 110 miles southwest of D.C. and 90 miles east of their destination in White Sulfur Springs, West Virginia.
Rep. Mark Walker, R-N.C., who is also a pastor, described the situation on the ground.
Our train heading to our annual retreat with members of Congress has been an accident. Looks like smaller injuries at this point on train but serious injuries outside from collision. Apparently, we have hit a large dump truck… Helicopters and security are covering the area. pic.twitter.com/MNlWTocMRQ
Some Republicans saw it as too coincidental that a dump truck would be sitting on a train track as a train full of GOP lawmakers passed by, especially in light of the attempted mass shooting at a GOP softball practice last summer by Democrat James Hodgkinson. Republican Congressman Steve Scalise was seriously injured in that attack.
I’m not a conspiracy theorist, however a garbage truck on the train tracks shuttling a bunch of congressmen is no coincidence🤔 #WestVirginia#trainwreck
Mahad Abdiaziz Adbiraham told the court he stabbed to men at the Mall of America in the name of jihad and Allah. The media stays silent after originally misreporting the story as a failed robbery.
By LEO HOHMANN
According to the Minneapolis Star-Tribune and the Bloomington Police Department, it was nothing more than a case of an “interrupted theft” last November when Mahad Abdiaziz Adbiraham stabbed two brothers in the dressing room of a Macy’s store at the Mall of America.
“Police arrested a man they believe stabbed two other men who tried to stop him from stealing,” the Star Tribune reported.
The story got more bizarre from there.
Police, in cooperation with the Star-Tribune, concocted an entire false narrative to ensure that nobody got the idea that Somali refugees were knifing shoppers at the iconic mall in the name of Islam.
The Star-Tribune, spinning outright lies, went on to report:
“The incident started about 6:45 p.m. in a fitting room of the men’s department at Macy’s. Two men were trying on clothes and walked out of the fitting room to show others in their group. The suspect went into the fitting room and tried to steal some of the men’s belongings.
“The suspect was interrupted by the men; he pulled a knife and stabbed the victims.”
Now, two and a half months later, the truth comes out. Adbiraham, 20, was not trying to steal anybody’s clothing. He was trying to carve up two white American men with a knife in the name of Allah and jihad.
We know this because when he finally had his day in court last Thursday, he told us exactly what his intentions were.
In a statement to the court, Abdiraham said he went to the Mall of America on Nov. 12 to answer the “call for jihad by the Chief of Believer, Abu-bakr Al-baghdadi, may Allah protect him, and by the Mujahiden of the Islamic State.”
His statement added: “I understand that the two men I stabbed know and have explained the reason for my attack, and I am here reaffirming that it was indeed an act of Jihad in the way of Allah.”
Unfortunately, it has become standard operating procedure for police in the greater Minneapolis-St. Paul area to try to delay, conflate and suppress the truth from getting out to the public. Whenever a Somali refugee is arrested, the authorities’ first reaction is to provide cover for him. First and foremost, his identity as a refugee must never released until months later when he shows up in court, long after anyone is paying attention. And secondly police and their willing truth-suppressors at the Star-Tribune do their best to cover up or obfuscate the attacker’s true motives. It’s mental illness, a failed robbery attempt, anything but a jihad attack.
We saw this same game of cover-up in other recent incidents:
24-year-old Morgan Evenson was brutally attacked by a Somali and stabbed 14 times while walking home from work last month in Minneapolis. The police said it was a failed robbery, even though Evenson said her attacker never reached for her purse.
Last July when Justine Damond was gunned down by a Somali cop in Minneapolis as she came out pleading for help in her nightgown, we saw more of the same shenanigans. Nine months later the Minneapolis Police Department seems incapable of determining why Officer Mohamed Noor shot the unarmed white woman.
In June 2016 Minneapolis police again did their best duck and cover routine when residents of the Linden Hills community were terrorized by a gang of Somali youths for three straight days. More than a dozen of them raided the waterfront community and scared women off the beach by pretended to shoot them, ran their cars over residential lawns while screaming “jihad,” threatened to rape a young woman in her 30s and beat up one resident’s dog. The police were called repeatedly but never seemed to be able to make it to the neighborhood before the Somali mob disappeared. No arrests were made and the Star Tribune ignored the story, which I documented in my book Stealth Invasion by interviewing residents.
Minneapolis Police Department has tolerated an active Sharia cop who patrols Somali neighborhoods making sure Islamic dress codes and other Sharia rules are being followed.
In 2014 a mysterious New Year’s Day explosion occurred at a building containing several apartments and a grocery store in the heavily-Somali area of Cedar Riverside, Minneapolis. According to a Freedom of Information lawsuit filed by Judicial Watch, the city fire department requested that the federal ATF not investigate the explosion, which killed three people, and the investigation has never come to an official conclusion on the cause. All of the apartments were occupied by Somali residents.
Abdiraham also said in his statement to the court Thursday that Americans will not be safe as long as “your country is at war with Islam.”
Activist makes strange statement: Was it a slip of the tongue?
Omar Jamal, an activist an leader in the Minnesota Somali community, said he was aware of Abdiraham’s declaration of war against Americans and made a stunning admission to KSTP.
Omar Jamal, a longtime Somali leader in Minnesota, says the mall stabber is not alone in his hatred of America.
“This is a widespread sentiment with Somali youth,” Jamal said.
Jamal said the federal government’s effort to make it difficult for would-be jihadists to travel abroad and join a terrorist group has had unintended consequences locally.
“What is very concerning in this instance, is the fact that youth are exploring more ‘How can I do something here, what weapons are accessible,'” he said.
A spokesman for the FBI said the agency is aware of the statement, but could not comment.
The two victims are out of the country, but court documents say they plan to return in time for Abdiraham’s sentencing in February.
If authorities determine the stabbing was an act of terrorism, there could be more legal consequences for Abdirahahm. Apparently they need more than the attacker’s own admission to come to this conclusion.

Two Michigan residents attended a BRIDGES meeting hosted by the Detroit office of the FBI recently that left them stunned by the level of Islamist infiltration at the Bureau.
BRIDGES is a quarterly FBI outreach program that stands for Building Respect in Diverse Groups to Enhance Sensitivity, whereby the FBI hosts workshops for law enforcement and various immigrant communities. They’ve been held in Boston, Detroit, Houston and Minneapolis-St. Paul and some city police departments host similar meetings on their own, without the FBI in attendance.
According to the FBI website, BRIDGES “brings together members of diverse communities and state, local, and federal law enforcement agencies to discuss issues and concerns within their communities.”
In southeastern Michigan, those diverse communities include an array of Islamic migrant enclaves, both Shia and Sunni, as well as Coptic, Chaldean and Assyrian Christians forced to flee their Middle Eastern homelands by the Islamic State and other jihadist groups.
The outreaches can sometimes go to bizarre lengths to demonstrate the FBI’s respect for Islam.
In St. Paul, for example, the FBI boasted in its Oct. 7, 2014 edition of the Law Enforcement Bulletin that the local police department “hosted its first halal cookout” with the Somali Muslim community.
The Jan. 10 BRIDGES meeting in Michigan serves as a fresh reminder of how the FBI has made a concerted effort to divert the eyes of law enforcement away from Muslim communities as potential breeding grounds for terror and refocus attention on “Islamophobic” American citizens.
The meeting, held at the Troy Police and Fire Training Center in Oakland County, an affluent suburb of Detroit, was described as “painful to watch” by two guests who attended.
Dick Manasseri, an activist with Secure Michigan and a resident of Oakland County, gained entry to the meeting by way of a guest invitation from the American Middle Eastern Christian Congress, a regular attendee. But he said he heard nothing about the plight of persecuted Middle Eastern Christians now living in Oakland County.
Instead, almost the entire hour-and-a-half meeting was spent focusing on Islamic religious and cultural practices and trying to debunk any derogatory information police officers may have received about Islamic ideology.
The FBI’s point person for this task was Bushra Alawie, a young female Muslim wearing a full head covering, or hijab. Alawie served in the Army National Guard and upon leaving the Guard in September 2016 the FBI hired her to be its “community outreach specialist” in Detroit.
The mother of four spoke confidently and without any trace of an accent during her presentation on Islamic “cultural education.”
“I get that initial look like, ‘is that really Bushra’ because of my visibly Muslim attire,” she told Detroit’s WXYZ-TV in 2016. “Immediately those rumors are dispelled and it’s business as usual.”
Alawie admitted in the WXYZ interview that her real mission at the FBI is not to ferret out tips and information useful in the apprehension of terrorists but rather it is to “combat Islamophobia.”
That just happens to be the same exact mission of the Muslim Brotherhood-offshoot Council on American-Islamic Relations, which has an entire division called the Department to Monitor and Combat Islamophobia. And while he did not attend the January meeting, CAIR’s Michigan chapter head, Dawud Walid, has a standing invitation to the FBI’s quarterly BRIDGES meetings in metro Detroit.
Also on the FBI’s invite list is CAIR’s former Michigan chapter leader, Muthanna Al-Hanooti, who was convicted in 2011 of conspiring to work for a foreign government, Saddam Hussein’s Iraq, and making false statements to the same FBI. Yes, that would be the same FBI which now courts him as a guest at its Detroit-area outreach meetings.
About that phrase “Allahu Akbar,” so frequently shouted during the commission of Islamic terrorist attacks, Alawie assured the police officers in attendance not to worry or give it a second thought.
According to her, “Allahu Akbar”:
Is said by Muslims 85 times a day
Was said by Jews and Christians before Islam began
Would be used to celebrate the birth of a child or in the prayer of a sick person
Is perfectly normal and not particularly associated with violent jihad.
She explained that “jihad” means:
An inner struggle – for her to “not eat cheesecake”
Higher jihad – inner struggle
Lower Jihad – to defend one’s property.
She mentioned that “Jihad” was even a name taken by Christian men on occasion and that there was an FBI employee of Palestinian descent whose name was Jihad.
According to Alawie, if we Americans understand these subtleties, then we will be well on our way to wiping out Islamophobia.
Where did the impetus for this FBI focus on Islamophobia come from? It certainly did not originate in Oakland County, Michigan, or even Washington. It’s international in scope.
“Combatting Islamophobia” has been a top priority, since at least 2005, of the United Nations and the Muslim Brotherhood-dominated Organization of Islamic Cooperation, a 57-nation group of Muslim-majority nations that makes up the largest voting bloc at the U.N.
The OIC adopted its 10-year Strategic Action Plan to Overcome Islamophobia in 2005, calling for nations to pass new laws “including deterrent punishments” for those guilty of Islamophobia. This crime was described as any speech that counters the OIC’s statement that “Islam is the religion of moderation and tolerance.”
This 10-year plan served as the basis for the 2011 U.N. Human Rights Resolution 16/18, which encourages every nation in the world to adopt hate-speech laws making “defamation of religion” a crime. There is only one religion, however, that seeks to punish people for speech deemed offensive to its members – Islam. Many nations in Western Europe, including the UK, Germany and Sweden obliged, as did Canada, and passed hate-speech laws geared toward punishing these vile Islamophobes.
It was also around this same time frame – 2010 to 2012 – that lesson plans in public schools across the United States started incorporating large sections on Islam, emphasizing it as a religion of peace and tolerance. Any teacher who resisted was an Islamophobe.
In February 2017 U.N. Secretary General Antonio Gutteres cited “Islamophobia” as the fuel that has ignited the rise of global terrorism. This U.N. focus on Islamophobia came during the peak offensives of ISIS, al-Nusra and other jihadist groups conducting a genocide against Christian minorities in Iraq and Syria – exposing the global body’s agenda as more concerned about speech deemed offensive to Muslims than beheadings, rapes and mass-murdering of Christians.
Philip Haney, a former Customs and Border Protection officer who became a founding member of the Department of Homeland Security in 2003 and a member of the Advanced Targeting Team before retiring in July 2015, said the FBI did not get to the point of rolling out Bushra Alawie overnight.
When Haney tried to blow the whistle on Homeland Security ineptitude, he found himself the target of repeated investigations and harassment. A critical data template he developed to catch terrorists before they strike was erased from the DHS computer system. He was an Islamophobe.
Haney believes the term “Islamophobia” was created by the global Islamic movement to set up a watered-down version of the blasphemy laws that terrorize Christians and other religious minorities in the Middle East.
Instead of a stern-looking mullah or sheikh enforcing the blasphemy laws under penalty of death, the Muslims in the West use people like Bushra Alawie, who deliver the same warning with a smile, under penalty of losing one’s reputation and career.
“She wouldn’t have been given that platform under the old rules,” Haney said. “These concessions to Islam have been developing for a long time, and the fact that someone like her would be endorsed by the FBI and given that platform, it would never have happened without all those previous developments at the OIC, U.N., and the fervent work of Obama holdovers in the FBI.”
Scrubbing FBI training manuals
One of the more crucial developments came in 2011 – the same year the U.N. adopted Resolution 16/18. That’s when more than 50 Muslim organizations, many with ties to the Muslim Brotherhood, sent a letter to Obama’s then-deputy national security adviser John Brennan demanding he remove from FBI training manuals all references to Islam deemed offensive to Muslims. They also requested that the FBI and DHS rid themselves of all “biased experts” – people like Haney – and “immediately create an inter-agency task force to address the problem.”
Brennan and then-FBI chief Robert Mueller fell over like a stack of dominos. They immediately scrubbed the training manuals and began purging federal agencies of patriots with expert knowledge of Islamist ideology.
Instead of true terrorism experts, police would receive training from people like Bushra Alawie, the smooth-talking, hijab-wearing Muslim apologist with the contagious smile.
Since most local police chiefs get training from the FBI Academy, the same drivel that now passes for counter-terrorist instruction at the Bureau gets filtered down to police departments nationwide.
But Trump is rectifying all of this right? Unfortunately, no. All of the Muslim infiltrations of the government remain in place. Hiring a woman like Alawie to present an unrealistic view of Islam is the new normal at the FBI.
Other highlights from the BRIDGES meeting:
Troy Mayor Dane Slater welcomed the meeting attendees to the “most diverse city in Michigan.”
Troy Police Chief Gary Mayer, along with four of his senior officers, welcomed their federal counterparts from the FBI and witnessed the guidance provided by the FBI regarding the normalcy of “Allahu Akbar” and benevolent jihad.
Praise was offered for the Obama-appointed former U.S. Attorney Barbara McQuade who was fired by Trump.
Examples offered of domestic terrorism repeatedly focused on white supremacist groups, who are seen as more dangerous than Islamic terrorism according to the teaching of the previous administration and the United Nations-endorsed Strong Cities Network.
The FBI’s special agent in charge of Detroit said there remains no clear motive for the Las Vegas massacre.
Mental health was injected as an explanation for violent activity per the Muslim Brotherhood playbook.
Celebration of the long-standing civil rights partnership between the FBI and the Muslim community was marked with recognition awards.
“Everything was about welcoming, welcoming, welcoming,” Manasseri said. “It was terribly discouraging, including when they talked about domestic terrorism and they kept coming back to white supremacism and how do you protect us from white nationalism? Stunning.”
To counter the false and incomplete training being given by the FBI, Manasseri has co-founded a project called Sharia Crime Stoppers in partnership with a retired police chief.
“The Muslim Brotherhood-managed FBI and its pandering to Islam at 60-plus BRIDGES meetings since the 9/11 terrorist attacks provides ample evidence that Michigan is already living under Sharia, even while it contemplates the candidacy of Sharia-compliant and Muslim Brotherhood-groomed candidate Abdul El-Sayed for governor,” Manasseri said.
El-Sayed is running on the Democratic ticket in Michigan’s 2018 gubernatorial race. CAIR’s Dawud Walid has already said, in an article for the Detroit News, that any questions to Muslim candidates about Sharia law are off limits. For any journalist or concerned citizen to ask such a question would be Islamophobic.

Gayer and Hilsenrath were the only parents to publicly complain when children at the school were subjected to an Islamic propaganda video.
Seventh-grade students at Chatham Middle School in the Chatham, New Jersey, were forced to endure Islamic propaganda films that included an explicit call to convert to Islam through a disturbing set of videos in their World Cultures and Geography class.
The school district now faces a federal lawsuit filed by the Ann Arbor-based nonprofit Thomas More Law Center.
TMLC attorney Kate Oliveri said the Chatham Board of Education and certain school-district teachers are “waging a war” against the religious protections afforded by the First Amendment.
“They attack religious liberty by enticing young school children with a direct call to convert to Islam and providing a step-by-step guide on how to effect that conversion,” Oliveri said.
One of the videos, linked here, seeks to convert students to Islam and is filled with Islamic religious beliefs presented as facts, as well as pure Islamic propaganda. This five-minute video ends with the prayer: “May God help us all find the true faith, Islam.”
If anything remotely that aggressively Christian were presented to public-school children in any corner of the United States, the ACLU would be ready to pounce with a lawsuit. But the ACLU is curiously nowhere to be found in this case.
Thank God for the Thomas More Law Center, said James Komaniecki, president of RestoreAmericanLiberty.com.
“Thank Almighty God that TMLC is taking these people to the mat on this,” said Komaniecki. “If we don’t stand up to radical Islam in our own nation, we will be undermined from within until nothing remains of our own culture and Christian faith.”
The federal lawsuit was filed Jan. 23 in the New Jersey District Court against several officials and teachers of the Chatham Middle School and the school district.
The lawsuit, claiming several violations of the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, was filed on behalf of Libby Hilsenrath and her 12-year-old son, who attends the middle school.
The video presented to students includes the following phrases as facts:
“Allah is the one God who created the heavens and the earth, who has no equal and is all powerful.”
“Muhammad (Peace be upon him) is the last and final Messenger of God. God gave him the Noble Quran.”
“Lo, We have sent thee (O Muhammad) with the truth, a bringer of glad tidings and a warner.”
“What is the Noble Quran? Divine Revelation sent to Muhammad (S) last Prophet of Allah. A Perfect guide for Humanity.”
“The Noble Quran: Guidance, Mercy and Blessing for all Mankind.”
“The Noble Quran: Without any doubt and an eloquent guide from Allah.”
“The Beautiful Quran: Guidance for the wise and sensible.”
“Islam: A shining beacon against the darkness of repression, segregation, intolerance and racism.”
This propaganda video also contains excerpts from the Quran stating that Islam is the “perfected” religion and the only religion for mankind. And it ends with a call to conversion: “May God help us all find the true faith, Islam.”
But just as shocking is the background music which includes the poem “Qaseedah Burdah” in Arabic, describing Christians and Jews as “infidels” and praising Muhammad in gruesome detail for slaughtering them:
“He [Muhammad] kept on encountering with them (infidels) in every battle until they looked like meat put on butcher’s bench (they were the lesson for those who were willing to encounter with the Muslims)” (parenthetical in original).
“It is as though the religion of Islam was a guest that visited every house of those (infidels and was) extremely desirous for the flesh of enemy. . .” (parenthetical in original).
“(The Muslims made their) white shining swords red (with the blood of infidels) after they were plunged; (and the majority of) enemies were having black hair (i.e., most of them were young).” (parenthetical in original).
The seventh graders were not informed of the kidnappings, beheadings, slave-trading, massacres, and persecution of non-Muslims, nor of the repression of women — all done in the name of Islam.
Muhammad personally oversaw the beheading of between 600 and 900 Jewish men and boys at the Battle of the Trench outside Medina in 627 A.D.
“What would people say if our public schools taught Christianity as the true faith?” asked Richard Thompson, president and chief counsel of TMLC. “After watching this video, I can’t imagine any reasonable person saying this is not Islamic indoctrination. Chatham Middle School made a mockery of the First Amendment’s Establishment Clause.”
When Libby Hilsenrath first brought her concerns to the school board’s attention, on Feb. 6, 2017, they were dismissed out of hand.
And when she appeared on Fox News’ Tucker Carlson Show a week later to express her concerns to the nation, she was roundly condemned by the school community. [See interview with Tucker Carlson below]
It would be bad enough if this type of indoctrination into Islam were happening in one school or in one school district. But it’s widespread throughout the nation, Thompson said, only rarely being called to account by alert parents.
“Clueless school administrators across our nation are allowing this type of indoctrination to take place, and it’s up to vigilant and courageous parents like Libby Hilsenrath to stop it,” he said.
Because of Hilsenrath’s attempts to get the board of education to remove the videos and end the Islamic indoctrination of her son and the other seventh-grade students, she was subjected to a barrage of personal attacks from her own community: “hateful,” “ignorant,” “intolerant,” “racist,” “closed minded,” and “Islamophobic,” to name a few.
These attacks only intensified after she appeared on the Tucker Carlson Show.
Seventh-grade students were also instructed to view a subtle propaganda cartoon video, 5 Pillars, which included bright, multi-colored words quoting the Islamic conversion creed: “There is no god except Allah and Prophet Muhammad is His messenger.”
The video concludes with text containing contact information for the students of Chatham Middle School to set up their own mosque tour.
Defendants named in the case include Chatham Schools Superintendent Michael LaSusa, Assistant Superintendent Karen Chase, principal Jill Gihorski, and teachers Steven Maher, Megan Keown and Christine Jakowski.
Among the lessons of this case are:
Sometimes it only takes one or two parents to make a difference.
Sadly, most school districts will only respond to legal action taken by a competent legal team.
There is legal help available from agencies like Michigan-based Thomas More Law Center and Florida-based Liberty Counsel. But these agencies must be notified by alert parents before they can act.

Illegal immigrants are quietly being placed on commercial airliners, paid for by the government, and relocated from border areas into cities across the interior of the United States according to a new report by the watchdog agency Judicial Watch.
In the last week alone, groups of illegal aliens boarded planes at airports in Texas and Arizona accompanied by a taxpayer-funded government escort in civilian clothes to avoid drawing attention, high-ranking Homeland Security officials told JW.
The first flight originated at Valley International Airport in Harlingen, Texas, and was bound for Minneapolis. The second left from Tucson International Airport and arrived in Salt Lake City, Utah, federal sources told JW.
In both cases the illegal aliens appeared to be in their late teens and were escorted by a Health and Human Services chaperone. Judicial Watch contacted HHS for comment but did not hear back from the agency.
The illegal aliens wear red HHS wrist bands and receive “the gold-glove treatment,” according to a veteran federal official, who added that the undocumented migrants get priority boarding ahead of all other passengers, including law enforcement personnel.
“It is shameful and dangerous,” said a seasoned Homeland Security agent with direct knowledge of the secret operations.
Front-line Homeland Security officials have complained about the cost and security risk of flying illegal-alien minors to the destination of their choosing within the U.S., according to a longtime Immigration and Customs Enforcement official present at meetings where the policy was discussed.
One of the closed-door meetings, late last year, included President Donald Trump and his chief of staff, John Kelly, according to JW.
“It appears the Trump administration has chosen to ignore the concerns of rank-and-file federal agents, instead opting to quietly extend the controversial Obama-era policy that relocates illegal immigrants to unsuspecting communities nationwide,” JW reports.
The revelation comes as Democrats and Republicans are embroiled in a divisive debate over how and when to grant amnesty to 800,000 so-called DREAMERs, who were brought to the U.S. illegally by their parents.
Thanks to our earlier article and new details from Judicial Watch, we now know the Obama-era policy known as “catch and release” is being continued by the Trump administration.
In a period of a few months, border crossings skyrocketed from 11,100 in a single month to 26,000. Immigrants from Asia are also entering the U.S. through Mexico. In San Diego, agents apprehended dozens of illegals from Asian countries in the last few months, including at least 60 from India and more than a dozen from Islamic Pakistan.
More border horror
Judicial Watch is not the only watchdog agency that is trying to draw attention to the renewed surge at the U.S.-Mexico border.
William Gheen, president Americans for Legal Immigration, also called ALIPAC, said word is spreading that Trump is either unwilling or unable to back up his tough talk on immigration.
“Instead of everyone talking about the years of tough immigration enforcement and large-scale deportations, we are talking about DACA and comprehensive immigration reform/amnesty legislation just like under Obama and Bush and this has returned the surge at our southern border,” Gheen said. “Attempting deals with Democrats on amnesty is a losing strategy for all Americans.”
Gheen said his organization wants Trump to refocus on enforcing existing laws, firing Obama-era stealth-invasion facilitators from their jobs, and kicking illegals out of America. He says this would require “zero participation from Congress or Democrats.”
In a recent article in the Washington Times, border-patrol agents in Texas said they’ve been ordered to release illegal immigrants caught entering through Mexico because detention centers have run out of space. This has caused a surge in illegal crossings, because there is no punishment to deter the lawbreakers.
Obama’s long-term strategy playing out in real time
Obama’s border policies remain in place because Obama managers are still running federal agencies. Chris Crane, head of the ICE officers’ union, refers to the Obama holdovers as “incompetent, corrupt and anti-enforcement.”
This is exactly how Obama planned it.
Back in April 2015, a conference of the White House Task Force on New Americans was held at the open-borders advocating Migration Policy Institute. It was there that Obama chief domestic policy adviser Cecilia Muñoz laid out the grand strategy to “institutionalize” her boss’s immigration policies so they would endure long after he left the White House.
Muñoz said the plan was to “integrate” millions of migrants and refugees into “welcoming communities” across the U.S. [Remember the term “integrate” is the opposite of “assimilate” meaning cities receiving the “New Americans” would change whatever is necessary to accommodate the migrants, rather than the migrants adapting to the cultural norms of the cities].
Cecilia Muñoz, former chief domestic policy adviser to President Obama. Her plan of continuing Obama immigration policies beyond the term of her boos is working like a charm.
Muñoz emphasized to those in the room that her focus in Obama’s second term would be on making sure Obama’s “historic” immigration policies got “institutionalized” so they would remain in place long into the administrations of future presidents.
Obama created the Task Force on New Americans Nov. 21, 2014, when he announced his plan to unilaterally grant amnesty to more than 5 million illegal immigrants and child migrants. His administration also brought in an average of about 70,000 refugees per year from places like Iraq, Somalia, Afghanistan, Sudan, Bhutan, Burma and Syria.
Muñoz, a former executive with the Marxist National Council of La Raza, said it was her job “to make sure we build this really into the DNA across the federal bureaucracy, at a leadership level, but much more importantly to make sure that when political appointees like me are no longer here this (immigration strategy) is built into what those agencies do and think about every day.”
Muñoz said it was important for the federal government to standardize, set benchmarks and “measure successes,” ensuring states and localities create the desired “welcoming communities” for immigrants and refugees.
Eva Millona, co-chair of National Partnership for New Americans, a coalition of 34 organizations involved in everything from protecting immigrant rights to providing social services, echoed the call for a strong federal role.
“We have been pushing to really have a centralized leadership in terms of implementation of this report,” Millona said. “We are happy that the report has called for a centralized entity to really move it forward.”
Millona spoke of “diverse needs” of the immigrants and making sure those needs were met.
She said 34 organizations affiliated with the National Partnership for New Americans already had “boots on the ground” in 29 states, including all manner of service providers, immigrant rights attorneys, interpreters, and advocates “to make sure immigrants have what they need.”
“It’s a national group and the only one of its kind pushing an immigration integration agenda forward,” Millona said.
Silent on ‘assimilation’ and security risks
The 2015 conference was also notable for what was not addressed.
Hotbutton issues of assimilation and protecting national security never came up during the 90-minute conference held in April 2015 at Migration Policy Institute in Washington.
There was not a peep about the poor record of assimilation into American society by refugees from Somalia and other Muslim countries. Dozens of Somalis living in Minnesota and other states have been arrested on charges of providing material support to terrorist groups al-Shabab, al-Qaida and ISIS. The FBI had put out a bulletin on its newest “most wanted terrorist,” Liban Haji Mohamed, just weeks before the April 2015 conference. Mohamed was a Somali-American cab driver from Northern Virginia who entered the country as a refugee. Two Iraqi refugees living in Kentucky were also arrested in 2011 and charged with sending support to al-Qaida.
Six Bosnian natives who immigrated to the U.S. were indicted in February in New York for allegedly sending money and military equipment to al-Qaida in Iraq and the ISIS terror group.
The Boston Marathon bombers were also Muslims who entered the country as asylum seekers from Chechnya.
Another Somali-American, 23-year-old Abdirahman Sheik Mohamud of Columbus, Ohio, was indicted on charges that he provided a computer and other support to terrorists during a trip to the Middle East. He came to the United States from Somalia as a child refugee.
But rather than addressing assimilation and national security problems, the conference on “New Americans” focused on “integration.” It’s the new buzz word for planting diverse, multicultural communities within communities.
Obama, in his Nov. 21 2014 memo, challenged 16 federal agencies to get involved in the effort of “creating welcoming communities.” The focus should be three-pronged, Muñoz said — economic, linguistic and civic.
What was meant by “civic” was never explained, but some observers saw it as preparing the new migrants to be registered voters and activist citizens who engage in political issues favorable to open borders and easy paths to citizenship for new generations of migrant workers and refugees. We see that playing out today with the large protest rallies held whenever Trump announces a new policy, such as his travel ban, mean to protect national security.
Planting ‘seedlings’
We also have evidence from Susan Payne, who infiltrated a telephone conference call earlier in 2015 with more than a dozen members of Obama’s White House Task Force on New Americans.
Payne told radio host Mark Levin that by listening in on the call she learned the following: The participants spoke of their plans to plant “seedlings” of immigrant populations into “receiving communities” that would be cultivated into fertile “soil.”
The idea was that the seedlings would sprout and grow into communities within communities. This is “integration.” The soil, meaning the community, needed to be changed to accommodate the needs of the seedlings, rather than the other way around. Eventually, the mature seedlings would take over the host community.
Waging a propaganda war on ‘receiving communities’
Preparing the receiving communities requires agitators on the ground at the local level. Their role is to combat any push back that might be encountered from local residents.
One big player in this propaganda war is Welcoming America, which was started with seed money from billionaire George Soros. Its stated mission is to work at the grassroots level, setting up “welcoming communities” in cities and counties across the U.S. Soros’s Open Society Institute granted the organization $150,000 in December 2010.
Munuz encouraged every community in every state to establish an immigration integration plan.
“The reason for the lightning speed on this is the president gave us a timeline, because he is eager for what we can accomplish, eager for outcomes,” Muñoz said Friday. “We’re making sure the federal government is doing its job and doing its best to lift up cities, mayors and local governments, to make sure others are taking this job on as well, and we have great, great examples to follow of many in this field of building welcoming communities.”

A young woman of East African descent was arraigned in court Friday on charges of first-degree arson after she allegedly set a series of fires on the campus of St. Catherine University in retaliation for U.S. military intervention in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Tnuza Jamal Hassan, 19, is a former student at the school and a resident of Minneapolis, home to a large community of refugees from East Africa, including Somalia and Ethiopia.
Tnuza Jamal Hassan, 19, appeared at her arraignment hearing Friday in a makeshift burqa covering all but her eyes.
She reportedly told police she “wanted the school to burn to the ground” and that her intent was to “hurt people,” according to the complaint charging her with one count of felony first-degree arson filed in Ramsey County District Court.
“Hassan said this was the same thing that happened in the ‘Muslim land’ and nobody cares if they get hurt, so why not do this?” according to the complaint.
The prosecution further alleges that “…She told the police and fire investigators [sic] ‘You guys are lucky that I don’t know how to build a bomb because I would have done that,’” the Star-Tribune reported.
Police in Minneapolis did not release her immigration status.
No injuries were reported in the fires, which began about 11:40 a.m. with the first blaze, and ended about 2 p.m. with Hassan’s arrest on campus.
Hassan made her first appearance in court Friday afternoon. Her bail was set at $100,000. She was also ordered to stay away from the campus and surrender her passport.
Defendant appears before judge in makeshift burqa
Hassan wore an orange jumpsuit under an apparent makeshift burqa consisting of a black face covering. Only her eyes were exposed, and a large white sheet was draped over her head. She spoke two words during the brief hearing, answering, “Yes, yes,” when Ramsey County District Court Judge Sophia Vuelo asked if she was the defendant in the case.
“There’s a clear intent to harm or kill people here,” Assistant Ramsey County Attorney Margaret Galvin said in arguing for $100,000 bail and the other conditions.
Galvin said authorities are investigating possible international ties to Hassan.
Hassan’s attorney, Patrick Nwaneri, asked for $5,000 bail, noting that his client had no criminal record. Vuelo rejected the request, saying Hassan was a clear threat to public safety.
Court documents gave this account of Hassan’s alleged activities and motives:
“She said she had been a student at Saint Catherine’s but quit last fall because she and her family were planning to vacation in Ethiopia,” the complaint said. “Hassan said she started the fires because she’s been reading about the U.S. military destroying schools in Iraq and Afghanistan and she felt that she should do exactly the same thing.
“She said that her fire-starting was not as successful as she had wanted. She said the most successful fire she set was at Saint Mary’s where she set a couch on fire.”
Books, toilet paper and sanitary napkins were among the objects set on fire, St. Paul fire assistant chief Mike Gaede and Sara Berhow, a university spokeswoman, told the Star-Tribune.
The criminal complaint noted there were four “intentional fires” and that Hassan allegedly admitted to starting eight fires in six buildings. All but one occurred in garbage cans.
The complaint said 33 children and eight adults were at a daycare in one of the buildings at the time the fires were set. Ten to 15 students were also evacuated from the building.
Letter speaks of ‘radical ideas’
Hassan allegedly told police she had written a letter to her roommates containing “radical ideas about supporting Muslims and bringing back the caliphate,” the complaint said.
Over the last 10 years Minnesota has been by far the top resettlement state for Ethiopians, according to data online at the U.S. State Department’s Refugee Processing Center.
The letter frightened her roommates, who provided it to campus security.
‘All faiths’ welcome at Catholic university
St. Catherine’s bills itself as a private, Catholic, liberal arts university with campuses in Minneapolis and St. Paul. But students don’t have to be Catholic to attend, and the school prides itself on its commitment to diversity and “social justice.” Muslim students are welcomed and encouraged to apply for admission, despite Islam’s rejection of Jesus Christ as the Son of God, and the campus has an active chapter of the anti-Israel, pro-Hamas Muslim Student Association.
“Welcoming those of all faiths, the Chapel is our most cherished space for sacred ritual, prayer and reflection.”
The university website features a photo of a group of graduates, one of whom is a female wearing a red hijab.
“We are shocked and saddened by the reported statements made by a former student, Tnuza Hassan, regarding her motives for starting fires on campus earlier this week,” said a statement from St. Catherine University President ReBecca Koening Roloff posted on the school’s website.
Court records show no history for Hassan. She was a St. Paul Public Schools student, first enrolling in the district in 2010 at Highland Park Junior High. She graduated from Johnson Senior High in 2016, according to the school district.

South Charleston High School was one of at least three Charleston-area schools that allowed a local mosque to solicit its teachers and invite them to a workshop on the Muslim culture and religion.
By LEO HOHMANN
Parents and taxpayers in Charleston, West Virginia, are starting to ask questions about what’s going on in their public schools after teachers were recently targeted by what appears to have been a brazen violation of separation of mosque and state.
Kanawha County Schools Superintendent Dr. Ronald Duerring gave his approval for the Islamic Association of West Virginia to place personal invitations into each teacher’s school mailbox to attend a “Get to Know Your Muslim Student Event” at the mosque on Jan. 25.
“We came back from lunch [on Jan. 4] and found them in our mailboxes,” said a teacher who asked not to be identified for fear of professional repercussions.
The invitation included a request for teachers to “Please RSVP by Jan. 19.”
See the invitation below.
The invitation appeared in the teacher mailboxes of at least three Charleston-area schools:
South Charleston High School
John Adams Middle School
Ruthlawn Elementary
When contacted by a local resident in his district and asked about the Muslim outreach to teachers, Duerring said he had spoken with the school-district attorney, Jim Withrow, who said there “wasn’t a problem” with regard to church-state issues.
Duerring, reached by phone Thursday afternoon, said he did not consider it at all controversial for schools in his district to be allowing mosque leaders access to their teachers.
“That’s not a controversy for us and, no, I am not going to answer any of your questions,” Duerring said before abruptly ending the conversation.
Brenda Arthur, a local insurance broker who leads the Greater Charleston ACT For America chapter, says she will approach the Kanawha County Board of Education at its Thursday night meeting on Jan. 18 to address the controversial invitations.
“I told them this is, to us, an egregious violation of the separation of church and state. They only give you five minutes, so I’ve got to give it my best shot,” said Arthur, a Jewish American who feels her tax dollars should not be going toward the promotion of Islam in the schools.
Arthur said Islam appears to be advancing its agenda throughout West Virginia in a series of aggressive moves.
The city’s only mosque – Islamic Association of West Virginia – doubled in size about two years ago. CAIR, or the Council on American Islamic Relations, announced plans last year to open an office in Charleston, likely in anticipation of a second wave of 100 Muslim refugees arriving from Syria.
Because of a citizen backlash, however, that second wave never happened.
Episcopal Migration Ministries wanted to open a Charleston office, and had been approved to do so in the final weeks of the Obama administration, according to local media reports of December 2016.
Catholic Charities had served as the only federal resettlement contractor operating in West Virginia for the last 37 years. But Episcopal Migration Ministries, doing business under the name “West Virginia Interfaith Refugee Ministry” or VWIRM, was granted approval by Obama’s State Department to open another office and resettle 100 Syrian refugees in and around Charleston.
But after Donald Trump took office in January he drastically lowered the ceiling on the number of refugee arrivals, from 110,000 under Obama down to 50,000 and then 45,000. The Episcopal-backed Interfaith Ministry’s big plans for more Syrians were nixed.
But the Muslim Student Association and other Muslim Brotherhood-affiliated groups have been upping their game in the state ever since.
The MSA filed complaints of bullying on the campus of George Washington High School in Charleston, according to a Nov. 11 report by the Charleston Gazette-Mail.
The MSA joined with the San Jose, California-based Islamic Networks Group, or ING, to put on a seminar at the mosque for students.
The ING goes around the country putting on cultural diversity seminars and interfaith programs, according to its website, with particular emphasis on schools, colleges, law enforcement agencies, churches and civic groups.
Muslim leaders with ING worked with Muslim students at George Washington High on how to deal with bullying.
Islamic Network Group was founded by Maha El Genaidi, who once advised American Muslims not to talk with FBI agents without an attorney present, and to notify CAIR or the Muslim Public Affairs Council of any investigative inquiries.
CAIR, ING, MSA and other Islamist organizations often approach schools under the guise of being concerned about bullying, then use that to leverage special concessions for Muslim students, such as Islamic prayer rooms, separate food arrangements, etc.
It wasn’t but about six weeks after the November bullying seminar at one Charleston high school that the invitations for teachers to come to the city’s only mosque appeared in mailboxes.
And the advancement of Islam in West Virginia hasn’t stopped there.
The vice president of the Charleston mosque, Ibtesam Sue Barazi, is now offering a class through the state university system’s adult education programs. She will be at the South Charleston Public Library on Feb. 6 teaching on the “Holy Quran,” and “the Quran’s universal message where Allah speaks to all humanity, believers and non-believers.”
It’s unclear what other religions will be offered a platform at the public library to share about their faith.
Watch video below of Ibtesam Sue Barazi talking about how Muslims had outgrown their mosque in Charleston and needed to expand.
“These incremental steps make it very clear to me what is happening in our state,” Arthur said.
Another teacher who asked not to be identified for fear of losing her job, said she was one of about 40 teachers at her school who received the invitation to the mosque. She said reactions to the invitation varied among her colleagues.
“I actually found it first and told a friend who is also a teacher. She’s pretty disturbed about the whole thing. My first reaction was disbelief.
“Some teachers were very offended by it,” she added.
She said the issue was raised at a teachers’ meeting with the principal. Dr. Guerring gave his approval to the mosque but with the caveat that principals at the individual schools in the district could have the final say as to whether to give access to the their teachers’ mailboxes.
“I know a few who didn’t have any kind of reaction and maybe seemed a little aloof when someone else brought it up in our teachers’ meeting,” the teacher said. “She wanted to know, she asked if this was approved by the superintendent, and the principal said it was approved by the superintendent, who left it up to the principals to give final approval in each school, and that he had approved it for our school. As she asked the question she held up her invitation, which had been ripped in two. There were a few in the meeting who you could tell didn’t appreciate it. She was the only one to speak out at the meeting.”
She said most of the teachers are afraid to say anything about the invitations. But a few have voiced concerns that it may look bad for their careers if they don’t attend the event.
“I posted on Facebook and just included something about how I received this invitation today and I’m just wondering if any of my teacher friends also received it and if any of my teacher friends are interested in going,” she said. “I thought I would get some sort of reaction but nobody wanted to touch it. No responses. And that’s so unusual. I rarely put anything on Facebook that gets no response. That post did nothing in about 36 hours, so I went ahead and took it down.”
The teacher said she hasn’t decided yet whether she will attend the mosque event.
If the effort to get teachers indoctrinated into the belief system of Islam can happen in West Virginia, it can happen anywhere, says Mathew Staver, executive director and lead attorney with Liberty Counsel.
“I think this invitation crosses the line because it specifically indicates that the teachers are invited to come to the mosque with a Muslim association to learn about the religion of Islam, that’s the sole purpose of it, not only to learn about their culture but about the Islamic religion,” Staver said. “It was authorized by the superintendent and the principals to be sent to all the teachers in at least three schools. It would be no different than a church sending out an invitation to come and learn about the Christian students and particularly their Christian faith.”
If it had been a similar outreach by a Christian church, instead of a mosque, Staver said he feels certain the ACLU and the Freedom from Religion Foundation would be putting the school district on notice about a violation of the so-called “establishment clause” of the First Amendment.
“I think they would be up in arms because they would argue it violates the separation of church and state. In this case I think it’s very clear from the invitation that it is an Islamic indoctrination event being held at the mosque and it was authorized by the superintendent, so it’s clear it crosses the line. It looks like this particular mosque and Islamic association has been given special access to the teachers.”
Staver said he can’t imagine that any other faith would get this type of inside access to the teachers to invite them to a specific event designed for the teachers to learn about their religion.
“We will follow up with the school to make them aware of this situation,” Staver said.
Arthur, in her sixties but showing no signs of slowing down, says she will continue to serve as a watchdog in West Virginia, because if Islamization can happen there, it can happen anywhere in America.
“Who would think that little West Virginia would be a target but these are exactly the kind of places they think they can go into and get a foothold without anybody noticing,” said Arthur, a native West Virginian who moved back to the state in 2013.
“When I got back here and saw the large mosque here in s Charleston I was pretty stunned, then they went back in and doubled the size of the mosque about two years ago. We didn’t know at the time they were intending to establish a second resettlement site here. Looking back, when you put the pieces together it makes all the sense in world why they did it because they were expecting a second wave of migration. That’s been shelved for now, Trump happened.”
