Why were Israelis so defenseless against Hamas terrorists going house-to-house killing and raping?

Let this be an object lesson for Americans: Never give up your Second Amendment rights!

By now you’ve all seen the horrifying images from Israel over the weekend. People being murdered in their homes. Women being pulled out of vehicles by their hair and raped. Men being dragged behind vehicles to their deaths. Spat upon. Executed.

The victims called the police and military, which did not arrive on most of the bloody scenes for two hours or more.

Looking at these images of carnage, many of us have asked, why didn’t the Israelis fight back?

Many of us, myself included, assumed that with Israel being surrounded on all sides by such vicious enemies, and living in such close proximity to them, that the Israelis lived with firearms at the ready in all of their houses.

That assumption would be wrong.

According to my sources, the Israeli government makes its citizens jump through so many hoops that less than 2 percent of Israeli citizens are licensed to own a pistol. And it’s virtually impossible to own a rifle. If you are among the ranks of retired military, you are allowed to own a rifle but you cannot store it in your house unless you are among the top elite commandos.

This answers the question of, why didn’t they fight back? They were left as sitting ducks by their government leaders, who are, frankly, just as corrupt as our leaders in Washington. They are not in office to protect the people. And because they are so corrupt, they fear the people. And the first order of business for a corrupt government that no longer represents the interest of the people, is to disarm the people.

You can’t trust the body politick with weapons if you’re screwing them royally through theivery disguised as heavy taxation that’s weighted against the middle and lower classes. You must disarm them. And that’s exactly what the Israeli government did to those people who were slaughtered in 29 communities over this past weekend.

Watch the video below as Dave Kobler, a U.S. Army veteran of the Iraq and Afghanistan wars, explains — and be thankful we still have the Second Amendment in America because our corrupt politicians would love nothing better than to eliminate it and disarm us, too.

American society is not that different from Israel. We have lunatic politicians seeking to destroy our way of life and take away our freedoms. At the same time, we have many violent criminals, especially in our cities, who are allowed to roam free with little risk of extended incarceration. The border has been left wide open for more criminals to join the ranks. Refugees from nations that hate us have been imported since the 1980s, legally and with the full support of traitors in Congress (read my book Stealth Invasion for the whole ugly story of refugee resettlement). The same element that butchered those Jews in Israel is here in America and they will turn on us at some point. We’re already seeing evidence of it with the pro-Hamas rallies held in major cities across the U.S. the last couple of days.

All we have left to rely on for our protection is our own personal defensive plans and faith in God. When you need the police, they will not be there to protect you. And don’t even think about the military. They’ve been totally infiltrated and their members answer to a command structure that begins in the White House (need I say any more?).

The Second Amendment is the final frontier for American freedom lovers. The First Amendment has been under intense attack for years and has been extremely watered down over the last three or four years, to the point where it is hanging by a thread. The globalists who run Washington and many state Capitols are now gunning for the Second Amendment. Once that’s gone, that’s all she wrote. It’s game over. We are then totally dependent on the government for our protection. How did that work out for those Israelis?

UPDATE: I was the first to report on Israel’s ridiculously restrictive gun laws and many could not believe it. They have questioned me and some have ridiculed me saying I don’t know what I’m talking about. Well, 24 hours later there have been multiple reports confirming that the laws are every bit as strict, if not more so, than I described above, and now the Israeli government has moved to loosen them a tiny bit (they’re still ridiculous). One of the many articles confirming my information was published by The Federalist. Another was posted by The Times of Israel.

  1. It looks like unibokk has joined the Day of Anger.

To other readers here, please know that this type of anti-Israel, anti-Zionist, anti-Semitic rhetoric cloaked in religiosity does not reflect the views of all of us. Furthermore, it emboldens the very worst behavior that we have just been witnessing this week.

      1. Thanks Leo.

For the record, let me just state that I do not hate the Jewish community. I have regularly defended them on this site. I have also spent over ten months in Israel where I worked with Jewish people and dined with them in their homes. So, I have more than an academic knowledge of the Jewish people.

My stance against the Zionist movement should not be misconstrued as a stance against all Jewish people. In the same way my stance against Dispensationalism should not be misconstrued as a stance against all Christians.

So, I am not anti semitic.
I am simply exposing wrong where it exists.

  2. So, now ” Israel tells 1.1MILLION people in Northern Gaza to evacuate south within 24 hours as it prepares to launch massive ground assault in response to Hamas massacre: UN warns ‘impossible’ demand will create ‘a calamity’ ”

This will put a severe strain and suffering on those refugees. And of course Hamas militants will just blend in with the fleeing refuges. The intention of the Hamas leadership (who I believe are ‘globalist’ puppets), was never to conquer Israel but instead to help create this scenario, where Gaza will become empty of Palestinians and where Israel will be in full control.

Zionist Christians will claim that this is the fulfilment of Old Testament prophecies although the Old Testament prophecies they quote are prophecies which haven’t been explained by Christ and his apostles. But that wont stop Christian Zionists and Dispensationalists from putting their OWN interpretation on the scriptures in an effort to push their agendas.

Christ himself has shown clearly that there will be a demonic age at the time of the abomination of desolation and that, that age, will be a time of great tribulation for Christians in Judea and worldwide and will precede his coming and the rapture of his church.

Paul has clearly explained that the man of sin will be revealed sitting in the temple before Christ returns to rapture his church.

AND WHO WILL BUILD THE TEMPLE FOR THE MAN OF SIN TO SIT IN??

    ANSWER: THE ZIONISTS.

So, Christians need to be prepared for the horrors to come. The atrocities we are seeing on both sides are just a small taster of what Christians can expect to suffer during the reign of the man of sin.

The reason why I am putting so much emphasis on the man of sin is because I believe that he is the centre of all of the ‘globalist’ initiatives which are designed to bring about the great reset in order to usher in his reign.

Dispensationalists put a seven year time frame on the reign of the man of sin but this is not stated in the bible. It is pure conjecture based on their OWN interpretation of Daniel 9:27.
Only by having a proper understanding of the sequence of events based on the clear teaching of Christ and his apostles concerning the end times, will we be able to see the unfolding of events in a proper perspective.

Remember that Gods promise to give Abraham a land has already been fulfilled.

    Joshua 21:43-45

“The LORD gave Israel all the land he had sworn to give their forefathers, and they took possession of it and settled there.
The LORD gave them rest on every side, just as he had sworn to their ancestors.”

But they rejected the Messiah, Jesus Christ. Since then they have lost the temple as decreed by God.

Jesus said that the time has come when the true worshippers will worship in spirit and in truth.

“Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in Spirit and in truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks. God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in the Spirit and in truth”

So, to build a new temple is contrary to the will of God. The Zionists will build a temple for the man of sin. It will be an abomination inhabited by the most vile man in history who will claim to be God.

Jesus describes this event as the abomination of desolation. He says that those in Judea should flee without delay.

“The cost of the work of rebuilding the Temple, the training of its future priests and furnishings is being funded, in large measure, by Christian Zionists.”

So, to conclude, Zionists are enabling Satan’s plans for his man of sin to rule from a temple in Jerusalem.

  3. Meanwhile, the death toll has risen to 1300 and new atrocities have been discovered. Innocent little babies, women, and men beheaded. While pro-Palestinian groups around the world cheer the slaughter.

Israel, you need to take the gloves off and FORGET about “opinions” of others, especially if they want you to accept a ceasefire, compromise, or weaken your resolve. You’ve been doing that too long.

Stay the course. Finish the job. Don’t take any prisoners. ANNIHILATE HAMAS once and for all!!!

And if there are any of my fellow Christians out there who think Israel should show any mercy toward terrorists, take a look at what God Himself will ultimately do to the enemies of His people:

“Then the Lord will march out and fight against those nations…He will fight as on a day of battle. And this shall be the plague with which the Lord will strike all the people who fought against Jerusalem:
Their flesh shall dissolve while they stand on their feet,
Their eyes shall dissolve in their sockets,
And their tongues shall dissolve in their mouths.”
    (Zechariah 14: verses 3 and 12)

  4. Have no fear for Israel. YaHoVaH has promised that that people and nation will be eternal. It’s our people that you need to be concerned with. Our people have no promises of not becoming extinct.

Gaza was created by the Israeli govt.
Good farmland wasted on cultic people.
Israel has cut off their electricity, water, gas & food so they are done. Does Hamas have a couple hundred hostages? Israel has a potential couple million plus 5K dangerous thug prisoners captive. So just execute 25 for each Israeli hostage murdered.

Israelis shouldn’t have to have these people plaguing their very small ancestral country. The so named palestinians should live among the enormous lands of the oil rich moslem nations.

Understand the difference between groups and individuals. Groups have no free will and can be predestined, but for individuals it’s all free will: it’s all our choices baby.

If too few individuals in a group turn to a genuine fully committed following of the Word, then what might be the fate of that group? The Muslims have made themselves a stink in the nostrils of the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. They have a fearful destiny. Their doctrine is that unless one is a “martyr” everyone else must wait for paradise until all Jews have been killed. Being deceived into damnation is the old old story.

Now turning to our people, are we all aware of the influence of masonry throughout American history?
The high level masons worship in the ancient religion of Egypt, which God called Israel out of. The impact of freemasonry on our country cannot be overemphasized.

American leaders are now predominantly roman cats working a full ongoing invasion agenda of more roman loyalists. Are we aware of the history of romans slaughtering Jews in the crusades and in the inquisition and before and after those abominations? Are we aware of which European group banned and burned Bibles and slaughtered the people that refused to be dominated by the priests? Tortured people that sacrificed their lives for the Bible?

Leo is correctly warning us about muslim infiltration into America. However the cartels will be just as effective at mobilizing atrocities as the Imams have been. There is a people that revere Mary as divine. Now that’s not the Jewish woman Miriam. Actually it is the goddess queen harlot of Babylon known as Columbia. District of Columbia in MARYland. Those people have leaders that hate me and you. Their leaders are not what these people think they are.

What to do? Despite the SHOCKING dearth of congregational intercessory prayer in the businesses called churches, prayer and fasting is by FAR the most effective exercise for addressing our problems and our destiny. Besides actually learning the scriptures in depth ourselves of course.

Remember that he who loses his life for Messiah saves his soul but he that saves his temporary life loses his soul. Guns can help protect us from rapists, murderers and criminals. Guns cannot protect our souls.

Is this how a Christian thinks?? Advocating genocide, instead of justice? Have you ever met an ordinary muslim in your life that you should find so little humanity in common with him, so little mercy?? You would kill the innocent along with the guilty?

That’s been the problem in this region—both sides have been taking revenge upon each other to the max for 75 years.

Let us not forgot–“Vengeance is MINE, saith the Lord. I will repay.” (Roman 12:19)

      Like

      1. Kkayjae, I’d like to offer a different perspective regarding your statement that “both sides have been taking revenge upon each other,” because it seems to imply that there is an almost equal responsibility for the violence.

When I see the reality of what’s been happening over there, it looks to me like it’s one side that is truly culpable, having publicly stated its genocidal intention to wipe Israel off the map and then demonstrated a sick religiosity in trying to do just that through one attack after another.

The latest report from this weekend is now 1200 victims, but a lot of people don’t think about the fact that it’s also been death by a thousand cuts, because this has been happening on a smaller scale, but consistently over a long period of time. According to statistics online for at least the last 30 years from 1993 to August 2023, around 1680 Israelis have been murdered in terrorist attacks, which doesn’t include those abroad. Of course, this is also excluding hundreds if not thousands who have been injured but survived.

The visceral effects of these types of attacks have largely been dissipated not only because they occurred over a stretch of time vs a huge number in several days, but because of bias in the mainstream media in favor of pro-Palestinian narratives popular with the left like “Israeli apartheid” or “occupation,” so they have largely minimized or ignored them. However, they scream accusations when the IDF tries to clean out Hamas nests, especially if civilians are unintentionally killed.

And they rarely credit that “knock on the roof” that Israel has often done before strikes to warn Gaza residents ahead of time. I don’t recall hearing of any terrorists giving notification before they set out to murder, rape or kidnap. The problem is exacerbated by the fact that Hamas are cowards who use the people of Gaza as human shields, by hiding in residential areas, so casualties of the innocent are inevitable.

But this time, the scope of the attack was so huge, visual and viral on social media, so stunning in its cruelty that the mockingbird press couldn’t avoid picking it up and actually reporting at length on these atrocities.

In all fairness, I believe the moral responsibility for ALL who have been killed, whether Israelis or Palestinians, soldiers, terrorists, or civilians should fall squarely upon the heads of Hamas and any other terrorists who have committed such demonic acts that require military intervention. If Israel sat back and did nothing except take a defensive posture, the brutality and misery would be even more unimaginable and never ending.

Also, you can believe that God has every intention of avenging these evils.

“For behold, in those days and at that time, when I restore the fortunes of Judah and Jerusalem, I will gather all the nations and bring them down to the Valley of Jehoshaphat. And I will enter into judgment with them there, on behalf of my people and my heritage Israel, because they have scattered them among the nations and have divided up my land, and have cast lots for my people, and have traded a boy for a prostitute, and have sold a girl for wine and have drunk it.” (Joel 3:1-3)

    2. Great analysis, Hananiah, as always.

A certain percentage of those 5,000 prisoners Israel is holding are probably terrorists, so I would have no problem with their executions, because there is nothing good in such monsters. But given the jihadist martyr mentality, those holding the Israeli captives might not necessarily see that as a bad thing, since they qualify their suicide murdering sprees as righteous actions that earn a place in paradise.

I agree that the Palestinians should be relocated into moslem countries. Once empty of its population, Gaza should be razed so the land will be uninhabitable for at least a century. It may be the only way Israel can have any hope of being secure on its southern border.

But there’s another problem right now: the northern sector is activating with rockets launching from Hezbollah in Lebanon and Syria. A multi-front war is something Israel was dreading. Meanwhile, there are also still rockets coming from Gaza.

Also, the Jerusalem Post is reporting that the death toll has now risen from 900 to 1200 because more bodies from the weekend massacre have been recovered. There is talk about the formation of an emergency unity government – combining Netanyahu’s right with Gantz’s left.

I know, Hananiah, that Israel and its people will have a glorious future after the seven years of the tribulation when Messiah comes back to Jerusalem, but right now they really need our prayers.

And I agree with you that America is in big trouble, so we should be praying about that as well. Fasting too – a powerful weapon. We are essentially being “set up” because there are multitudes of military age single men pouring into this country and at the same time our government is trying to eliminate our means of self-defense. Another slaughter of the innocent could happen here.

It’s true that guns can’t save souls, but they could go a long way toward preventing the kind of horrific brutality and suffering that we just witnessed this weekend.

Golda Meir’s often-quoted quip might be applicable to us, also, that, “If the Arabs put down their weapons today, there would be no more violence. If the Jews put down their weapons today, there would be no more Israel.”

    3. Hananiah, and all other readers, here’s another reason to lock and load.

Jesus, on one occasion, told His disciples to do this: Then He said to them, “But now, he who has a money bag, let him take it, and likewise a knapsack; and he who has no sword, let him sell his garment and buy one. (Luke 22:36)

Some people would argue, yes, but He rebuked Peter later that night after he had drawn his sword and cut off the ear of one of those who came to arrest Him. That’s because Peter was standing in the way of the will of God for Jesus to go to the cross. It’s true that our Lord tells us to turn the other cheek if struck on one, to forgive, to pray for our enemies, but here is one instance where He is telling them to have a means of self-defense. Why would He do that? Because He was looking out for them.

If you are a husband and father, don’t you look out for your wife and children? If they are sick, don’t you seek medical care for them? Make sure they have enough to eat, a good shelter and clothes, and that all their other needs are met? And if you knew that the environment you were living in had become so potentially dangerous, that if someone broke into your home and you had no assurance that they were there just to rob and then leave without physically harming, wouldn’t you want some way to protect the ones you love from the unthinkable?

I think this one instance where our Lord is telling His disciples to provide a means to protect themselves shows He’s not forbidding self-defense.

The cabal in Washington have, with impunity, been importing murderous thugs through our porous borders at the same time that they are trying to disarm us completely. And you’d better believe that they are carefully watching people’s reactions to the massacre in Israel. Although Israelis had been deeply divided – just like here – left against right, I’ve been hearing that they’re coming together in solidarity and support of the IDF obliterating Hamas.

You may recall that the same sort of thing happened here after 9/11. People were coming together as one, services were being held all over and candlelight vigils, and they were more civil to one another. I noticed it in small ways. In the small Eastern state we used to live in, with mostly single lanes, I was accustomed to somebody riding my bumper. After that awful day, though, commuters behind me were following at a respectful difference. But that only lasted for about a week or two, max. Then, it was business as usual. Although those images of the twin towers were seared in the minds of so many, the giant went back to sleep.

Don’t think that if you call 911, someone will come running. That didn’t happen to the people in Israel, according to a lot of survivors.

Husbands and fathers, if you care about the ones God has given you to look out for, now is the time to be faithful watchmen on the wall for your loved ones, and prepare.

You have taken Luke 22:36 out of context by conveniently leaving out the verses which explain Christ’s decision.

The only reason why Christ ordered his disciples to acquire weapons was to fulfil the prophecy that He would be numbered among the transgressors.

The disciple who cut off the soldiers ear had taken things too far

Jesus could have called on his Father and would have been provided with a legion of angels to deliver him. So, the weapons were not for self defence.

It’s worth noting that many of the apostles were subsequently martyred.

“36Then said he unto them, But now, he that hath a purse, let him take it, and likewise his scrip: and he that hath no sword, let him sell his garment, and buy one.

37For I say unto you, that this that is written must yet be accomplished in me, And he was reckoned among the transgressors: for the things concerning me have an end.

38And they said, Lord, behold, here are two swords. And he said unto them, It is enough.”

It is obvious from this passage that the weapons were not for self protection. If Jesus wanted he could have simply called on his father who would have sent a legion of angels to deliver Jesus and his disciples.
But Jesus was ensuring that Isaiah’s prophecy would be fulfilled.

Having said all that I will repeat what I have before on this site.

I believe that a man has a right to defend his innocent family from would be murderers , rapists etc., In fact I believe that it is his duty to do so.

But please be very careful when you are quoting the scriptures.

With regard to being struck on the right cheek:
My understanding of this verse is that being struck on the right cheek was a challenge to fight, which a Christian should decline. It’s a bit like the old tradition of slapping someone across the face with an empty glove and challenging them to a duel, where the person being challenged had the option to decline.

But if the aggressor does not allow the option of declining and starts throwing punches etc., then I believe that the Christian should defend himself. In addition to protecting himself that Christian might also have a wife and children to provide for etc.

      2. unibokk (a/k/a “Anthony William”) You have taken Luke 22:36 out of context by conveniently leaving out the verses which explain Christ’s decision. The only reason why Christ ordered his disciples to acquire weapons was to fulfil the prophecy that He would be numbered among the transgressors.

And He said to them, “When I sent you without money bag, knapsack, and sandals, did you lack anything?” So they said, “Nothing.”Then He said to them, “But now, he who has a money bag, let him take it, and likewise a knapsack; and he who has no sword, let him sell his garment and buy one. For I say to you that this which is written must still be accomplished in Me: ‘And He was numbered with the transgressors.’ For the things concerning Me have an end.”So they said, “Lord, look, here are two swords.” And He said to them, “It is enough.” (Luke 22:35-37)

Actually, I should have included verse 35 as well as 37 because they both bolster my argument but neglected to:

Then Jesus asked them, “When I sent you without purse, bag or sandals, did you lack anything?” “Nothing,” they answered.

Because the scriptures can have multiple layers of meanings, I’ve seen multiple explanations for these verses that can all be applied. I provided one as it relates to Leo’s story. Mine is based on this: the times have changed, because before, when He sent them out only for a little time, they were in their own country. For short journeys, there was no need for preparation. “But now” they should prepare themselves for long journeys going into the world that would be dangerous, so they would need a purse, bag, and sword. That time was near because He was going to the cross: “For the things concerning Me have an end.” So your explanation plus mine can apply.

Saying that I have taken Luke 22:36 out of context “by conveniently leaving out the verses” is a really cheap shot. Try to be civil and not attack when you disagree with others.

What I said is true and you don’t like because you don’t like God’s truth. What you did is straight out of the dispensationalist textbook where they make up a story and then twist the bible in an effort to support their nonsense.

Your example does NOT apply it IMPLIES. It twists the word of God in an effort to support a false narrative. Your explanation is not yours. It’s taken from a false narrative which is already out there.

No, you don’t like accepting the fact that you alone don’t have all the answers, and when someone else provides a logical, plausible alternative interpretation, you go on the attack, which is really a defensive maneuver to save face in front of the other readers here.

“Make up…twists…implies…false.” Judging by these latest comments of yours, I can see my words of advice about being civil have been wasted on you.

But with every vitriolic post you make, the more you inadvertently reveal your character to not just me but to others on this website. And I think that’s really important these days, which have become so dangerous for many, and will get more so.

In the past, your missiles have been launched at those of us who disagreed with you in doctrinal matters like Dispensationalism. At first, I was taken aback by it but had to convince myself that it was probably typical of what happens in hermeneutical debates.

But then you escalated your warfare to include those of us who support Israel – whether or not we call ourselves Christian Zionists – and your latest posts have been attacking Israel and its people, at a time when they are torn and trying to grapple with what has happened to them.

There is an almost misguided religious fervor, mentality, and intensity similar to the medieval “Christian” Crusaders.

So keep it up with the attacks. You are just giving the rest of us a little window into your soul.

  5. Since one reader here today was free to voice their beliefs against Zionism, I also will exercise my right to weigh in and express my support for Zionism.

Although I don’t agree with woke progressive beliefs the ADL (Anti-Defamation League) advocates for, they have done a lot of really good work exposing antisemitism in all its hateful forms, so they nailed it when they said the following:

“Anti-Zionism is opposition to Zionism, the movement for the self-determination and statehood of the Jewish people in their ancestral homeland, the land of Israel. Anti-Zionism is often expressed, explicitly or implicitly in the rejection of Jewish nationhood and the right to self-determination; the vilification of individuals and groups associated with Zionism; and the downplaying or negation of the historic and spiritual Jewish connection to the land of Israel.

Anti-Zionism is distinct from criticism of the policies or actions of the government of Israel, or critiques of specific policies of the pre-state Zionist movement, in that it attacks the foundational legitimacy of Jewish statehood.

Anti-Zionism is antisemitic, in intent or effect, as it invokes anti-Jewish tropes, is used to disenfranchise, demonize, disparage, or punish all Jews and/or those who feel a connection to Israel, equates Zionism with Nazism and other genocidal regimes, and renders Jews less worthy of sovereignty and nationhood than other peoples and states.”

After being treated like outcasts for millennia – expulsions, pogroms, massacres, now the Jewish people finally have their country, that God gave to them and to no other, back again, as He had promised. Although it was God who initiated this, He used people like Theodor Herzl and the Zionist movement to orchestrate it. He has similarly used leaders throughout history to fulfill His purposes surrounding His chosen people, such as King Cyrus who allowed them to return to their homeland after the Babylonian exile.

God’s people are JUST AS WORTHY of sovereignty and nationhood AS ANY OTHER peoples and states. Because God is on the throne, He is free to exercise His will concerning who and what He uses to accomplish His plans.

    “Anti-Zionism is antisemitic.”

I will also cut people off if they get into what appears to be an endless tit-for-tat type debate on an issue not even addressed in my articles.

      1. Thank you, Leo, I really respect your opinion and approach to this.

This is a pretty poor time anyway to engage in a theological debate, when it could have been saved for another story. For many of us, our emotions are raw over the savagery of what just happened in Israel. We are grieving with the people there, and are sickened and horrified at how animals like Hamas methodically, in a most calculated way, carried out their butchery and cruelty.

So I will not get involved in a go-round with another reader regarding their dogmatic position against Zionism. They know where I stand on that, now.

  8. How could this happen. “At least 600 people have been killed in Israel since Hamas launched its attack” The figure is much higher now.

Mossad are reckoned to be the best intelligence agency in the world and yet Israel was unprepared for this attack??

The army took five hours to get to the music festival where260 revellers were murdered
“According to Israeli media, it took five hours for military to arrive.”

This has echoes of 9/11 where planes were allowed to fly off course without intervention from the American air force.

In Israel terrorists were allowed to paraglide through Israeli air space unopposed.

I believe the current Israeli state is a tool of Satan which is being prepared for the revealing of the man of sin and a false earthly Zion which will be ruled over by the man of sin. The true Zion is in heaven (Hebrews 12:22)

So, I believe that this is Israel’s 9/11 which will be used to justify a response which will dispose of any opposition to the Zionist agenda.

I have great fondness for the Israeli Jewish people who treat their women with great respect and dignity, but I believe that the political agenda being rolled out is the work of Satan.

Benjamin Netanyahu has already fronted a very aggressive Covid jab roll out and I believe that his reaction to this crises will also be in keeping with the globalist / Zionist agenda.

The catalyst has been set and I believe that the Hamas leadership are taking orders from the ‘globalists’ and that they will continue to show atrocities on social media in order to inflame the ire of the Jewish community and this will be used to justify an obliteration of the Gaza strip.

Benjamin Netanyahu has said that Israel’s response will “change the Middle East”.

I suspect that the Dome of the Rock will be destroyed purposely/accidently. If this happens then I believe that the Zionists will very quickly build a new temple on that site and that this new temple will house the man of sin when he is revealed.

If I am correct (and I may not be) then I believe that this generation will witness the great tribulation.

    1. Anthony–we usually disagree on everything, but here I think you are right in the points you make.

There is now a deadly confluence of radical ideologies that have infested the area at this juncture of history—Christian Zionism (mainly American), Jewish Zionism and radical Islam. This has been a deadly combination for 75 years in that region and will soon draw the whole world into a maelstrom of violence and mercilessness.

And what a lot of American Christians don’t know and/or have ignored is that the Palestinian Christians (inhabitants there since the time of Christ) have been getting driven out by both Zionists and the muslims. There are now more Palestinian Christians living in exile in Australia than there are in Palestine.

I told Leo I wasn’t going to say anything more for this story on the topic of Zionism, but since you brought it up in your comments, Kkayjae, I’d also like to offer another perspective not just to you but to other readers and then I’ll call it quits on the subject.

First of all, I believe that supporting the right of Israelis to self-determination and statehood is only fair considering the fact that we have those same rights here in the U.S.

Second, I’ve been a Christian Zionist for awhile now, even before my family discovered we have Jewish ancestry (Ashkenazi) on our mother’s side, and I honestly don’t see myself or any other Christian or Jewish Zionist as exerting some kind of “deadly” or “radical” influence that has “infested” or contributed to a “deadly combination for 75 years in that region.” (Radical Islam is perfectly capable of doing that all by itself.)

And God Himself is probably the biggest Zionist of all in the sense that it was His idea in the first place to 1) give the Jews a land of their own and 2) return them to it in the last days. Not only that, His Son, the Savior of the world, is Jewish on His human side, and a native Israeli.

The coming Tribulation is also His idea, and just as He used Judas as an agent in sending Jesus to the cross, He’s also using the third temple, the anti-Christ, false prophet, and many others to fulfill His plans for disciplining Israel to bring them to redemption, and for judging Gentile nations for their sins and hopefully bringing them to their knees, too (rather than taking the mark).

I’d like to sum it all up by saying this: God loves Israel so much that His heart is broken over the suffering they are experiencing. It’s pretty hard times for them now and things are going to get a lot worse once He starts shaking the world, but He has a beautiful future planned for His people and their nation. And for all of us who are His.

      3. I will say this much in reply and then leave it at that as Leo rightly doesn’t want tit-for-tat debates that are off the article topic.

In view of the flood of illegals crossing our border, including many from the hostile Islamic world, we all better get armed to the teeth and not fall into the trap the Israelis strangely fell into—being unprepared, unarmed and complacent. We can expect another 9/11 soon. The Hamas attack on Israel has embolden any sleeper cells that are here.

You should do serious research on Zionism – it’s not the benign, sent-by-God organization you think it is. It’s just another poisonous 19th/20th century political “ism” (albeit with convenient religious overtones to persuade the unwary) and one that was not and is NOT supported by all Jews. It had some curious alliances and questionable supporters in the past. Politics makes strange bedfellows and Zionism certainly had some. I question whether it really has helped Jews or has simply put them in harm’s way. I want nothing to do with it.

The Palestinians have legitimate grievances against Israel (and the British who originally caused this conflict), but these have been long ignored. But because of these grievances, they have been cynically used by a series of terrorist and gangster organizations whose tactics and goals do not further the preservation and prosperity of the Palestinians, but rather their continuing decimation. This latest attack by Hamas had no hope of bringing Israel down, as they did not employ an army big enough to defeat it; but it sure sunk the latest peace initiative between Israel and Saudi Arabia that would have allowed a Palestinian state, which was probably the point of this extremely, in-your-face cruel operation. It has rightly shocked and outraged any decent person in this sorry world.

Now Netanyahu will level the Gaza strip in a draconian revenge, guaranteeing a very large body count. No way civilian casualties can be avoided in such a densely populated area, and they are all trapped there, unable to leave. Once again, the Palestinians, innocents along with the guilty hiding among them, will pay a huge price for this false flag operation. I see former UN ambassador Nikki Haley calling for their total extermination, typical neo-con reaction. I see some commentors here doing the same. It’s disgusting. It will lead to WWIII if cooler heads do not prevail over all the fear and hatred that’s in the air.

  9. It was the Creator that divided up humanity at the Tower of Babel. He did that by the most elemental of things: language. Remember that the “Word” is everything in Scriptural paradigm.
Also no doubt that He divided by family as He would not have divided families.
He has never unified language into one and even in the end there are tribes and tongues.

Human societies have survived because of tribalism. A closely related group takes care of each other. There is a belonging that is healthy for human beings.
A worldwide unity is in actuality a lonely horror where we are not known nor cared for. Satan’s unity is of course a lie.

The oh so wonderful mixing melting pot has resulted in loneliness and enmity. People don’t know their neighbors and if they are part of a group, that group is scattered too far apart. Only in smaller or rural areas can we escape the isolation of “unity” Satan’s style.

Facism was the Roman political philosophy of forced unity. The people must be “unified” and that must be done with FORCE! The actual welfare of the people was not the true goal, just the aggrandizement of power. And we know that “Power corrupts, more power: more corruption!”
It is possible to live peacefully without that facist forced unity. It apparently is not possible though to live peacefully with it.

As a billboard said: “12 hour waiting at the ER is a small price to pay for the benefits of open borders!”

  10. Anyone who commits such atrocities against children, and women, and the elderly, innocent toddlers….. has no conscience at all anymore and will experience all of that back and more in the fiery furnace of hell one day! My heart always goes out to the innocent children in these situations, and all the butchery. Sadly these monsters train their children up to be as evil as they are. I have seen this firsthand in certain demographical groups here, some of which may surprise many but we are seeing the fruit of it ripen now with CRT and stuff like that. Then you see children doing these same things to others. Well there is so much going on it is hard to say but that area is a hot bed for many reasons and it will be a ‘cup of trembling’ all over the world in the end times so it is no surprise in that way. Someone just moved the speed notch up a level or more on the end times clock!

This passage keeps haunting me lately and it is so true in my case!

“And a great multitude of the people followed Him, and women who also mourned and lamented Him. But Jesus, turning to them, said, “Daughters of Jerusalem, do not weep for Me, but weep for yourselves and for your children. For indeed the days are coming in which they will say, ‘Blessed are the barren, wombs that never bore, and breasts which never nursed!’ ” Luke 23; 27-29

“But woe to those who are pregnant and to those who are nursing babies in those days! ” Matthew 24; 19 (speaking of their flight after that event in the temple)

Blessed are the barren in the days ahead for any place on earth.

Zero apology from me for standing strong for the Second Amendment. A man’s duty is to protect his family and without firearms the women and girls get raped and the men and boys get killed. Life is precious, both inside and outside the womb.

      1. Leo, as a woman, when I look at that young girl in the photo with the back of her pants bloodied because she has internal wounds from being repeatedly, violently raped by creatures who don’t deserve to be called humans, I feel wounded and violated. I can’t imagine the terror, anguish, and pain she and other girls and women are suffering right now who are among those 130 captives.

It was heartbreaking to see the video of her being dragged by the hair and the one of Noa, the young woman being kidnapped at the peace festival and then seeing her grieving father as he talked about how he tried to protect her all her life.

As a human being, I can’t comprehend the kind of cruelty of the slaughter of innocent men, women, and children.

As a Christian I don’t want to hate anyone, but now I find myself hoping IDF soldiers will dispose of these rabid animals in a way that is slow and agonizingly painful.

So I can tell you this – and I’m speaking mostly from my anger now – I will jealously guard my second amendment rights. Because if any of this vermin managed to come into this country through our wide open borders, and if they ever tried to walk on our property, they would never walk off it.

With open borders, lawlessness increases daily, and likely soon to happen here as illegals go thru cities and towns, killing and plundering. We won’t be voting since this country will fall soon to anarchy; cannot be fixed by anyone running for office, that ship has sailed. Way to much damage by politicians at this point. to be stopped. Most adults in this country are nihilists, lack critical thinking skills, self absorbed with social media, sports and video games who will eventually condone a dictator under UN agenda 2030 as Muslims and other ilk come thru the borders here and elsewhere. Countries in the E.U. are already under dictators and they don’t know it and helpless to invaders..

These Hamas “soldiers” seem demonic and non-human. How can a person with an unseared conscience do such things? Hamas needs to be annihilated, as well, but I fear how large this conflict will become. Our senile president and/or his handler is complicit in this. The Bible tells me not to hate my enemy, but I am really struggling not to hate Biden.

How’s that for far reaching?

    2. AnneOfTroy – “These Hamas “soldiers” seem demonic and non-human. How can a person with an unseared conscience do such things?”

Atrocities like butchering children in front of their parents, burning an elderly woman alive in front of Gaza crowds, parading women bleeding from being gang-raped and beaten, massacring over 200 youths at a peace festival all speak of the loss of any shred of humanity.

These beasts have forfeited any right to be treated humanely, so I hope the IDF is not too circumspect about how they eliminate them, whether it’s quickly, or slowly and painfully. But it needs to be done thoroughly, because otherwise, Israel will keep enduring these heartaches over and over and over for years to come.

Despite the fact that Biden’s own State Department officials warned as early as 2021 that sending U.S. aid to areas controlled by Palestinian groups could serve to benefit Iran-supported terrorist groups such as Hamas, he went ahead and did it anyway.

Some excerpts from Daniel Greenfield’s story, “Biden Sent $148 Million to ‘Palestinian’ Areas Weeks Before Attack on Israel” (Front Page Magazine, 10/12/23) describing how U.S. taxpayers money has been used to fund terror:

“In 2022, Biden met with Palestinian Authority terror leader Mahmoud Abbas and boasted that, “I reversed the policies of my predecessor and resumed aid to the Palestinians — more than a half a billion dollars in 2021.”

“After the Trump administration and congress cut off foreign aid to the terrorist areas in the West Bank and Gaza, the number of terrorist attacks dropped sharply. So did the casualties. In all of 2020, only three Israelis were killed.”

In 2021, when Biden restored aid to the terrorists, Israeli casualties shot up 900%. They have since consistently risen every year Biden was in office, up another 82% from 2021 to 2022. Even before the horrifying atrocities of the conclusion of the Jewish High Holy Days, twice as many Israelis had been killed in one month of Biden than in one year of Trump.”

During the first days of October, “Secretary of State Blinken overrode a hold by Senator Jim Risch on $75 million in funding for UNRWA, which is largely staffed by Hamas.”

Now Biden is grandstanding with tough words against Hamas, sending a carrier fleet to the eastern Mediterranean, and Blinken to Jerusalem. Plus, it’s reported that he may refreeze the $6 billion in Iranian assets that he released last month. Iran is the premier sponsor of Hamas, Hezbollah, and others.

Quite the magician’s apprentice. Using one hand to slip money to Israel’s deadly enemies, then the other to wave it away in a “show of support.” I wonder how much of the world is falling for this deception.

      2. Biden’s former boss and current handler did the same thing.

In a chapter that Daniel Greenfield wrote for a book by Jamie Glazov, “How Obama Funded the Murder of Israels,” he noted that Secretary of State John Kerry “rushed to transfer $221 million in funds to the Palestinian Authority” just hours before Trump was sworn in.

The PA allocated “$153 million in salaries to terrorists who had been or were imprisoned by Israel and another $190 million to the families of the terrorists. The $221 million amounted to a sizable percentage of the “Pay to Slay” budget that was used to incentivize murders.”

Also, in 2016, Iran was the recipient of $1.7 billion in cash from the Obama administration in settlement of a decades-old arbitration claim between the U.S. and that country. The excuse for using cash: because of the “effectiveness of U.S. and international sanctions” that isolated Iran from the international banking system. It was all in non-U.S. currency, allowing Tehran to discretely spread it around among its proxies.

I told my son who lives in St Louis Park, MN which is a predominantly Jewish community, to keep his eyes open and his ear to the ground and get his family out of town at the slightest hint of trouble. I am in the country in WI and we have everything we need to help support his family if necessary. Minneapolis is host to a huge population of Somalian and other Muslim country peoples for a number of years now. We all know antisemitism is at an all time high again.
I believe the US is now “on deck” for an attack much larger than 9/11. 17. Many, many years ago when I was a high school student, I read a dramatic story in the Boston Globe about a kibbutz in Israel and what life was like there. It featured a photo of a young mother holding a rifle with one hand and a toddler in her other arm. The courage of her and her husband and others like them – and the dangers they faced – made such an impression on me that I never forgot that image. In the safety of our small town in the U.S., it was hard for me to imagine what it must be like to live day in and day out under that kind of threat. So I assumed that everyone in Israel carried around rifles.

Until I read this story by Leo, I also assumed that most people in Israel, especially living near the borders, would at least have pistols. The photos and videos that have been pouring in daily of innocent people being helplessly brutalized by monsters have been so distressing that I’m finding myself alternating between fury and grief.

Hamas and all the other animals like Hezbollah and the rest of Iran’s militias should be put into the ground as quickly as possible. They should not be allowed to walk or draw breath any longer.

And I pray that anyone who has been funding and enabling them would be convicted of crimes against humanity and justice finally served.
