The decline of America and the West is beginning to accelerate and people have become almost numb to the madness all around them.
In Australia, the military is now being used to forcibly evict people from their homes and place them in internment camps, while Austria has become the first nation to mandate the experimental injections on almost every citizen, banning them from all public life if they refuse to concede to an endless regimen of gene-based shots, something many of us knew was the plan all along. How did we know? Because we listened to global predators like Bill Gates and Klaus Schwab. These predator billionaires always tell us their plans ahead of time.
Meanwhile, crime is raging out of control in American cities like Portland that were not previously known for high crime.
Everything we see playing out in Europe, Israel and Australia is planned for America. That’s why they need to sink this country into chaos in order to implement totalitarian policies that are more easily done in other countries that don’t have a Second Amendment or a strong history of rugged individualism. The below article by Christopher Wright is a clear-eyed view of reality, not the false reality presented in the corporate-owned media. I agree with Wright’s analysis, until he gets to his last paragraph. I do not believe the “social justice experiment” in law enforcement has been a failure. It is working exactly as it was designed to work, because the goal is to collapse America.
It’s gotten very little publicity, but mass shoplifting continued in the San Francisco area for a third day in a row. The latest incidents involve a jewelry store and a Lululemon, but other establishments hit by flash mobs include Nordstrom’s, Louis Vuitton, and Burberry. If you think this is normal, you’re out of your mind. Don’t make the mistake of normalizing criminality.
Waukesha attacker Darrell Brooks was released on absurdly low bail despite having a lengthy criminal record. Milwaukee County prosecutors admit their bail recommendation was “inappropriately low.”
There’s only one problem: Now five people are dead. Soft-on-crime prosecutors who won’t prosecute is part of the reason crime, especially murder in Portland and elsewhere, is spinning out of control in various parts of the country. The Milwaukee County DA is part of the new insanity that has gripped the criminal justice system, now refusing to prosecute six out of every ten felony charges requested by police. These social justice prosecutors want you to think it’s normal to get rid of cash bail and abolish prisons entirely.
They’re not the only ones inviting you to think all this is normal. The San Francisco Chronicle is asking residents if it’s time to “tolerate burglaries” instead of defending their homes against invasion. Maybe the answer is ‘yes’ if you want to live in a city that’s becoming a drug store desert. Walgreens closed five more stores there last month because crime is so out of control.
All of this reminds me of Rudy Giuliani who, when he was mayor of New York City, reduced crime there by getting rid of the squeegee boys and no longer tolerating graffiti. He knew low-level crime like this created a permissive atmosphere that invited more serious crime. Fast forward to today, when prosecutors in Philadelphia, Baltimore, and elsewhere can no longer be bothered with prosecuting low-level infractions because, the argument goes, it results in mass incarceration of black people.
You can call it mass incarceration. I call it justice. I was a criminal defense attorney for seven years. Every one of my clients who was in jail was there for a reason. And yes, most of them were black, which is what you would expect where I was, in D.C., which is mostly black, but most of the judges were black, too. I had clients in jail for assault, drug distribution, and other serious charges. Low-level crime was handled by probation and drug treatment or other social service. I’m sorry, but if people of any stripe can’t conform their behavior to a set of minimum standards necessary for decent living conditions for all, they deserve to suffer some consequence until they straighten out. Most do, eventually. There aren’t a lot of old men in jail; crime is mostly committed by younger people under 30.
But the social justice crowd would have you believe the criminal class has been oppressed and it’s time to even the score by cutting them all kinds of breaks like low or no bail, no prosecution, and abolishing prisons altogether. If that’s the way you think, I’ll just tell you straight up you’re crazy. Think like that and you will get the chaos you deserve. Voters in Austin just rejected a ballot measure to re-fund the police, even though Oakland, Minneapolis, and other cities have already discovered they needed to do so. The result of defunding the police in Austin is record homicides and a wave of voluntary departures from the police force. Good luck Austin, you’re going to need it.
Thankfully, not everyone has lost their mind. Social justice prosecutors are facing recalls in San Francisco and Los Angeles, and in Fairfax and Loudon counties in Virginia. Not everyone thinks destroying the criminal justice system or tolerating the chaos that follows like night follows day are good ideas, nor should they. The social justice experiment in criminal law is a complete failure.

This is a reply to everyone on this thread. We could go on and on debating issues that have been raised. No one on this thread is the final authority when it comes to biblical interpretation, even though there has been a attitude of arrogance and dogmatism on the part of some. The bottom line in all of this is, has each and everyone of us on this thread accepted Jesus Christ as his or her personal one and only Savior, Son of God in human flesh, who died for our sins and bodily rose from the dead. Acts 4:12 says, “There is salvation in no one else; for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.”
No matter when the Rapture or a Tribulation take place, things are going to get increasingly more and more difficult. We must be prepared as much as is humanly possible, and put ourselves under the grace of God.

In my previous posts I have shown that the pretribulation rapture is a lie and how it contradicts what the Bible actually says. But rather than admit that you are wrong, instead, you call those who believe and speak the truth, arrogant.
It is very arrogant of you to dismiss the truth after it has been shown to you and to refuse to admit that you are in error when I clearly pointed out your mistakes.
Jesus and the apostles have given so much time to teach us about His coming but in your arrogance, you dismiss the teaching of Jesus and his apostles as not being important and you encourage others to do likewise.
You do what other pre-tribbers have done. You trivialise the doctrine of Jesus Christ’s coming when your false pretribulation rapture doctrine cant stand up to honest biblical scrutiny.
The mark of a true Christian includes adhering to the teaching of Jesus and His apostles and not following after false doctrines of men.

So we cruised into AFW the other day to take an additional look at a few items we had recently purchased, and were waiting on delivery for. We had a few extra thousand dollars, and were hoping to grab a few more dressers and chairs too.
Then some wanna be petty tyrant with a power trip at the front door told us this store requires masks. We promptly ignored this individual and went about our business, witnessing the irrational fears of the timid masked people living in fear around us. How predictably pathetic. And how unethical to promote fear instead of courage.
Guess who spent their money elsewhere on the same day?
Masks are stupid. Our health is our own personal business and nobody elses. Stop pandering to a corrupt government who’s strings are pulled by private corporations pushing dangerous medical products to create new lifelong medical services customers, at the expense of society at large.
AFW should take a stand for the regular people you represent in local communities. Be brave, do something. Take a stance that your stores will not be policing mask mandates, will not be adopting or supporting any vaccine passport nonsense, or in any other way trying to posture as anything other than a simple furniture store.
The executives at AFW need to turn off the corporate propaganda box and come back to reality. Colorado would be through this by now, just like other states like Florida and a half dozen others, if we would have done absolutely nothing. Early treatments saves lives and NIH protocols are killing people. Imagine the bureaucratic boondoggle which would be trying to source all your furniture and wares through a government agency. Believing the government is capable of managing ‘public health’ on this scale is equally if not more implausible and irrational.
Please kindly get the hell out of our private medical decisions. Wear a mask if you want to, we never have and never will voluntarily wear masks all the time. We’re not bandito’s whom need to conceal their identity and neither is the local furniture store, the local grocery stores, or the local schools, places where everyone needs urgent immediate health intervention. You have confused your store with a hospital. Wake up, come back to reality. Hypochondria is not trendy, but it is helpful to easily indicate who’s consuming so much propaganda, and whom actually still has an independent mind.
If you ever wondered which side you would fall on in 1930’s Germany, now you know, boldly marching to that line as prescribed by your great leaders. Stop now and reverse course before it’s too late, for the sake of everyone. In pursuit of Liberty, a concerned Colorado furniture shopper.
We’ll be happy to go back to your store once the ridiculous mask policies are once again rescinded. How awful of a working position too, manning the door having to boss innocent peaceful people around, demanding they show papers and allegiance to tyrants, slapping masks on them or demanding they leave. I would have quit that job the first day. It’s a miracle you even still have workers willing to show up. It is saddening for me as a customer to witness the employees in forced masking positions merely to keep those particular jobs. The same people whom chose not to wear the masks only a month ago.
You can not put a price on liberty. We do not trade liberty for security, lest we end up with neither.
There is no such thing as new normal. There is a life with liberty and a life without, which would you prefer? The world is what we make it so please stop ruining it for the patriotic Americans. We hold the line which you so arrogantly disregard as inconsequential.
Several hundred if not thousands of Colorado based superintendents, local politicians, school boards, all the way to the governor herself should be immediately recalled and fired over these matters. Having clearly usurped democracy in favor of totalitarianism and heavy handed edicts. ‘Covid’ responses will one day be reflected upon by future generations and recognized as the most massive waste of energy and man power in human history. It is convenient though, that the regular flue miraculously disappeared, now re categorized as covid.
My body, my choice. If you think the world needs more vaccines and more masks, take an extra shot on us and wear five more masks for yourself. It’s your funeral, eventually. We have robust natural immunity. End of story. Please mind your own business and stop trying to direct the private health decisions of your customers and employees.
And your stock quality is slipping, it’s damned near impossible to pull anything real leather or solid hardwood, or even a denim offering out of there. Where is the real wood and durable equipment? Iron lamps, heavy items, thick wood components, screws & nails instead of staples, products with lasting qualities, where is the feather down filled, guaranteed chemical treatment free fabrics and mattresses? Where is the amazing new tech products such as epoxy resin tabletops and truly custom items? Please after you get over irrational fears of germs, please consider a unique section one of a kind, something that would support local craftsman instead of trying to source everything from a half a world away.

Some people are really afraid.. So for their sakes I wear a mask when going into a shop. I don’t believe we prove anything by intimidating people. I think the antivaxx movement would do better by leafleting people, explaining the real facts about the fake virus and about the dangers of the poison jab etc. And a list of credible websites to browse. The best ammunition is real information.

Democracy is not in itself a bad thing. Even in the Bible we see where the assembly chose Stephen and six others to manage the day to day affairs of the church.
Democracy in politics is just an organisational structure where the people decide who should represent them in the day to day running of the affairs of the country.
But just like republicanism. it has become infiltrated with politicians who do not have the best interests of the people at heart and who serve the new world order agenda.
Having said that, the parties stated beliefs do reflect the values of those who elected them. The democrats are liberal and promote abortion etc., Current United States Data shows that the total number of abortions in the U.S. 1973-2018 equals 61.8 million.
The Republican parties stated beliefs are more right wing and conservative but they are war mongers
George Bush senior was the republican president was the commander in chief who ordered the un-justified war on Iraq. Around 1,500,000 Iraqis, primarily children, died as a direct consequence of the imposed sanctions, according to UNICEF estimates. Many more would die as a result of the havoc in which the country was left.
And George Bush junior presided during 9/11 and presided over Americas invasion of Afghanistan.
I remember watching a video, where , George Bush senior, promises a new world order.
What we are seeing in American politics is the corruption of the political system and a move towards medical tyranny by both parties, with each party playing to it’s followers and manipulating them so that they acquiesce to the NWO agenda roll out.

Democracy is not the problem .The problem is the devil’s manipulation of people’s human nature.
Theocracy didn’t work either, when despite God’s mighty deliverance and many miracles, Israel still sinned and went astray.
In the Christian church Paul had to challenge and admonish the saints.
So we can see that on this earth problems occur in both theocracy and democracy.
No matter what structure of governance is put in place, it will falter due to our human nature.
Theocracy will only work fully when we are made perfect upon the return of Jesus Christ with His angels.
The problem with America now is that democracy is being done away with. Biden is imposing mandates in breech of the constitution.. We are seeing the dismantling of democracy and the introduction of a dictatorship in the guise of a hitherto fake health emergency where people are losing their voice and are being pushed outside of the political debate. America is moving to a situation where consensus is no longer the way decisions are made.
The vote rigging in the presidential election was another breech of democracy by the so called democrats who contradict the values which they claim to espouse.
Democracy is being done away with in the ‘free world’
Christians were allowed to have a voice when democracy prevailed. We could vote according to our conscience and could live in peace with our neighbours. Our rights to practise our faith were respected. And we were allowed to contribute to the democratic process. We were able to render to God, the things of God and to Caesar what was Caesar’s. I am speaking in the past tense because I believe that, sadly, democracy is coming to an end.
Biden calling himself a democrat doesn’t mean he is democratic because he certainly is not.
Democracy is just a system and is only as good as the people whom it serves. A knife is just a tool which can be used for good i.e. preparing food etc. But if somebody takes that knife and stabs an innocent person with it, do we put the knife on trial. Of course not, it is only a tool.
Likewise, democracy is only a tool and is only as good as the people whom it serves.
As the devils servants continue to dismantle society and democracy in preparation for the ‘global reset’ we are losing our freedom of expression and our liberty. Democracy is becoming a thing of the past.
P.S. the ‘New World Order is not a democratic system.

Thank you for this , I do see it as a dangerous lie that will leave many so vulnerable and many will fall away and deliver up one another just as Jesus told us in Matt 24 v 10.
I usually do the same by showing the scriptures and have reasoned many many times with the pre tib people on a few sites I frequent.
I am aware of the Darby and Scofield deception and threw out my old Scofield Bible when I learned the truth.

I do see what the pre-tib doctrine has done to many believers by not preparing them whatsoever for the difficult times ahead as the Horseman will soon be on the march and they will be bewildered and vulnerable as they trusted in the deception that they would not see these events unfold. … The Apostasy and the man of lawlessness being revealed as Jesus told us in Matt 24 v 15 and Paul in 2 Thess 2 v 1-4 as well as Luke 17-21 and Mark 13 and the parallels of Rev 6 to the seals and Matt 24.
There are some awesome Saints you will meet on Leo’s site who are pre-tib and just looking for Jesus to return and have stated whatever comes..so be it. They are precious people, we all need to lift up each other as these days and trials and persecutions begin world wide.

I agree that there are Christians who have been fooled by the pretribulation rapture lie. Bur I believe that it is my Christian duty to challenge this false doctrine. I don’t judge the person, but I do challenge them by confronting the fake doctrine and by arguing for the truth.
Paul the apostle challenged other Christians, concerning false doctrine. A false belief shared by one Christian can quickly spread like wild fire affecting other Christians and damaging their faith.
I am conscious that when somebody pushes this false doctrine on the forum, that other Christians who may be new in the faith are reading those comments.
A saying used by pretribbers is that the coming of Christ is not a salvation matter. I would argue that it is a salvation matter. Not the means of attaining salvation but that, abiding in the teaching of Christ and the apostles is an integral part of salvation.
We are constantly warned in the bible against false teachings When asked about His coming , the first thing Jesus said was “take heed that no man deceive you”.
The doctrine of the coming of Jesus Christ is of huge significance especially as the end time approaches. That is why it is under such sustained attack. It was under attack in Paul’s time also, which is why he had to write to the Thessalonians and clarify the timing of the coming of Jesus Christ.
The pretribulation rapture lie that is now in circulation is a take on what the lies that were being circulated among the Thessalonians. It was promoted in America by the heretic John Nelson Darby, whereupon it was embraced by the heretic and con-man Cyrus Scofield . He put together a reference bible full of misleading notes which caused the reader to misinterpreted the scriptures
I cannot have peace with other Christians at the cost of accommodating a malicious lie. If a fellow Christian believes this lie, I cannot say all is well with you brother when it clearly is not. I must make every effort to steer that Christian back on to the narrow path which is built on the word of God by the Spirit of truth.
Christians in the past have been put to death by the the roman catholic church for not accommodating their twisting of the truth.
It is a small thing then that I should suffer the discomfort of challenging the pretribulation rapture lie and those who push that lie on others.
Ephesians 6:14 “Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth,
The first piece of armour mentioned is the truth. We were saved through the revelation of God’s truth and should continue to abide in God’s truth .
Without the truth we are blind and lose direction.
Let us be valiant warriors for God’s truth.

Anthony..Thank you and very well done! This is what the Lord has also shown me and many others in my former pre-tib family. My son attended Bible college where the word it taught line upon line and the Holy Spirit through the scripture spoke clearly and plainly that Jesus will come to rescue His people after the Antichrist is allowed to persecute the Saints and overcome them. Matt 24 parallels the seals perfectly as the rapture is described in Matt 24 v 29-31. As you know this is what Mark 13 and Luke 17-21 also teach us, along with Paul ( the Apostle to the Gentiles) taught in 2 Thess 2 v 1-4.
Matt 24 is clear and meant for His faithful church not the unbelieving Jews as pre-trib continues to claim. The Didache..12 Apostles teaching exhorts this and many many former Saints such as Charles Spurgeon, A.W. Tozer and Corrie Tenboom were pre-wrathers too,

The false pretribulation rapture doctrine, wrongly divides the word of God and also wrongly divides the people of God. It is a divisive weapon being used by Satan to confuse and oppose the testimony of God’s elect.
Mathew 24 is addressed to those who asked the question, i.e., believers in Christ.
Jesus says in verse 9
“Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name’s sake.”
This is obviously referring to believers in Christ and shows that the hatred is worldwide.
Jesus goes on to say that the angels will gather His elect, when He comes in power and glory.
I believe that the elect will include old testament saints and new testament saints. Because the elect are to found in the old testament and the new testament.
The efficacy of Jesus Christ’s sacrifice on the cross is eternal and extends to the whole assembly of God’s elect, who will be gathered together with Christ on that day when He is seen coming in the clouds with power and glory.
Speaking of the old testament men of faith, the writer of the letter to the Hebrews, says in chapter 11 :-
39 “And these all, having obtained a good report through faith, received not the promise:
40 God having provided some better thing for us, that they without us should not be made perfect.
This is clearly saying that the old testament saints, will indeed be made perfect. But not yet.
I understand this to mean that the old testament saints will be made perfect when they are given glorified bodies, but their souls must wait in paradise until the fulness of time when Jesus comes to gather His elect.
At which time the dead in Christ ,which includes the deceased old and new testament saints, must rise first and then those of us who are alive will be caught up and changed into our glorified bodies, and so forever be with Christ.
It is at this time that the full assembly of God’s people will be made perfect together and share in the glory of Jesus Christ.
“When we see Him we shall be like Him.
1 John 3:2
“Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is. ”

I believe we are transitioning into the Tribulation Period now. All that we are seeing now is a foreshadow of it. The deception, wild weather, earthquakes, volcanoes erupting simultaneously, pestilence (of which COVID is one), lawlessness, apostacy, “love growing cold,” all the things listed in Romans 1:18-32, people saying “peace and safety”(I Thess. 5:3), a deluding influence (I Thess. 2:11), “deceitful spirits and doctrines of demons” and people with a seared conscience (I Timothy 4:1-2), all the things listed in II Timothy 3:1-7, and I could on and on, are all converging for the first time in history.

In Mathew ‘s gospel, chapter 24 , Jesus predicts the events that will precede His coming. These events lead up to the great tribulation which Jesus says will happen when the abomination of desolation is seen standing in the holy place,
Jesus says that this tribulation will be the worst of all time.
21 “For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.
Jesus goes on to say in verse 29, that He will return after this tribulation period.
29 “Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:
30And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.
31And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.”

My response to you is that I have put Mathew 24 in it’s proper context and have shown you clearly where Jesus said that he would return AFTER the great tribulation. I challenge you to show me where it says in the Bible that Jesus will return before the great tribulation.

My answer
To find the context of Mathew 24 we simply need to look at who asked the questions and what the questions were.
3And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?
So we go to Mat 24 and we see that it was the disciples of Jesus who asked the questions. The disciples were obviously believers in Jesus Christ and therefore are among the elect of God.
They asked about the timing of future events and what would be the SIGN of His coming and they recognised that His coming marks the end of the age.
So, Jesus is addressing the elect of God through the generations, up to and including His Glorious return whereupon He will send His angels with a great sound of a trumpet to gather His elect, both the living and the dead.
He warns against deception and false Christs ruling out any other manifestation of His coming other than what He has described, which is visible to all the world to see.
“And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.”

I can only speak about biblical teaching
The assembly of God’s people goes back several thousands of years. But faith in God is more than a concept. It is an act of God where the Holy Spirit regenerates a person so that the believer is born again with a new life which is the very life of God Himself. This is eternal life.

Jesus Christ was well able to understand the future since in his teachings, he foretold what would happen in the future. Also Jesus is God who is eternal. Jesus said “before Abraham was, I am” , showing that He existed before Abraham was born.
In 1st Corinthians chapter 10 we are told that Christ accompanied Israel as they journeyed through the desert from Egypt to Canaan.
So Jesus is eternal and those who worship Him are worshipping God, who created the world and who is controlling events today and will judge the nations when He comes with his angels in power and glory.

Actually, Jesus did have a church.
In the the King James translation of the new testament the word ‘ church’ is used to replace the original Greek word ἐκκλησία ekklesia {ek-klay-see’-ah} which simply means ‘ASSEMBLY’. and is used when referring to a gathering of God’s people, both, in the old testament and the new testament. So it’s not about a building.
In the Old testament the Hebrew word קָהָל qahal {kaw-hawl’} which means ASSEMBLY, is used when referring to a gathering of God’s people.
So the assembly of God’s people has existed for thousands of years and will continue to exist on this earth until Jesus comes in glory with His angels to gather His elect.
Many of the wealthy churches we see today are apostate churches. They are wealthy because they appeal to the flesh and are far removed from the teachings of Christ. They are headed by con-men who cajole and beguile their congregation. There is much demonic activity in the apostate church. Again this was foretold by Jesus in Mat 24.
Paul in 2nd Thessalonians chapter 2 says that the apostasy must happen before the man of sin is revealed
“Who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sits in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.”
and
“Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,”
I believe that the apostasy we are seeing now will get progressively worse, paving the way for the revealing of the man of sin. The apostate church is so deceived that I believe they will worship the man of sin and persecute the true Christians.

My answer
I believe that the current pandemic is fake but I believe that we will see a real pandemic when the vaccinated people with their, now, compromised immune systems are exposed to the Flu. I believe that last year’s flu was hijacked and relabelled as Covid 19. Having said that I should point out that God’s people are not exempt from suffering as history bill show.
A pandemic is of less concern to me as a Christian than the persecution which I will have to endure during the great tribulation, should it occur during my lifetime on earth.
Jesus said that the great tribulation will be so bad that if it wasn’t cut short, none would survive. But the tribulation will be cut short for the sake of His elect. So there will be Christians still on the earth right up to the time when Jesus comes in glory with His angels, immediately after the great tribulation, whereupon the dead in Christ will be raised and taken up, followed by those Christians who are still alive on the earth.
I believe that you have asked your questions with an honest heart, so, I hope that you found these answers helpful. If you have any more questions, let me know and I’ll do my best to answer them for you.

I can’t help thinking that the best antidote is order. A firm foundation and stability.
If someone is an immediate physical threat–to you or your nearby family–a gun will work. But that’s not how most of our problems are set up.
We NEED stability and order. The Reset is planned to occur because we fail to care for ourselves. They want us to run around shooting each other. They want us not to bother feeding ourselves or our families. They want us to abdicate taking care of our health. They want our children to grow up ignorant of anything but indoctrination points.
Glenn Beck, David Knight, Andrew Torbe, and many other conservatives agree.
Protests are just parades. They won’t make the tyrants back down.
This may require Christ’s Second Coming to save us. But I want Him to find faith on the earth. It would be wonderful if His people scattered around the globe could present a front to “fight” back against the night.

Just remember, if anyone is a believer and follower of Jesus Christ, you should not fear the future events that will come upon the world. You should rejoice because this is all going to end soon. These events we are witnessing today have been foretold and prophesied by the prophets of the Old Testament. Our mission today is to get people to Jesus and Jesus to people. The seven years of tribulation are very near. This is the time of the signs. Jesus will return for His Church before this all goes down.

Old Testament prophets were speaking to Isreal. The epistles are to the born again believers. The Old Testament is for our learning, [Romans 15:4]. Christians try to analyze daily events and proclaim that Revelation is here or right around the corner. We have been saved from the wrath which is to come, [1Thessalonians 1:10.} We are taken up with him with his FIRST return, [1 Thessalonians 4: 1 – 18.] Then the book of Revelation begins and at some point Christ returns WITH his saints. [1 Thessalonians 3:13]
This misunderstanding has tempted Christians into non action since they see the prophesy of Revelation unfolding and can’t do anything about it. I believe the majority of wrongly taught Christians think Revelation is written to them.

Yes, Mr. Petr: I so agree. Refer to I Thess. 4:13-18, and Revelation 3:10. The first passage (vs. 18) says to “comfort one another with these words.” There is no way that going through the Tribulation could bring comfort. The Revelation passage specifically says, “Because you have the word of my perseverance, I will keep you from the hour of testing, that hour which is about to come upon the whole world, to test those who dwell upon the earth.”

The comfort offered in I Thessalonians 4:13-18 is the promise Christianity was founded upon. The resurrection of the dead.

In 1Thess. 4:13-18, Paul is addressing the concern among the Thessalonian believers that those who had died in Christ would miss out on the rapture which would occur upon the glorious return of Jesus Christ. Paul is saying, not to worry because the dead in Christ will also be taken up when Jesus returns.
Paul describes the sequence of events when he says that the dead will actually precede those who are alive. Paul is clearly pointing out that the rapture of the living will happen AFTER the resurrection and rapture of the dead.
We know that the resurrection of the dead wont happen until Jesus returns in Glory with His angels,
Paul says that the living saints will not precede the dead saints. So it’s obvious that the living saints must wait until the glorious return of Jesus Christ with His angels and the resurrection and rapture of dead in Christ, Only then will the living saints be raptured.
The living saints cannot be raptured before the resurrection and rapture of the dead in Christ.
The comfort that Paul is offering is in this context. Nowhere in these verses does Paul even mention the tribulation. So why do you imply that he is referring the Tribulation? Please give me an answer.
You are also taking Rev 3:10 our of context
Revelation 3:10 was clearly written to the church in Philadelphia which was located in Asia minor/ modern day Turkey. It is written specifically to that church and no other.
If you read Rev 2:10 , you will see that that the church in Smyrna is not spared from tribulation. The early church suffered much tribulation.
John wrote seven different messages to seven different churches. Each message was specific to the church to whom it was written, otherwise John could have written one general message addressed to all the churches.
Rev 2:10 was written to the church in Smyrna
“Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life.”
So you can see clearly that Christians were going through tribulation at that time.
Each of the seven churches is addressed separately and has a different set of circumstances.
It’s worth pointing out that before John begins his address to the churches, he clearly describes the coming of Jesus Christ as a visible event
Rev 1:7
“Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen.”
It’s also worth pointing out that even John himself suffered tribulation
Rev1:9I “John, who also am your brother, and companion in tribulation, and in the kingdom and patience of Jesus Christ, was in the isle that is called Patmos, for the word of God, and for the testimony of Jesus Christ.”
The early church went through much tribulation and has continued to suffer terrible persecution through the ages and still is in some parts of the world to this very day.
But pretribbers think that they are exempt from tribulation despite the Bible saying the exact opposite.
The pretribulation rapture theory is based on the lies posited by Darby and Scofield and is contrary to what the Bible clearly teaches.
Nowhere in the Bible does it say that Jesus will rapture his saints before the great tribulation. It’s simply not there. You didn’t get the pretribulation belief from reading the bible.

Hi Athalon 7 – The government is not my friend nor are their policies with their deadly Covid shots (sooner or later) as my free salt water cure for Coronavirus should attest and I agree with you about the Flu being Coronavirus being the Flu, because one is the “technical term” for the other, however, an extermination program to be sure and once they have the vaccines in, you can’t take them out, so while everyone looks normal from the outside, one can only speculate what they look like from within the blood stream.
