Senators introduce bill to create digital identity for all Americans

U.S. Senators Kyrsten Sinema, an independent of Arizona, and Cynthia Lummis, Republican of Wyoming, have introduced Senate Bill 884, also known as the Improving Digital Identity Act of 2023.

The bill was introduced March 21 and ordered to proceed out of committee on March 29 without amendments and with a favorable recommendation.

The bill’s text states:

“The lack of an easy, affordable, reliable, and secure way for organizations, businesses, and government agencies to identify whether an individual is who they claim to be online creates an attack vector that is widely exploited by adversaries in cyberspace and precludes many high-value transactions from being available online. Incidents of identity theft and identity fraud continue to rise in the United States, where more than 293,000,000 people were impacted by data breaches in 2021.”

The bill calls for the formation of a public-private partnership to bring this digital ID system into being.

“The public and private sectors should collaborate to deliver solutions that promote confidence, privacy, choice, equity, accessibility, and innovation. The private sector drives much of the innovation around digital identity in the United States and has an important role to play in delivering digital identity solutions.”

The bill references the bipartisan Commission on Enhancing National Cybersecurity, which has called for the federal government to “create an interagency task force directed to find secure, user-friendly, privacy-centric ways in which agencies can serve as 1 authoritative source to validate identity attributes in the broader identity market. This action would enable Government agencies and the private sector to drive significant risk out of new account openings and other high-risk, high-value online services, and it would help all citizens more easily and securely engage in transactions online.”

The above section of the bill is extremely vague and left wide open for bureaucrats and technocrats to require a digital ID to perform any function considered “high-risk, high-value online services,” up to and including logging onto the internet.

Globalists with ties to the United Nations and World Economic Forum have for several years advocated a digital ID requirement as a way of removing so-called “disinformation” from the internet. Once everyone has a digital ID, it becomes easy to restrict everyday human movement and activity based on one’s social credit score, like in China, which Klaus Schwab has stated is the model for many other nations. If your score dips below a certain point, you are now a “high risk” individual, and your digital ID would simply be flagged. The government, working in collusion with Big Tech in their ongoing public-private partnership, simply block you from logging onto the internet. You can no longer have a bank account, get a driver’s license, receive healthcare, obtain a passport, or any of those other “high risk” privileges.

We have already seen how the government worked hand in glove with Big Tech and corporate America to silence dissidents on vaccines, vaccine passports, masking and lockdowns during the pandemic. In Canada, the government worked with banks to freeze the bank accounts of protesting truckers. The whole Covid experience was a dry run for the coming beast system where you won’t be able to buy or sell without showing proof of submission to the system. Digital IDs, in tandem with the coming digital money, will be weaponized into a global enforcement system the likes of which the world has never seen.

These intrusive, invasive attempts to digitize humanity and reduce us to a QR code always come with the same sweet-sounding selling points. It will make our lives easier, more convenient, more safe and secure. We will even have more “privacy” Senator Sinema assures us!

Sinema, it’s important to note, was present at the 2022 Bilderberg meeting and at the 2023 World Economic Forum meeting at Davos. She’s quickly becoming one of the darlings of the global technocracy movement, said Patrick Wood, editor in chief of Technocracy.news and a resident of Arizona.

“She is emerging as one of the most dangerous women in America,” Wood told me.

The head of the proposed new task force charged with creating the digital ID, according to Senate Bill 884, would be appointed by the president.

The Senate bill states that the task force will “establish and coordinate a government-wide effort to develop secure methods […] to improve access and enhance security between physical and digital identity credentials, particularly by promoting the development of digital versions of existing physical identity credentials, including driver’s licenses, e-Passports, social security credentials, and birth certificates.”

This is right in line with globalist World Economic Forum kingpin Klaus Schwab’s pronouncement in his book, COVID-19: The Great Reset, that the human existence is evolving to the point where there will be “a fusion of our physical, digital and biological identities.”

And our politicians, both liberal and conservative, will be on board with this. It’s the “innovative” thing to do and, after all, they’re just trying to protect us, right?

When first introduced in 2022, Senator Sinema said, “We’re supporting innovation and enhancing privacy by improving digital verification to combat identity theft, fraud, and cybercrime.”

It sounds so good!

Senator Lummis added:

“Technology has the potential to dramatically improve the security and privacy of identity credentials, and enable easier access to the financial system. It doesn’t make sense that Americans have to constantly overshare sensitive identity information with government agencies and businesses, which are honeypots all too often targeted by hackers and identity thieves. I’m proud to work with my friend and colleague Sen. Sinema to introduce the Improving Digital Identity Act of 2022 to work toward digital identity standards that protect our privacy and give Americans more control over their identity.”

Other senators have also called for the creation of a national digital ID system.

Winepress News reported that Congressman Barry Loudermilk, a conservative Georgia Republican, said in 2021 while pushing for similar legislation:

“COVID-19 changed a lot of the way Americans live, work, and provide for our families, and we have become even more reliant on digital commerce platforms. But with more Americans adapting to a ‘new normal’ in the way we go about purchasing life necessities, this also means more Americans’ personally identifiable information [PII] is at risk of being stolen.”

If this bill passes, you can bet Biden will sign it. Such a bill would require, no matter how gradually, the system’s obedient subjects to show their digital papers in order to perform ever more functions in society until they end up as digitally marked slaves to their elitist masters. They will have handed over ownership of their very identity to the beast system.

Never comply. Never submit. Stay awake. Stay free.

Apostle John saw three unclean spirits that looked like [“Woke” LGBTQIA+] frogs coming out of the mouths of the Dragon, the Beast, and the False Prophet. These are demonic spirits that perform signs [i.e. paranormal UFO sightings connected with cattle mutilation; Satanic Austin Powers’ obnoxious Mini-Me who apparently has bewitched and pornographically ‘Shagged’ Anna] and go out to all the kings of the earth, to assemble them for battle on the great day of God the Almighty (Rev. 16: 13).

A stench of death arises from the demonic “adult level” that Anna shamelessly shares with the Devil and Austin Powers’ demented Mini-Me.

  3. Anna It is painfully obvious you have suffered great tragedy but your anger is misdirected. The governments are to blame. Not just that but every member you mentioned CHOSE to serve bravely they knew the cost and chose to serve. That takes a special kind of person. My son is a Marine by the way and my ex husband served in Viet Nam. I have seen the mark of sacrifice Anna. You are correct I don’t know what John said that triggered your anger or let’s say distaste. There in is the problem If we react to someone’s post like you have those on the sidelines only see the attitude at the moment. That is why each should have their say and let it go at that. We never have to agree on someone perspective but civil discourse cannot happen when name calling (as you have done repeatedly) is the way we behave. I would suggest you pray about the anger and hurt you feel about those who have been maimed buy their service and loss of lives. Carrying that around only burdens you and shades everything you feel and say. As far as my opinion take it or leave it that is free speech and yours to do (for a time anyway) as well unless you intend to continue to maim those who just want civil discourse. My delicate sensibilities were not harmed in any significant way but you did cause me pain even if you did not know it. That is why labeling someone needlessly is harmful.

    1. Tess, if you consider my anger “misdirected” because I confronted someone who minimized and ridiculed the priceless sacrifices paid and unimaginable horrors endured by those on behalf of others, then I guess I’m a little too red-blooded and not dispassionate enough for your taste in readers.

And frankly, I don’t appreciate you lecturing me with the comment (and the caps), that “…every member you mentioned CHOSE to serve bravely they knew the cost and chose to serve.” I know the cost of that choice, but I still respect and honor their choice.

Also, when you say, “If we react to someone’s post like you have those on the sidelines only see the attitude at the moment. That is why each should have their say and let it go at that,” I totally disagree with “letting it go at that.”

If we don’t have the freedom to question or challenge or, if necessary, confront someone over something they say, then are we all that fragile that we can’t endure honest debate, or should we limit freedom of speech itself and self-censor?

And not only that, I believe we have the responsibility to not let “it go at that” when we perceive something being expressed that we feel in our gut is not right.

So I will not “let it go” when I hear someone say something that I perceive as false, or demeaning, or unjust. If you look at some of my past comments, you’ll see that I have a short fuse when it comes to people creeping onto this website trying to incite others toward violence, or hatred like anti-Semitism or expressing misogynist attitudes. Because they are also free to respond when I’ve challenged them, some of them have.

I would also like to remind you that there is only One Who is omniscient and Who has the true window into my soul, so your ‘recommendation’ that I pray “…about the anger and hurt you feel about those who have been maimed buy their service and loss of lives. Carrying that around only burdens you and shades everything you feel and say” is disingenuous, to say the least.

Finally, your last comments: “unless you intend to continue to maim those who just want civil discourse…. That is why labeling someone needlessly is harmful” are an attempt to smear and discredit me (especially using an emotionally connotative word like “maim”), which is what YOU started doing to both me and Rachel from your very first post against us.

  5. Just finished reading this story, and it has absolutely stunned me, because I had no idea this was quietly occurring behind the scenes in our very own U.S. Senate. I regularly get and save newsletters from my state’s Republican Senators and Representative in Washington, so I quickly checked the ones from March for any information on this. Nada.

Yes, I’ve heard over and over about globalists/WEF wanting this very thing, but I was assuming it would be initiated by some WEF event in Europe. How stupid of me! Because, although the globalists there have wanted a world-wide digital currency, and surrender and enslavement to the WHO, the ones leading the charge toward both of those and now this one do not reside across the pond.

Why should that have surprised me? Because it was also this country that exported the murder of unborn children and perversion to the rest of the world and has meddled in the affairs of so many other sovereign nations to their great detriment.

There is no doubt in my mind that there are still some good and decent people in leadership who do much good for their states and for this country, and who haven’t sold their souls, but I fear that many of those are being deceived or have fallen asleep. Is there anything we constituents can do to undeceive them or wake them up?

Meanwhile, the Republicans have formed committees, and are holding investigations into the Biden family crimes and D.A. Bragg’s politicized inquisition into Trump, but will there ever be any TEETH in these or any of their other investigations? They are forever bringing knives to a gunfight!!!

I apologize now if what I’m about to say offends anyone’s sensibilities, but it’s gotten to this point for me:

Although I don’t condone what they do, I have more respect for prostitutes than I now do for many if not most politicians.

With the former, although you don’t know who all their clients are, the repertoire of everything they do to get paid is pretty well known.

With the latter, you not only do not know everyone they’re sleeping with, but you do not know everything they’re willing to do for the money. At least, not until it’s too late. For you, that is.

Dear Anna, do you have more respect for God’s commandment [Revelation 18:4] to come out of the Great Babylonian Prostitute [i.e. Harlot America] than you do for your adulterous political intercourse with her deluded politicians who democratically represent the lukewarm Laodicean life of your Xian constituents? It’s gotten to this point for Christ’s wise virgin Bride:
She cannot continue to fellowship with unrepentant Socially-Secured foolish virgins who patriotically pledge their heart’s allegiance to the Great American Prostitute and violently take up her military’s Skull and Bone’s sword to defend her Masonic Constitution.

Rachel, your sensible Mormon friend knows better than to annoy you by repeating the catchphrases of the LDS’s cult gospel. I am not a member of any 501(c)3 interfaith Xian cult that is happily enslaved within Satan’s Socialistic Security System. The Lord Jesus warns His Bride’s “called out ones” that it will be like the apostate Days of Noah when He returns. Only a very small remnant of “wise virgins” will obey Christ’s [Revelation 18:4] Gospel warning to come out of the ‘digital security’ of Sodom’s/Socialism’s UN Global Village. With their oil lamps filled and brightly burning, they will faithfully await Him in the divine Ark-like security of the ‘wilderness’. For 120 years while building the Ark, Noah never tired of frequently repeating God’s Gospel warning to his beloved family members, friends, strangers, and neighbors. Sadly, millions of annoyed “foolish virgins”, thinking they had a valid point, mocked Noah as a demented cultist. Not unlike how Sodom’s Synagogue of Satan derided and martyred Jesus and Stephen.

There is something intriguing, though, Rachel, about his posts. Because I have seen a few past comments by John that were actually pretty lucid and amazingly mature. But then there that other side appears , kind of like an obnoxious Mini-Me:

      5. Rachel – “I feel the same way about John, Anna.”

So now here are two women, and I’m sure there are other regular readers on this website, who would like to see that more thoughtful, analytical thinking emerge in John’s comments, because we have seen him demonstrate that before.

And, in saying the following, I’m not poking fun – it’s just my own personal observation: if someone is going to employ parody as political humor to try to get their point across, they really need to learn how to effectively use that form, as they would with satire, sarcasm, exaggeration, irony, incongruity, etc. Otherwise, they risk losing their audience midway before the reader gets through the whole dialogue.

There is certainly a place for these and other literary-political methods and they’ve been successfully employed for at least 2,000 years or more to influence others’ opinions and even help make much-needed changes in society.

So I’m hoping we see more of that other side of John, but if he wants to continue to use parody or sarcasm, he might benefit by taking some creative writing classes or just reading works by good authors, which could help him sharpen his skills and decisively make the impact upon others that he so desires.

You missed previous comments where the sacrifices of my family members who were on the battlefields and those who served with them were being mocked by the very person you are defending. But I don’t expect anyone who’s never had loved ones in those situations to understand why I would be angry and grieved.

No stretch of the imagination could ever paint an adequate picture of the blown-up bodies of soldiers my father had fought alongside in the islands of the South Pacific or those of my nephew’s fellow Marines at a barracks in Lebanon or those sailors at the bottom of the sea near the U.S.S. Cole that another nephew had to recover. Or what it’s like for some of these heroes and their families when they come home and bring the battles with them inside, where they struggle for years, maybe even a couple decades before they finally feel some peace.

Or what it was like for my sister to kiss her husband in his police uniform goodbye in the morning as he went out into a big city, and not know if he was coming home at night. He was one of the lucky ones, though, in spite of wounds from a bullet and stabbings.

It’s especially excruciating for me when I try not to think of their sacrifices as being in vain as I watch the country they loved being torn apart and destroyed by lawless, cruel, selfish monsters in Washington, D.C.

So I don’t like it when I see someone mock me, or Rachel, or others here.

Maybe you should be more careful to look at all sides of the story before you defend one and criticize others.

Answer: I was birthed with U.S. citizenship but was led to repent of being a dependent ward of the Marxist Beast branded with its SS#. Thereafter, I have been incredibly blessed to thrive in the theocratic kingdom of God’s amazing grace. Thirty years ago Elohim jealously called me out of Socialism’s eugenic security system, solely unto Himself [Revelation 18:4]. His Holy Spirit led me into the ‘wilderness’ where I have been embraced daily by His infinite love and miraculous nurturing care. Liberated in the wilderness, away from all the restrictions of the American Whore’s eugenic Covid mandates, the Lord would not allow the infectious Covid plague or any of the malignant diseases of ‘Egypt’ to touch us [Deuteronomy 7:15].

Christ Jesus—the Good Shepherd’s benevolent voice calls each of His dependent sheep by name. He commands them to deny themselves by peacefully taking up their daily martyrs’ cross and faithfully following Him. Christ gently leads His repentant sheep out of their womb to tomb enslavement to Sodom/Egypt’s socialistic welfare State and into the liberating ‘wilderness’.

      1. You are correct sir. Now, consider how US citizens are required to present a SSN card or verbally communicate their Slave Surveillance Number in order to work, bank, apply for a credit card or a loan, or to travel by air(Real ID). Soon, if digital money is adopted the SSN will be required in order to buy or sell anything. Consider this also, everyone who has an SSN and uses it does so by choice, as there is no legal requirent to acquire an SSN. There are simply severe restrictions on one’s ability to operate in our present system without one. It is time to get red pilled and open our eyes. We are being led into captivity one small step at a time. This Country is almost there. Time to come out of the Harlot World economic system before it is too late. 10. Wondering if we can learn anything from the book of Daniel?
Daniel and his three compatriots were removed to a foreign land, given new names, taught a foreign language, and appointed over the affairs of the province of Babylon. They were well entrenched in a foreign land. Yet they weren’t completely conformed to the culture, in that Daniel resolved he would not be defiled by the king’s rich food, Shadrach, Meshach and Abed’nego would not worship the golden image, and Daniel continued to pray to his God, and not the king.
Christians live “in the world,” but are not to be “of the world”, while the apostle Paul reminds us, “Do not be conformed to this world…” At what point do we find ourselves being asked to conform to this world? At what point do we draw the line?

    3. Johnno – “Christians live “in the world,” but are not to be “of the world”, while the apostle Paul reminds us, “Do not be conformed to this world…” At what point do we find ourselves being asked to conform to this world? At what point do we draw the line?”

That’s just it – we don’t want to find ourselves at that point. The battle lines were drawn long ago, so we need to start preparing NOW.

In Romans 12:2, Paul not only gives us the negative, “Do not be conformed to this world,” he also follows up with the positive, “but be transformed by the renewing of your mind…”

How do we renew our minds? By His Word.

…as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself for her, that He might sanctify and cleanse her with the washing of water by the word…(Ephesians 5:25)

It’s our food, critical to sustain us:

“But He answered and said, “It is written, ‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.’ ” (Matthew 4:4)

It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life. (John 6:63)

It’s our light in the growing darkness of this world:

“Your word is a lamp to my feet And a light to my path.” (Psalm 119:105)

It’s our weapon – more powerful than any man-made ones on earth:

“For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.” (Hebrews 4:12)

“Therefore put on the full armor of God… and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.” (Ephesians 6:13, 17)

Satan knows how powerful the Word of God is – that’s why he used it to try to tempt the Word of God Himself. Unfortunately, he knows it better than most Christians, because many of us are not only not hearing enough of it in our churches (Romans 10:17), but in our daily walk as well.

So I’m preaching to myself, here, Johnno, because I know that I haven’t been reading or meditating upon or memorizing His Word the way I should. But as I see how thick the cloud of growing deception is upon this world and how it’s affecting even really good and decent people, I know I can’t forestall this any longer.

  11. The ID 2020 was just the beginning. I draw the line at putting things into my body. I will not take any sort of chip or other form of technology into my body. Nor the vaccine of course. I am not comfortable with iris scans either. Fingerprinting has been going on for a long time and documents I am fine with. We have to recognize that all of these are steps to the ultimate goal, baby steps along the way. Then we have to discern where to draw the line. I got the ID2020 even though I knew where it was leading. It was only certain documents to bring in so I was okay with doing it. I know where it is leading, they want to get people used to more trespasses in order to have access to what used to be taken for granted. They are conditioning people to tyranny, to taking things into their body, to trespasses of their rights little by little until the beast system is fully in place and by then no one will protest by raising so much as a pinky finger. I see the handwriting on the wall. In the meantime I try to live life as normally as I can. We all must be on guard as it is a slippery slope. We must be ready for that boundary line to come up that we are not willing to cross, that hill to die on. Because when that one comes up, that’s it. It is the end of life as we knew it. I am ready to die as a martyr anytime. I’m just trying to survive until I can die! Lol. But I have a long list of lines I won’t cross, and the walls are closing in more and more by the day. For instance, I refuse to attend any of those ‘inclusion’ trainings, I refuse to sign any document that has statements against what I believe, against my convictions and conscience, I refuse to take the jab, and things like that. As the saying goes, “If I perish, I perish!”

        L. A. McDonough—
I was born into an average mid-class American family without inherited money. Power Ball is a greed-fueled gambling lust that has no place in the hearts of Christ’s holy Bride. The Lord Jesus is the omnipotent Creator of the Universe. He is also my Good Shepherd who led me out of Socialism’s Security System thirty years ago, setting me free from its eugenic health welfare. How did Moses and Israel’s four million slaves escape out of Egypt’s security system, with all of their flocks, and thrive 40 years in the deadly, waterless wilderness?? They didn’t have access to Socialism’s banking, hospitals, and medicare-welfare. Likewise, for thirty years, Jesus has generously provided for ALL my daily needs out of His infinite wealth. He is my Master who employs my carpentry skills to help home repair/remodeling needs of financially struggling people. My daily labor is 100% unto the Lord and is not for hire or has ever been traded for money. However, the Lord has overwhelmed me with the anonymous gifts that I have received (i.e. vehicles, housing, cash, gift cards, airline tickets, etc.). Thank you, Lord Jesus!!

      1. Yes. If we were a monarchy our loyalty would be to the crown. Those who ordered us to do things to harm the king would be traitors. Since our loyalty is to the Constitution and Republic those who order us to violate those are the real traitors. Hence their hatred for patriots and nationalists. For they have determined to destroy the nation they’re pretending to govern. They especially hate “Christian nationalists” because the globalists’ real war is on God and secondly upon the independent nation state and people.

    1. You’re absolutely correct Rachel. Submitting to the coming one world beast system is a choice and I totally reject it. I was mentally prepared to face, and overcome whatever in the grace of God when I first read about the beast system in the bible, should I be alive on earth at that time. As a matter of fact. It has always been my goal to enter the Kingdom Of God if I had to walk in hungry and naked in the process. Experiencing martyrdom is definitely the better choice if that’s what it comes to.

      1. I hope my family will not be held accountable for being deceived. But I know the way things are and cannot plead ignorance. It’s painful. Been looking back and seeing how western Christians have been so woefully deceived. We have been turning a blind eye to many evils in the systems we built a dependence upon. And love money, fame and power almost as much as the liberal seculars.

Additionally the government is rolling out the NATIONAL ID SYSTEM. You must submit biometrics, birth certificates, fingerprints plus a IRIS SCAN.

      1. @Just Sayin: That’s what prepping is all about. Passing tyrannical laws and then enforcing them are two entirely different matters. When the hammer drops and chaos results, it will then be to our advantage because it will result in Open Season on the tyrants and their lackeys by the tens of millions of fed up, gun-owning patriots which comprise the Silent Majority in this country — many of whom are combat experienced. No more end-arounds via unenforceable laws and mandates. This is the showdown which the liberals cannot possibly win.

      3. Oh you of little faith…those of us walking in God’s spirit have steeled ourselves to the possibility of martyrdom. BUT we also hold the hope of the rapture.. Each of us knows the cost. We walk in faith and comfort one another just as the many martyrs before us. I find it sad that you do not understand the weight of your choice. Many before us died in more horrible ways than hunger. We can do nothing more than die as they did and we can do nothing more to honor our KING than die for his cause. There are hundreds of thousands doing that very act TODAY you just are not told.
We also hold to the promise that God is with us always and he will not test us beyond our endurance but he will make a way out for us(which could be an early death)1 Corn 10:13.
He also tells us to have no fear Isa 41:10
Jesus warned us who to fear Luke 12:5 When a Christian fully understands the end game he does not fear death of this world because it is temporary the eternal death is the one to fear. Where will you be when your weak and sinful body dies? I hope in Jesus.

    1. Thank you for sharing that John. The cell phone is the main gateway into plugging everyone into the www. So I refuse to have one. It’s all in the patent. If everyone would give up their cell phones and laptops, they couldn’t do it. No wonder they’re giving away free phones and providing free internet to low-income seniors. But you have to be on a gov service to get one. No thanks. I don’t need a cell phone to talk to my God, and He hears every thought and prayer. But, coming up will be an implantable patch or something to take the phone’s place, I think. OR, it is already in the Vexes. The cell phone completes the connection for body data. We need the armor of God to resist it. and refuse ALL implantable or wearable devices.
