If you want to see the future of America, just look at Germany
The situation in Germany this Christmas should be a wake-up call to every American city that has a growing Muslim population along with Democrats in control of its governing apparatus.
Overath, a town of 27,000 people in North-Rhine Westphalia near Cologne, recently announced this year’s Christmas market has been canceled. The security cost required to protect visitors from potential terrorist attacks exceeds the budget of the event organizer. The local city government refuses to step in and cover any of the expenses, according to Rheinische Post. Christians, or at least those who still profess to be such, seem all too ready for capitulation.
The European Conservative writes:
“The Overath market will not be held as ever more frequent stabbings, car attacks and bomb threats during the holiday period have made security too costly.”
Thomas Kolbe, in an article at Zero Hedge, notes that since 2015, when Angela Merkel embarked on a full-blown open-borders policy, Germany and the other European countries have been slowly committing national suicide.
“The mass influx of young men from predominantly Islamic countries has deeply shattered the population’s sense of identity” and security, he writes.
Of course we didn’t need Kolbe to tell us that. I predicted it in articles as far back as 2014 and did a deep dive on the topic in my 2017 book, Stealth Invasion, which got banned by Amazon a few years later. I was also blackballed from the mainstream media after publishing that book. Nobody wanted to hear the truth about what mass Islamic immigration means for Western civilization.
Now that it’s becoming more obvious, to the point where even mainstream politicians like Chancellor Friedrich Merz have begun speaking out about the changing face of German cities, I don’t hear any apologies coming my way from Amazon or anyone else.
Even after deadly Islamist attacks, including when Berlin’s most important city square was hit in 2016 with 12 victims, followed by the Solingen festival stabbing in 2023 with three dead, or the bombing plot at the Magdeburg Christmas market last year, Germany still refuses to confront militant Islam pressing into Europe.
The list of Islamist attacks in Germany and Europe is a long one. Kolbe notes that when traditional festivals like Christmas markets are only possible behind heavy police presence and concrete barriers to stop jihadist vehicle attacks, it shows how intimidation of secular Western society has become wildly successful.
The cancelation of this year’s Christmas market in Overath is just the latest scene in a decades-long motion picture horror show. High security costs to protect visitors from terrorism make it impossible to open. The same is true in Dresden and many other German cities.
One would think they’ve reached a tipping point, where people rise up and say, no more! We’re taking our country back!
But there is no sign of courage or serious public resistance in sight.
In Overath, Islamists have managed, without any real resistance, to push aside a piece of tradition and communal life.
The pathetic renaming of Christmas markets into so-called Winter Markets represents a submission to Islam. A needless capitulation. Of course, this is where the interests of the Islamists and the secularists intersect, as the godless left has always hated Christmas and sought to replace it with a generic holiday like “winter break” or some nonsense like that. We’ve seen the same transformation in our public schools in America over the last 30 years, where Easter/Pascha and Christmas have been renamed so as not to offend the non-Christian faiths or those with no faith at all.
Germany is trapped in an identity crisis and a cultural meltdown. It’s like they no longer even care. Can the U.S. be far behind in this process of de-Christianization?
New York City, with the election last week of a Marxist Muslim mayor, is on the same trajectory. As are many other American cities, like Minneapolis, Dearborn. Hamtramck, Seattle and so many others that live largely under the boot of Islam on the one hand, and the cultural Marxists on the other.
At what point does the West wake up? And will it be too late? That’s a question to ponder as we head into the Christian holiday of Christmas. Don’t take it for granted, because it’s definitely under attack on more than one front.
I expect the pressures of this pincer movement to crowd out Christian traditions to intensify in the years to come. I would love to hear your suggestions on what the proper Christian response should be, so leave your ideas in the comments below. But please don’t tell me that all of today’s Christian holidays are mere recreations of old pagan celebrations, as I think that misses the point of what’s happening all together.

In Ireland, Muslim immigrants are being attacked on their way to work by unemployed yobs who identify as nationalists but who live off the taxpayer and contribute nothing to society. Muslim’s businesses are also being vandalised.

In the US, I think most of the problems caused by immigrants are from Hispanics, not the muslims who come from traditional societies. I agree that careless immigration policy is bringing in people who are not compatible with US society with the purpose of destabilizing the general population. That is the fault and purpose of our leadership, not the muslims who were kicked out of their own lands by us. For instance, Somalians are immigrating here and while these people do exude alienation and hostility (the ones I’ve come across), but how did they get here in the first place? Did the US airlift them here as it did with other refugees?? We keep conflict going in their country to depopulate the area. This year alone, the US bombed Somalia over 90 times. Why??

We are now in the new testament age. The eternal promises to Abraham are fulfilled in Christ for those who believe in Him. This includes both Jewish Christians and Gentile Christians.
The true children of Abraham are those of faith , both Jews and Gentile.

Paul talks of a time when God will turn his attention back to Israel but that has not happened yet. Because if it had happened then Israel would not be continuing to reject the Messiah , Jesus Christ.
Israel can only be blessed through Jesus Christ. For as long as they continue to reject him, they cannot receive the blessings of God which can only be found through faith in Jesus Christ.

Revelation 19 clearly shows Jesus returning to earth.
Revelation 20 clearly shows martyrs ruling and reigning with Jesus – if not on earth then where else would they rule and reign?
Revelation 21 clearly shows the New Jerusalem on earth. The kings are referenced by their location…Revelation 21:24 – And the nations of those who are saved shall walk in its light, and the kings of the earth bring their glory and honor into it.
Revelation 21 clearly shows that the New Jerusalem has 12 foundations with the names of the 12 Disciples, and 12 gates with the names of the 12 tribes of Israel.

The reason he raptures his saints at his second coming is because this earth is about to be totally destroyed. The church will not be on this earth whilst God’s wrath is being unleased which is when the trumpet judgements will be sounded. The tribulation of the church should not be confused with the period of wrath which is when God will avenge his saints (2nd Thessalonians chapter 1)
Christ will reign with his saints in heaven until the new earth is created. Then he will dwell with his saints on the new earth.

Dispensationalism is a Satanic doctrine which misinterprets the scriptures in order to suit the antichrist agenda.
The pretribulation rapture is another false assumption. It’s not in the bible.

I believe we have both correctly divided the Word for the most part. My apologies, I am not in the habit of watching videos recommended by fellow commenters. Your comments on dispensationalism and the pre trib rapture are consistent with what I believe the Word shows. Zechariah 13 and Romans 11 show a remnant Israel being prepared for their Saviour, and while I agree that the current Israel is not that remnant, Zechariah 13 clearly shows the destruction of 2/3rds of Israel and the refining of the remnant. I believe that Jesus physically returns to physical Israel, and that the martyrs (of whom I pray to be one, with the Lord’s strength) will rule and reign with Him for the Millennium. However, being an event that will only happen after the next period of satanic insanity, it isn’t really anything more than academic at this stage. Are we being prepared to endure to the end? Will we be refined in the fire, just as Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego were? Will Jesus be with us in the fire? Will we count the cost to be shown worthy to our soon appearing Conquering King? I believe the answer is yes to all of the above…bless you…

Sounds more like a law and order issue. It didn’t help at all that Germany’s and Europe’s elites opened their borders to peoples who are incompatible with their own culture. The elites want chaos in the streets, people fighting each other over religion or whatever. Because when things really get awful, then it suits their purpose to impose marshal law forever supposedly to “keep the peace” that they had destroyed with their policies. It’s all about control.
Somehow law and order is not enforced against migrant lawbreakers in Germany. Just like the law is not much enforced here against lawbreaking in general, especially involving minorities. People are allowed to riot in the streets with impunity if it serves someone’s political interests. The more fear and chaos the better for the criminal elements in government. I’m reminded of the incident that happened during a “Back the Blue” event in Denver several years ago. Those decent, sincere law and order people who were honoring the police got attacked by Antifa. The Denver police just stood by and let it happen. What gives? (Hint: that’s what happens when local police get federalized). When mob trouble erupted in my city during Ferguson and again a couple of years afterwards, where did the police spend all their efforts setting up defensive perimeters?? Not in any neighborhood or business area, but only around the government buildings. They would protect themselves. The shop owners I talked to were dumbfounded and said, “it looks like we’re being left on our own.” Yep.
And over many decades, we’ve gotten the message that we have no right to defend ourselves, and if we do, we’re the one prosecuted and thrown in jail. I remember overhearing an elderly black janitor discuss with a co-worker about a vandalism incident by black thugs he witnessed that day. He said: “The problem is, people today just accept it. Nothing is done about it. It’s just accepted.” That’s where we are as a nation. We accept things that 50-60 years ago would never have been tolerated for a minute.
Seems like Germany sure got that message, too. Yes, like here, it was elite types that imposed it upon them. Germany’s past Nazi Holocaust history is held up to them constantly to shame them into submission, so that they don’t fight back or get prosecuted if they do. Because to be against the muslims is ironically seen as an underlying form of anti-antisemitism.
Most muslims are law-abiding and have immigrated here legally. Many are citizens. They just want to live their lives in peace, too. Yet they are often a traumatized and uprooted people and with any immigrant population, they’ll have more than their share of malcontents and trouble-makers. Just remember, that in America 150 years ago, large numbers of Catholics immigrated here. They were not at all welcomed by the Protestant majority who saw these “papists” as hordes of the anti-christ. It wasn’t until 1960 that a Catholic became president and his religion was a major bone of contention during that election.
So now we’re supposed to be afraid of the muslims in our midst. Where is our courage?? Sounds like too many American Christians simply want to “rapture” out of this. We’re far from being besieged at the walls of Constantinople 1453, and yet so many already want to run away. Where the Christian witness? Where are our demonstrations of faith?? Why don’t we defend our Christian culture and traditions (yes—these matter)?? Maybe we should ask ourselves what we really believe, if anything.

We as Christians need to understand the difference between Christianity and Islam and be able to articulate the differences. With this we need to boldly proclaim Jesus Christ as the only way of salvation and Allah as a false god and Mohammed a false prophet.
The two are at odds with each other and there is no “all roads lead to God” as a majority of leftists think. No, and ecumenism is the big lie that has been and will be pushed aggressively in the days ahead. My advice is “to study to show yourselves approved” and be ready with this nonsense.

If a society will not or cannot defend its citizens from homicidal attacks, whether on the grounds of cost or of cultural cohesion, then that society is doomed to a downward spiral. This cowardice or apathy is particularly poignant when the inspiration for the nation’s religion was sacrificed in a most painful way and did so with grace in order to save humanity.
