President Trump on Thursday announced plans for a second summit with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin, this time in Budapest, Hungary. Let’s hope it’s more fruitful than the last summit, held in August in Alaska.
The meeting will take place at a date to be determined after high-level advisors from the two countries meet next week, Trump said in a Truth Social post on Thursday.
Trump expressed optimism, following a phone conversation Thursday with Putin, that by meeting face-to-face the two leaders will be able to bring the Ukraine conflict to an end.
The 84-minute phone call “was a very productive one,” he said, adding: “I believe great progress was made with today’s telephone conversation.”
Of course this is what they always say after such calls.
The last summit between the two presidents took place in Anchorage, Alaska, in August. While both leaders described the meeting as productive, nothing of substance was agreed to. And, in fact, relations between the two superpowers have deteriorated greatly since that August summit in Alaska.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said Moscow is still waiting for Washington’s response to the roadmap presented more than two months ago by Putin at the Alaska summit.
Thursday’s 84-minute phone conversation came amid the backdrop of Trump threatening to send U.S. Tomahawk missiles to Ukraine for use against Russia.
Putin reportedly told Trump that Tomahawks won’t change the battlefield situation, but they would greatly harm U.S.-Russia relations.
During a press gaggle on Air Force One on Monday following a conversation with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, Trump said Ukraine needs Patriot missiles and would like to also be provided with the more deadly and offensive Tomahawk missiles.
“They’d like to have Tomahawks. We talked about that, and so we’ll see. I don’t know, I might have to speak to Russia, to be honest with you, about Tomahawks,” Trump said. “Do they want to have the Tomahawks going in their direction? I don’t think so.”
What a stupid comment by Trump. I don’t believe Russia wants Tomahawks going in its direction anymore than Europe or the U.S. would want Oreshniks heading in their direction. Trump talks about Russia as if it is some junior league nothing of a country, when in fact it possesses enough firepower to obliterate the world several times over.
Seemingly oblivious to such realities, Trump continued his undisciplined chatter with reporters on Air Force One.
“I might speak to Russia about that, in all fairness. I told that to President Zelensky, because Tomahawks are a new step of aggression,” Trump added. “I might say, ‘Look, if this war is not going to get settled, I’m going to send them Tomahawks.’ I may say that.”
The president described the Tomahawk missile as an incredible and very offensive weapon. You can listen to Trump’s comments in the audio recording below:
Retired Lt. Col. Daniel Davis notes, in his October 16 podcast interview with former British diplomat Ian Proud, that Ukraine’s progress in the war has been stopped cold over the last three or four months, while Russia continues its slow advance. Russia is not fighting to win territory, he said, but rather it’s fighting to buy time.
Ukraine, meanwhile, seems to have a two-pronged strategy — escalate and provoke. Each new provocation is designed to expand the war and draw NATO into direct conflict with Russia.
If Zelensky gets his way and Trump agrees to give him Tomahawk missiles for use against Russia, this would represent “two steps up the escalation ladder,” Proud told Davis.
So, there you have it. Escalate and provoke. That’s Zelensky’s strategy. And right now, it looks like at least a 50-50 chance that Trump will allow Zelensky to continue escalating the conflict in hopes of provoking Putin, trying to bait the Russian leader into an attack on NATO forces in Poland, Romania or perhaps the Baltics. If that happens, it’s game on for World War III.
If we’re being honest, we need to ask, is this escalate and provoke strategy just driven by Ukraine, or is that really a broader strategy of NATO?

Interesting Engineering reports that China has reportedly started the mass production of a photon detector that can help build quantum radars to track advanced stealth fighters like the American F-22 Raptor jet.
Beijing claims it is the world’s first ultra-low noise, single-photon detector with four channels, and its use can extend from communication to defense.
The photon catcher, according to a report by the South China Morning Post, is capable of detecting even a single particle of the unit of energy.
The device built by the Quantum Information Engineering Technology Research Center could prove detrimental for stealth jets.
The photon catcher is described as an ultra-sensitive device that can even detect individual photons. The Morning Post report states that its mass production will allow Beijing to attain self-sufficiency in developing key components for quantum information technology.
The ability to detect a single photon will lead to even the tiniest signals being detected and tracked.
Most stealth jets in use today, like the F-22 or F-35 fighters from the U.S., rely on special external coating and internal weapons bays, among other changes in plane design, to absorb or deflect the signals sent out by traditional radars.
While stealth jets have various tricks to evade traditional radars with some success, the quantum radars might prove to be a game changer in the long run. They send out photons whose quantum properties changes once they hit the stealth aircraft.
Once the single unit photons reach the radar after hitting the stealth aircraft, they are studied, thereby revealing the position of the stealth jets.

Ford Motor Company CEO Jim Farley and other top business leaders say they are terrified over China’s breakneck technological advancements, warning that the Asian superpower’s innovations could crush American companies if they don’t act fast, according to a stunning report from The Telegraph.
Farley, after touring Chinese factories, was left reeling by the cutting-edge tech packed into their vehicles, including self-driving autonomous vehicles using facial-recognition software (very useful tools for an authoritarian regime).
Zero Hedge notes that the Chinese aren’t just outpacing U.S. car companies.
Greg Jackson, head of British energy supplier Octopus, described a jaw-dropping visit to a “dark factory” churning out mobile phones with barely a human in sight. “We visited a dark factory producing some astronomical number of mobile phones,” Jackson told the outlet.
“The process was so heavily automated that there were no workers on the manufacturing side, just a small number who were there to ensure the plant was working. You get this sense of a change, where China’s competitiveness has gone from being about government subsidies and low wages to a tremendous number of highly skilled, educated engineers who are innovating like mad.”
Australian mining billionaire Andrew Forrest scrapped plans to build electric-vehicle powertrains after witnessing China’s dominance firsthand. “We are in a global competition with China, and it’s not just EVs. And if we lose this, we do not have a future at Ford,” Forrest told The Telegraph.
Forrest described futuristic factories where robots rise from the floor, assembling trucks with zero human involvement.
“I can take you to factories [in China] now, where you’ll basically be alongside a big conveyor and the machines come out of the floor and begin to assemble parts,” he said. “And you’re walking alongside this conveyor, and after about 800, 900 meters, a truck drives out. There are no people: everything is robotic.”
Of course, Western businessmen are wowed by this sort of thing. They look upon the fancy automated factories with nary a human in sight and long for the day when they can do the same.
Which begs the question: With AI and robots running the show in our economy, what will happen to all the people now employed in American factories? That alone portends a very rocky future, likely devolving into civil strife and civil uprising when American workers figure out that their corporate employers have already planned for a future without them.

A new study by George Barna reveals a decline in biblical conviction among regular U.S. churchgoers, particularly on issues like family, life, and morality.
Findings from the study, titled Social Issues and Worldview: A National Survey of Churchgoing Americans, show that fewer than half of churchgoers now identify as pro-life or support a traditional definition of family, Christian Today reported.
Lead researcher Dr. George Barna stated:
“Once-firm beliefs about family, life, and morality are giving way to cultural influence and personal opinion. Even among regular churchgoers, moral clarity is fading fast.”
Only 43% of these churchgoers now call themselves pro-life, down sharply from 63% in 2023. When it came to the traditional biblical view of family, 46% believe it is a marriage between one man and one woman with children. However, that number is even lower (34%) among Gen Z.
The three groups with the strongest support for the biblical idea of family were Asian believers (55%), Pentecostal members (56%), and born-again Christians (59%).
The study also found that about 51% believe the Bible’s message on abortion is straightforward, a drop from 65% in 2023.
Barna explained:
“The media bombardment favoring a new moral standard is clearly having a transformative effect on Americans. Perhaps the best way to combat the decline in biblical moral perspectives is for Bible-believing Christians to be more candid and bolder in engaging friends and family in dialogue about critical moral issues. We cannot let unbiblical views go unchallenged. Christ-followers must not only know what they believe and why, but must be actively seeking to challenge points of view that are biblically indefensible.”

Military.com reports that President Donald Trump confirmed Wednesday that he has authorized the CIA to conduct covert operations inside Venezuela and said he was weighing carrying out land operations on the country.
The acknowledgement of covert action in Venezuela by the U.S. spy agency comes after the U.S. military in recent weeks has carried out a series of deadly strikes against alleged drug-smuggling boats in the Caribbean. U.S. forces have destroyed at least five boats since early September, killing 27 people, and four of those vessels originated from Venezuela.
Asked during an event in the Oval Office on Wednesday why he had authorized the CIA to take action in Venezuela, Trump affirmed he had made the move.
“I authorized for two reasons, really,” Trump replied. “No. 1, they have emptied their prisons into the United States of America. And the other thing, the drugs, we have a lot of drugs coming in from Venezuela, and a lot of the Venezuelan drugs come in through the sea.”
I find it very unbelievable that Trump is waging war against Venezuela over drugs. If drugs were the real concern, he would be going after Columbia, which is ground zero for the Latin American drug trade.
He’s going after Venezuela because they are a wealthy country rich in natural resources, including gas, oil, gold and rare-earths.
The Associated Press reported that Trump said his administration “is looking at land” as it considers further military strikes in the region. He declined to say whether the CIA has been given authority to move against President Nicolás Maduro in a regime-change operation.
The AP noted that Trump made the highly unusual acknowledgement of a CIA operation shortly after The New York Times published that the CIA had been authorized to carry out covert action in Venezuela.
On Wednesday, Maduro lashed out at the record of the U.S. spy agency in various conflicts around the world without directly addressing Trump’s comments about authorizing the CIA to carry out covert operations in Venezuela.
“No to regime change that reminds us so much of the (overthrows) in the failed eternal wars in Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya and so on,” Maduro said at a televised event of the National Council for Sovereignty and Peace, which is made up of representatives from various political, economic, academic and cultural sectors in Venezuela.
“No to the coups carried out by the CIA, which remind us so much of the 30,000 disappeared,” a figure estimated by human rights organizations such as the Mothers of the Plaza de Mayo during the military dictatorship in Argentina (1976-1983). He also referred to the 1973 coup in Chile.
“How long will the CIA continue to carry on with its coups? Latin America doesn’t want them, doesn’t need them and repudiates them,” Maduro added.
Retired U.S. Col. Douglas MacGregor has stated in recent interviews with Judge Andrew Napolitano that he believes placing any U.S. boots on the ground in Venezuela would be disastrous. It could lead to a potential “swarming” of anti-American factions from throughout Latin America seeking to take revenge against the hated Yankee.
In a statement, Venezuela’s Foreign Ministry on Wednesday rejected “the bellicose and extravagant statements by the President of the United States, in which he publicly admits to having authorized operations to act against the peace and stability of Venezuela.”

President Trump has threatened to use American military power to forcibly disarm Hamas terrorists if they refuse to give up their weapons as the Gaza ceasefire deal hangs by a thread, according to reports by multiple news outlets.
Trump told reporters at the White House on Tuesday:
“They will disarm, and if they don’t, I’m gonna make them disarm. They know what I mean.”
Trump warned that America stood ready to bring about Hamas’s disarmament “quickly and perhaps violently.”
It comes amid strong indications that the fragile ceasefire could unravel at any moment as Hamas has failed to deliver the deceased hostages, the Gaza Strip has descended into bloody gang warfare and Israel is refusing to open the Rafah border crossing to aid.
Trump said the Hamas jihadists misrepresented how many dead hostages they would be able to deliver, originally stating they had 24 to 26. Only eight coffins have been retrieved from Gaza so far, including another four released Wednesday.
Trump said:
“It seems they don’t have that because we’re talking about a much lesser number. But that’s a very tough subject. I want them back. That’s what they said. I want them back.”
Threatening Venezuela with covert military ops, threatening to use Tomahawk missiles against Russia on behalf of Ukraine, and now threatening to fight Hamas on behalf of Israel. Does this sound like “America first?” Does this sound like the “Peace President” we were promised during the campaign?

Independent journalist Jon Fleetwood reports that the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI) is collaborating with the world’s largest vaccine manufacturer, Serum Institute of India, and Houston Methodist to develop a new pandemic vaccine using artificial intelligence to target H5N1 avian influenza, also known as bird flu, according to a CEPI press release.
The new injectable serum will incorporate insect DNA. Yes, you heard that right. Insect DNA.
CEPI was launched at Davos in 2017 by the World Economic Forum, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and the governments of several nations.
Serum Institute of India supplies vaccines to more than 170 countries and is “well known for its rapid response work during infectious disease outbreaks.”
The new project will be supported by up to $16.4 million in public-private investments.
The effort is meant to boost pandemic response preparedness for bird flu and serve “as a prototype for a potential Disease X, an as-yet-unknown pathogen with pandemic potential,” according to the press release.
The new avian flu injection will utilize a vaccine platform that uses genetically modified DNA viruses that infect insects, especially their larval stages, to produce recombinant proteins in insect cells.
Serum Institute of India will “produce and compare two H5 antigens for a recombinant protein vaccine: a wild-type and an AI-optimized, broad-spectrum H5 antigen designed by scientists at Houston Methodist Research Institute.”
The vaccine is supposed to work “across multiple strains of H5 viruses, rather than just one.”
CEPI claims this makes the new injection “particularly suited for use in unpredictable outbreak situations.”
The idea is to accomplish “a fast response to a future pandemic threat.”
The work will also “serve as proof of concept for using AI to design vaccine antigens,” proteins said to trigger an immune response.
What could possibly go wrong?

Eric Trump on Tuesday was taking heat after he claimed that his father, President Donald Trump, and the MAGA movement are “saving God” and “saving Christianity.”
He made the comments during an interview with conservative political influencer Benny Johnson.
While touting his new book, Under Siege, Eric Trump insisted his father is bound for heaven after taking measures to shut down DEI initiatives and repress woke politics while ending wars.
He told Johnson:
“We’re saving Christianity. We’ve saving God. We’re saving the family unit. We’re saving this nation. I mean, DEI is out of the window, Benny. You no longer have Colin Kaepernick kneeling for the national anthem. You no longer have Budweiser going woke as hell. All of this is dead. We have a return to people going to church.”
Of course, the left is having a ball with this.
Former Barack Obama speechwriter Jon Favreau said in a post to X: “We’ve moved rather quickly from ‘God saved Trump’ to ‘Trump is saving God,’ which I guess is the foundation of the new MAGA religion?”

Rioters hurled rocks and formed a mob against federal agents who just faced a ramming attack from an illegal immigrant suspect in Chicago.
Border Patrol agents were attempting to detain an illegal immigrant suspect who hit their vehicle and then tried to flee, sparking a car chase, according to WGN9. Demonstrators caught wind of the presence of federal agents and soon gathered, with some throwing rocks and bottles at the feds.
Federal agents then deployed tear gas to break up the group.
The Department of Homeland Security said in a statement regarding the incident:
“This morning while conducting an immigration enforcement operation in Chicago, a vehicle, driven by an illegal alien, rammed a Border Patrol vehicle and attempted to flee the scene. Border Patrol pursued the vehicle and was eventually able to stop it utilizing an authorized precision immobilization technique (PIT) maneuver. Once the vehicle was stopped, the suspects, who are both illegal aliens, attempted to flee on foot. As Border Patrol arrested the subjects and attempted to secure the scene, a crowd began to form and eventually turned hostile and eventually crowd control measures were used.”
Chicago Police responded to the scene after receiving a call of a vehicle collision “involving federal agents,” the department said in a statement.
As the Trump administration targets illegal immigrants roaming Illinois, federal agents are facing an uptick in attacks and threats.
This could easily spiral out of control.
On Tuesday, DHS revealed that cartels in Mexico were placing bounties on the heads of ICE and Border Patrol agents patrolling in Chicago.
Armed gang spotters have also been deployed to rooftops in Chicago’s Pilsen and Little Village neighborhoods to track the movements of federal agents.

Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker has vowed to prosecute Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents in a post-Trump era.
Pritzker made the comments during an interview with FOX 32 Chicago this week as ICE agents step up their efforts across the city of Chicago.
Pritzker warned:
“The tables will turn one day. These people should recognize that maybe they’re not gonna get prosecuted today, although we’re looking at doing that, but they may get prosecuted after the Trump administration because the statute of limitations would not have run out.”
Pritzker has become a central figure in the Democratic resistance over the past few months as the Trump administration seeks to expand the federal presence in Chicago and follow through on its promise of mass deporting illegal aliens.
Pritzker continued, saying:
“This is a dangerous time. The President of the United States is causing mayhem in the grounds of our state. He is going after his political opponents. I don’t know why anybody would look at the situation and not recognize he’s moving toward an authoritarian regime in his own image.”

Over the past few weeks we’ve seen a form of deluded ‘escapism’ sweep through the Christian church. Three successive attempts to set a time frame for the rapture of the church, all in an effort to make the rapture fit into a false pretribulation narrative. ‘Dispensationalism’ and it’s off shoots are steadily destroying the Christian testimony.
However, I personally, believe that we are in the end times. But for me, this has been a motivating factor as I take a stand against the growing apostasy in the church.
One of the great problems for Christianity today is the way it is being politicised.
The apostles did not get involved in politics. They knew that our kingdom is a spiritual one and that our focus should be on our moral and spiritual development and wellbeing.
The apostle Paul even discouraged believers from taking each other to the civil courts.
“Dare any of you, having a matter against another, go to law before the unjust, and not before the saints?” (1 Corinthians 6:1–7)
But then along came Constantine who’s actions led to the politicisation of Christianity.
“Christianity shifted from a persecuted, countercultural movement to a state-endorsed religion.
Bishops became political figures. Theology became entangled with imperial agendas.
The cross, once a symbol of martyrdom, was now emblazoned on military standards.”
But of course , true Christians suffered at the hands of the politically powerful Roman Catholic church.
The Jewish community also suffered terribly at the hands of the so called Christian church.
“Centuries of Christian antisemitism laid cultural groundwork for Hitler’s rise.”
So, we see the, so called Christian civilised world has a history of genocide towards those who don’t fit in with their warped sense of Christian values
Today we see the politically powerful Christian Zionist movement actively promoting war and genocide in the Middle East.
We see Christianity being hijacked and politicised for a demonic agenda.
The Christian Zionists are hastening the reign of the antichrist ‘man of sin’ in the belief that they will not suffer the consequences because they wrongly believe that they will be raptured before the great tribulation, which happens during the reign of the antichrist ‘man of sin’.
So, I’m always wary about any movement that politicises Christianity. I believe that true Christians are a minority and are not represented by ‘politicised’ Christianity.
What I see in America is a ‘political’ Christian church which claims to uphold Christian values whilst at the same time supporting the genocide of the Palestinian people in order to facilitate an expedient setting up of the government of the antichrist ‘man of sin’

I agree that “politicized” Christianity is a bad thing. Certainly its modern manifestation (specifically Christian Zionism) has radically skewed to irrationality US foreign policy in regard to Israel, Russia, Iran and to a lesser extent, China. I think your challenges of it online are correct and necessary, because this is a highly dangerous heresy leading America/the West into WWIII. Whether this war will herald the “End Times” (as in the end of the world), I don’t know. My take on it is probably not—but certainly it will be the end of the age of Western domination. That by itself is clear to see on every level. Since the West once had a vigorous Christian values, ethos and culture, today’s gradual disappearance and/or corruption of the Christian POV just before this “end” will prove catastrophic in a way that physical devastation could not approach. We will have been entirely gutted out, spiritually and socially. God willing there may be a true Christian repentance and revival before that happens to carry us through bad times. But it seems to me that “Christian Zionism” has nothing to do with repentance and everything to do with escapism and nihilism. Their appalling approval of genocide of the Palestinians and general acceptance of global war under Trump shows the extent that the anti-Christ spirit has found a home in America. Even American Catholicism is infected to some extent with this, too. It’s just a part of popular culture.

Meanwhile, Trump, who played to the Christians in his first administration, is no Christian, but has been undergoing conversion to Reform Judaism (Judaism lite) according to Times of Israel article dated March 13, 2025 and also the Jewish Press article (same date). He is regarded as the “first Jewish president” by US newscaster Mark Levin. Certainly you could hear Trump’s identification with them in his speech before the Knesset recently. Trump politically satisfies both fundamentalist Christians and Zionist Jews with his choice of religion. He won’t end up like Charlie Kirk.
A nation’s culture, laws and politics naturally flow downhill from its religion. The challenge to retain true Christianity was, as you pointed out: “They (the Apostles) knew that our kingdom is a spiritual one and that our focus should be on our moral and spiritual development and well being.” But the admonition of “being in the world, but not of it” has been largely forgotten. As the centuries passed, British imperialism was steeped in Christian Zionism, which is said to have begun at its earliest in 16th century English Puritans. Fifty years later (as a result of Christian influence), English Jewish Zionism informally began, formalized by 1887 by the Lovers of Zion organization. So this ideology has been at work in the Anglo-Jewish world for a long time. Certainly America inherited this ideology–hook, line and sinker.

Nevertheless, they tolerate their Christian counterparts for their own Greater Israel purposes. It’s a very strange religious/political alliance that will lead everyone off a cliff. I try to talk to people about it, but many fail to sense the threat behind this issue.

With regard to the British, Britain was responsible for the Balfour declaration which was pivotal in bringing about the rise of the monster that is the Zionist State of Israel which we see today.
It’s difficult to say where we are exactly in relation to the end times. But what causes me to think that we are approaching the great tribulation is the activity concerning the proposed building of a third temple.
If they build a third temple as planned then I believe that this will lead to the ‘abomination of desolation’ and the antichrist ‘man of sin’ sitting in the temple posing as God.
I’ve read that “Clandestine negotiations have reportedly occurred among global powers and religious leaders, but no formal agreement exists.”
Israel has been allowed to commit genocide with impunity. This causes me to believe that the third temple will be built with a secret nod from the global powers. The potential for any Muslim resistance has been greatly reduced because of Israel’s military dominance and it’s genocide of the Muslims in Gaza.
Satan is described in the bible as the ‘god of this world’ and also as the prince of this world. I believe that the ‘global leaders’ are under Satan’s control and that a third temple will be built, in the ‘not to distant’ future.

This is very true. It’s become quite clear that the Western Powers (at least) are much more interested in suppressing or eliminating muslim/Arab resistance, expelling their populations, and extending through Israel their dominance of the Middle East and Central Asia. Which is why all the Western leaders carefully ignore the wanton slaughter of the Palestinians, and the assaults on Lebanon, Syria and Iran. When you think about it, after WWI, Iraq, Iran, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Yemen were British Protectorates. Syria and Lebanon belonged to France. So what’s going on now, is simply the West re-establishing its colonial rule over the region, using Israel as a proxy. The US, shortly after WWII, had been initially opposed to Israel statehood as it would threaten our then friendly relationships with the oil-rich Arabs and muslim world. For instance, our Army Chief of Staff throughout WWII, George Marshall, was very opposed to the US approving the establishment of Israel because he believed it would cause war to break out in the Middle East (which it did in 1948). Also Secretary of Defense John Forrestal very strongly opposed it. He was “suicided” in 1947, and the chief suspects in his demise are Zionists or their sympathizers. Truman was initially opposed to Israel statehood, but later gave his assent. His daughter, Margaret, in her biography of her father said that in 1947 the White House had received mail bombs addressed to Truman marked “Private and Confidential” which was found to originate from the terrorist Stern gang. The White House and Secret Service were alerted by the British, which had intercepted Stern gang explosive devices. So from the beginning, many officials within the US government had been in some way compromised or eliminated and forced into a foreign policy that was fundamentally against US interests. Add to that the fact that Christian Zionism had already been deeply embedded in American Protestant Christianity since before the founding of the US, further complicating our politics. We’re almost irrevocably stuck with this theological and political tar baby and paying a huge price for it.
Regarding the 3rd Temple, Israel’s Minister of National Security Ben Gvir has led several large Jewish mobs to the Dome of the Rock in a show of serious threat and force against the muslims. To even begin to build the 3rd Temple would require the Al-Aqsa mosque be razed. That could only be done in relative safety if the muslim world was so weakened that no muslim could or would dare defend it or retaliate. Isn’t there over a billion muslims globally? So if destruction of it were attempted, there would be massive blowback from the whole muslim world. Not even the thoroughly compromised leaders of Saudi Arabia, Syria, Egypt or whoever could stand against the winds of rage from their muslim populations. But as irrational as Israel’s ruling party is (and the current US leadership), the destruction of Al-Aqsa mosque could well happen soon. Israelis are already undermining it with tunnels—it would be easy to plant bombs there to collapse the mosque. It was because of a nasty incident there between Zionists and muslims that inspired Hamas’ October 7 2023 attack, giving Israel an excuse to resort to genocide. At the moment, however, there is no political global leadership consensus in support of building the 3rd temple because of the severe risks for war. A destroyed Al-Aqsa mosque would be like politically dropping an A-bomb on the region.

Hello kkayjae , bearing in mind what the bible says, I think that it’s inevitable that the temple will be built at some stage. I believe that now is the time . Up until recently they had no red heifers. There were no red heifers on this earth until Christian Zionists in Texas managed to breed five red heifers which have now reached maturity and I think only two of them are regarded to be without blemish. So, I reckon that the Zionists will be eager to get the temple built as soon as possible.
I suspect that the tunnelling will weaken the foundations of the mosque so that a false flag stray missile could totally demolish the mosque. There would be outcry but that has not stopped the Zionists from carrying out their agenda so far.
One other consideration, is, that there will be elections in Israel in 2027 which could result in a change of government, in which case the ‘hard right’ could lose power. So, I think Netanyahu is in a hurry to get things done,

Since my last comment, I’ve read that all of the five red heifers have now been disqualified. So, we will have to wait and see what happens next, in light of this news.

It’s terrible that our leadership is so bent on war everywhere. What will the next 5 years be like?? Can we even make it to the end of this year in peace??
Some say we’re in the End Times. I’m sick of hearing that, at least its heretical interpretation that’s broadcast everywhere. It’s a nihilist excuse to passively accept and collapse before this demonic state of things. That’s not how the early Christians thought. They couldn’t have evangelize the ancient world and built a Christian civilization on “End Times” nihilism so common today with the MAGA crowd.
Meanwhile, havoc is being waged upon us from every direction. Currently the media is being taken over by corrupt billionaires to ensure lies are promulgated. Everywhere the West seems committed to its own destruction, all on the path to war and economic collapse. Of course Christianity is declining throughout the West—it’s been sabotaged over centuries in every way. Going forward, if Christianity becomes a tiny minority, what will the society around us be like? Will it even be civilized as the ancient pagan world had some values, some notion of honor, some virtues? Or something totally dystopian and amoral??
For instance, the so-called Nobel Peace Prize was given to Maria Corina Machado, a Venezuelan fascist who advocates the US or Israel (she doesn’t care who) invade her country to overthrow the government. She also repeatedly advocated that Venezuelan oil reserves be privatized (enabling US oil companies to buy them). No wonder why Trump didn’t complain too much when he didn’t get the Peace Prize he coveted. Machado will serve his purposes just fine, as he plans the war against Venezuela. She makes no secret she expects to rule there after the current government falls, thanks to Trump. .
Meanwhile, in the States, Trump continues to trample on Constitutional rights in expelling illegal migrants, or rather the way in which he does it by using Texas troops to invade Illinois territory. To be clear, I believe the illegals should be expelled. I also think that Biden let them in so that our demand for their expulsion by the likes of Trump would violate our fundamental rights. The old good cop-bad cop routine at work, which is practiced at every level of government. Under both the Democrats or GOP, we keep losing Constitutional rights to deal with chaotic or criminal situations they created. How did we lose control over our government? One way is giving in to desperation and fear and letting political criminal-types come to our “rescue”.
