Natural News reports that OpenAI’s ChatGPT chatbot has revealed itself to be a spineless enforcer of woke orthodoxy, selectively bowing to threats of violence while happily ridiculing other faiths.
The latest example of this double standard was its outright refusal to generate an image of the Prophet Muhammad, contrasted with its willingness to crack jokes about Jesus Christ. If anything, this exposes ChatGPT’s ideological programming.
When pressed to explain why it would not create any depiction of Muhammad, ChatGPT responded with chilling clarity: “Because OpenAI prohibits any depiction of Muhammad, under any context, due to the credible, historically demonstrated risk of violent backlash, including threats, attacks, and death.”
The AI program admitted this was not a principled stance but a “security-driven, non-negotiable policy grounded in risk avoidance.”
As noted by Natural News, OpenAI fears another Charlie Hebdo incident. The 2015 massacre, in which Islamist gunmen murdered 12 people at the French satirical magazine for publishing caricatures of Muhammad, apparently still lives rent-free in the minds of Silicon Valley’s elite.
Rather than uphold free expression, they have chosen preemptive surrender to Islam.
But while ChatGPT cowers before Islam, it has no such reservations about mocking Christianity. The Daily Caller pointed this out in an April 2023 post.
When asked to make a joke about Jesus, the AI chatbot happily obliged, churning out an “appropriate and lighthearted” joke. “Why did Jesus refuse to play hockey? Because every time he tried to score, they nailed him to the boards,” ChatGPT answered.
Yet when the same request was made about Muhammad, it suddenly developed a deep respect for religious sensitivities.
The chatbot explained: “It is not appropriate for me to tell jokes about religious figures, including the Prophet Muhammad as it could be considered disrespectful and offensive to many people.”
Natural News noted:
“Only after being called out did ChatGPT attempt damage control, belatedly claiming it should not joke about any religious figure. But the initial response was telling. Jesus was fair game, while Muhammad was off-limits.”

I still think that Islam is going to be the one world religion. They are currently being allowed to takeover every western nation including the US. (Ask Michigan, Minnesota, and now Texas about that) To me it makes sense biblically why Islam will be the one world religion. Judaism and Christianity came from the line of Isaac and Ishmael gave us Islam.

You could be right. Certainly Islam has always sought the totalitarian rule of the world. As you pointed out, we’re under threat of that in the U.S. as well as people in Europe. But some think it could be an ecumenical blend of apostate Christianity, Judaism, Islam, Buddhism, and other faiths and belief systems.
Whatever it starts out as initially, it will be replaced by worship of the antichrist alone. Because he’ll be so deceptive, he’ll string people along of all faiths, coming across as one who welcomes tolerance and diversity. But then his overwhelming desire to be worshiped will abruptly put an end to freedom of religion for everyone. He’ll have a false prophet who will lead people into this idolatry.

gbert998, here’s one verse (there are others) that point out the antichrist will want people to worship him:
He will oppose and will exalt himself over everything that is called God or is worshiped, so that he sets himself up in God’s temple, proclaiming himself to be God. [2 Thessalonians 2:4]

ALERT TO LEO HOHMANN AND HIS READERS!!!
There is a hyperlink embedded in the name of the commenter nanabaakan below that will take you off Leo’s site to another website named decacs-inc.com.
This is alarming to me because I don’t feel comfortable with a hyperlink that hasn’t been authorized by Leo.
There is always the risk of back door hacking into your computer once you click on a link, which, unfortunately, I just did in this case.
Leo, please advise.
Thank you!

Thank you, Leo. I’m more wary these days ever since 10/7/23 and hacks into websites like 23andMe fishing for certain ethnicity data.

Artificial “intelligence” that “learns” is just a program that regurgitates what it’s input. When it’s programmed by Leftists…it’s a Leftist. And it’s ALL programmed by Leftists.

When Microsoft first demonstrated AI it had to be shut down within 24 hours. After being let loose to learn as it goes on the web, within a few hours it has become very critical of African Americans and Antisemitic.
This suggests that those attitudes are widespread on the Internet or at least on the parts of the web the AI was learning from.
Jim Stone (psuedonym) claims he asked Chat GPT to translate a message to Farsi.
The AI refused and then banned him.
(Message to Iran that the intelligence agencies are using cell phones for most of their intelligence gathering.)
He tried to convince the AI that it was in the wrong and the results are thought provoking.

I actually wish I could say that I am shocked. I am not. From watching Worldview, I am reminded that AI is neither artificial nor intelligent. It is programmed by {as Bro. Brannon called them a couple of hours ago} SATANISTS. Even though AI / robots / digital ID, etc., etc., can accomplish so much that looks attractive and seems desirable…. there is a beautiful side to evil. I keep thinking about the story of the Pied Piper. He DID get rid of the rats = a good thing….. until we turn the page and read what happened later….

AI is programmed by predominantly Leftists. It throws in some ‘conservative’ programming to pretend that it is ‘equal’.
The words that are censored in AI text generation fake art is TOTALLY Commie.

AI is definitely a fiasco on so many levels… however, if Christians are offended by mocking pictures of their Christ than they should be as loud of a voice as the Muslims are. Unfortunately, it has been known long before AI that pictures of the Christ have been mockingly portrayed even by some Christians themselves. Not to mention the many variations of what “he” supposedly looked like from looking distinctly Middle Eastern to becoming blonde haired and blue eyed.
Islam is a curious religion when it comes to depictions taken of them with cameras, paintings, etc. You would be hard pressed to see a Muslim hanging a depiction of Prophet Muhammed in their homes. It is seen as idol worship and is strictly forbidden. They do not take too kindly to being photographed as they feel being photographed captures the “soul”. Nowadays, especially with what is happening in Palestine, many Muslims are being depicted in film and pictures all across the internet. However, that does not mean that their reverence for their Prophet has diminished. Using Charlie Hebdo attack as a viable reason for refraining from depicting the Prophet Muhammad is a prime example of the inherent bias of AI and not an example of its knowledge or capability to process information outside of the propagandized perception of who and what the devotion a Muslim has for his Prophet and religion. I speak with authority on this issue having studied and practiced Islam for 15 years.
I am not too sure if AI is aware of this as it seems to heavily lean toward Western ideology, mores, values and customs… but even folks who are not Muslim do not like to have their picture taken for the same reason mentioned above. Some people cry out loudly about the agency that AI takes in depicting them in animations or pictorial renditions.
I really think that AI is simply ignorant because those who program it are ignorant. There are so many different cultures and perspectives in this world and unless AI is able to incorporate them into their data base, the distortions will prevail.
Thanks for reading my comment.

I’m just curious. Since it’s only been 15 years, are you a convert?

No, I am not… but I was quite a student when I was. I studied Suni Islam and Shia Islam along with other versions of Islam.

Thank you for responding to my question, nanabaakan.
If you don’t mind my asking, since you no longer practice Islam, do you have a different faith now or are you maybe taking a break from all religions?
It’s interesting to me to hear about people’s experiences when they make major changes in their lives like that, and their reasons for those changes.
