Robert F. Kennedy Jr. tread where apparently no other politician dares to go yesterday during a political rally in Georgia.
RFK condemned the Biden-Harris administration’s shameful Defense Department directive to expand the U.S. military’s authority to participate in domestic law enforcement, up to and including the use of lethal force against American citizens on American soil.
We’re talking about Federal Directive 5240.01, issued September 27 by U.S. Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin. This directive has been sitting out there for nearly a month now and we haven’t heard a peep out of the national media or the nation’s top national political figures. If a tree falls in the forest and nobody is there to hear it, or see it, or speak about it, did it really fall? I was beginning to wonder.
But no need to wonder any longer as RFK Jr. has broken the silence and dared to address the 2,000-pound elephant in the room — the U.S. military and its bold new stance toward American citizens. They will shoot us, they say. According to the new federal directive, all it takes is some kind of vague “civil disturbance” and an “invitation” from local, state or federal civilian law enforcement.
Speaking during a large Trump rally in Duluth, Georgia, on Wednesday, October 23, Kennedy highlighted the disturbing directive and exposed the Biden regime’s hypocrisy of issuing such a directive while at the same time calling Trump a totalitarian dictator comparable to Adolf Hitler.
Kennedy told the crowd:
“President Harris said today, in her post, in her speech, that President Trump was going to turn the U.S. military against the American public and use the public to promote his agenda.”

Good for Bobby Kennedy for calling attention to this unconstitutional, anti-American edict enacted in complete violation of the Posse Comitatus Act of 1878, which forbids the use of U.S. military forces in domestic law enforcement. We’ve heard precious few comments about this new federal directive from any of the big-name Washington politicians. RFK may in fact be the first. What are they all so afraid of?

I’ll never forget what Senator Chuck Schumer said back in 2017 about the U.S. intelligence agencies operating within the military-industrial complex. He said these deep-state 3-letter agencies have “six ways from Sunday at getting back at you.”
We know Kamala Harris is aware of the anti-American Federal Directive 5240.01 because she’s part of the administration that enacted it, and yet no national media has asked her about it. I also find it odd that Kamala took a day off from campaigning this week in the heat of what’s supposed to be a close presidential race.
Does Kamala know something about the election that the American public doesn’t?

The absolute lawlessness by the left in this election cycle is unprecedented. Not only have Biden-Harris enacted an unconstitutional Directive, but Democrats at state and local levels are furiously trying to manipulate the votes. Some conservative websites have been carrying story after story about the cheating and election interference going on right now involving mail-in ballots, voter registrations, voting machines, and even access to polls as some conservatives have been obstructed while waiting in line to vote early.
The violence in this cycle is also unheard of, with two assassination attempts against a candidate and violent rhetoric by Democrats against him and his supporters. As if the specter of our own military shooting us wasn’t bad enough, FBI whistleblower Marcus Allen has issued a chilling warning about the danger this corrupt agency poses to people, and warned Americans to be prepared, including arming themselves.
The following statements by Allen were made during a hearing for the House Judiciary Committee on September 25, 2024.*
“This is a warning to the American people, I say: I personally have no confidence that the FBI will rein in its own conduct. I personally believe that there are no current, effective checks and balances against them conducting lawless action with any type of correction in a legitimate timeframe.”
“To the American people, you have the duty as a citizen to vote and I strongly urge you to do so…My other recommendations are…arm yourself and know how to defend yourself. Make three to four friends in your neighborhood and promise to come to each other’s mutual aid in times of hardship.”
“Make sure you have three to four months of food. As a person of faith, I’d say pray the rosary…and read the Gospel of our Lord and Savoir, Jesus Christ and live it every day.”
With only a few days left until November 5th, it’s really hard to tell what’s going to happen. Although many people are predicting Trump will win, nothing is for certain. If vote-counting drags on for one to two weeks after Tuesday (as some Democrats are threatening), this election could be stolen once again. Only God knows for sure. But I think Marcus Allen has some good advice for all of us that should be taken.

Even if Trump were elected a dozen times, there is no way he or even a group of honest cabinet members and agency heads can stop the swamp, the Deep State, the demonic controlled global cabal all in lockstep with the same agenda and billions if not trillions of dollars in their pockets to bribe those on the fence. We know what their agenda is. It is a complete takeover of all of the world’s resources while using dozens or hundreds of different ways to kill or disable most of the world’s population. They want most people dead and the survivor’s will be their slaves.

It’s important to note that this is not a law. It’s an internal federal agency directive dictating official policy to all agency employees, in this case the US Department of Defense.

in that regard, Leo, IMO… we should be vocally calling out that ANY soldier who carries out an order by a superior under this directive will be breaking his oath to the Constitution, and will be held liable for doing so by military tribunals.
Any “american” who will open fire on his own kind because his CO tells him to deserves the death penalty. pure and simple.
