Vice President Kamala Harris indicated Wednesday that she would be open to discussing an arms embargo against Israel in exchange for the support of the so-called “uncommitted” movement of Muslim and Arab voters in Michigan.
Michigan is a hotbed of Muslim activism. They have a large community of both Palestinian Sunni Muslim and Sunni and Shia Muslims from Iraq, Bangladesh, Syria, Lebanon and other parts of the Middle East. They’ve been funneled into the state since the 1930s when Henry Ford preferred cheap foreign labor over American workers for his growing automobile factories. GM would later join the party.
The New York Times reported that before her rally Wednesday in Detroit, Kamala Harris spoke briefly with the co-founders of the Uncommitted National Movement, “which mobilized tens of thousands of voters in Michigan to withhold their votes from President Biden in the primary earlier this year over his support for Israel’s war in Gaza. Abbas Alawieh and Layla Elabed said they were in the welcoming line for Harris and Governor Walz, and communicated to Harris that they wanted to support her but that voters wanted her to consider an arms embargo to immediately stop the carnage in the besieged enclave.”
Harris reportedly sat and listened to stories of Palestinians living in Michigan who have had family members killed in Gaza. The leaders asked to meet with her about the embargo request, and she indicated she was open to it, and introduced the two leaders to her staff.
Later, Harris was heckled by pro-Palestinian, pro-Hamas protesters during her speech.
The protesters, some wearing hijabs, chanted: “Kamala, Kamala, you can’t hide. We won’t vote for genocide.”
Harris’s response was intriguing. At first she tried to appease the hecklers, saying their voices were welcome in “democracy.” But then her face transformed into a menacing scowl as she scolded them, telling them they were going to help Trump win if they didn’t stop challenging her on this issue. The Democrats are big on conformity. Any sign of their candidates being challenged to defend their positions typically gets met with the kind of intolerant and arrogant attitude you see from Kamala in the video below.
Harris had attempted to keep the anti-Israel — and antisemitic — wing of her party pacified by declining to pick Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro as her running mate. Shapiro is Jewish and had volunteered to serve a year in the IDF when he was 20 years old, an unforgivable “sin” that he has since apologized for. This made him anathema to the Jew-hating pro-Hamas wing of the party, so Harris chose Minnesota Governor Tim Walz instead. Shapiro, a self-hating Jew, groveled at the feet of the antisemites, totally repudiating his once-strong support for Israel, but to no avail. Kamala had to go with Walz, the preferred choice of the Democratic Socialists of America, a neo-Marxist group which boasted and took credit for the pick on social media.
Heck, even far-left CNN commentator Van Jones saw the Walz selection as a gift to the antisemite wing of the Democrat Party (watch clip below).
But, based on Wednesday’s charade in Detroit, Kamala is already finding out that she won’t be able to satisfy these seething antisemites until every last Jew is cleansed from Israel.

I am really grateful to Leo for all his stories exposing the truth, and especially this one, because antisemitism is a hatred that is so deadly venomous that its poison destroys the critical thinking abilities and moral judgment of those who become injected with it. An element of strong delusion in this venom ensures that those infected can’t see the dire reality of their own situation.
The reason why it’s so powerful can be traced to its roots. Once the serpent heard God’s words in the garden that the He would raise up someone who would crush his head, he was on the lookout for this adversary. So he began injecting the venom of his own Jew hatred into those who could do the most damage – the ones who had power over others. But he wasn’t content to limit it to leaders, so his poison has been working its way through entire populations.
After 2,000 years of persecution and attempted annihilation, the descendants of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob are back in their ancient homeland deeded to them by God. But the venomous poison in others has led to a jihad of words and deeds that attempt to cut up and parcel out their land to others and to curtail their rights, identity, and even their very existence “from the river to the sea.”

Everyone who is born again has the Holy Spirit dwelling in them. And if He is living in you, then…

You can tell a tree by its fruits. So far, I haven’t seen too many of the Holy Spirit fruits in Christians who say they love God but hate His chosen people.

People are entitled to their own opinions. I don’t have a degree in Theology so this is just mine based upon what I’ve read. Feel free to disagree.
The tribulation is calculated to be seven years by looking at prophetic scriptures Jesus gave to His disciples and the book of Daniel. The Olivet Discourse is in Matthew 24, Mark 13, and Luke 21 but only Matthew and Mark include the reference to the “abomination of desolation,” (Luke: “desolation”). In all three of those Gospels, however, Jesus is obviously referring to events that will occur in the relatively near future (40+ years) as well as within the last days (2000+ years).
His prophecy about the coming destruction of the second temple “not one stone shall be left here upon another, that shall not be thrown down” was fulfilled in 70 AD by the Romans under Titus. Looking at Matthew 24, it’s after His disciples ask Him in verse 3 “And what will be the sign of Your coming, and of the end of the age?” that He starts listing the things that will take place in the end times. When He gets to the “earthquakes,” He says “All these are the beginning of sorrows.” It’s after the abomination of desolation takes place, that He says everything will get much, much worse.
“Therefore when you see the ‘abomination of desolation,’ spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing in the holy place” (whoever reads, let him understand), “then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains…” (v. 15-16)
“For then there will be great tribulation, such as has not been since the beginning of the world until this time, no, nor ever shall be. And unless those days were shortened, no flesh would be saved; but for the elect’s sake those days will be shortened. (v. 21-22)
Jesus is echoing Daniel 12:1 when he describes the intensity: “At that time Michael shall stand up, The great prince who stands watch over the sons of your people; And there shall be a time of trouble, Such as never was since there was a nation, Even to that time.”
Getting back to Matthew 24, it’s after the tribulation that Jesus comes back:
“Immediately after the tribulation of those days… Then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.” (v. 29-30)
Many Bible scholars believe this tribulation period coincides with the seven-year “covenant” that the man of sin makes with “many.” Daniel 9 and 11 describe the cessation of sacrifices and offerings in a physical temple. It will take place at the midway point of that covenant. Note that in the following, “one week” has been interpreted by Bible scholars as seven years, not days. The midway point (“middle of the week”) is therefore three and one-half years into the covenant.
Then he shall confirm a covenant with many for one week; But in the middle of the week He shall bring an end to sacrifice and offering. And on the wing of abominations shall be one who makes desolate, Even until the consummation, which is determined, Is poured out on the desolate. (Daniel 9:27)
His armed forces will rise up to desecrate the temple fortress and will abolish the daily sacrifice. Then they will set up the abomination that causes desolation. (Daniel 11:11)
“He will oppose and will exalt himself over everything that is called God or is worshiped, so that he sets himself up in God’s temple, proclaiming himself to be God.” (2 Thessalonians 2:4)
“And from the time that the daily sacrifice is taken away, and the abomination of desolation is set up, there shall be one thousand two hundred and ninety days.” (Daniel 12:11).
One thousand two hundred and ninety days is just 13 days in excess of three and one half years – the last half of the tribulation. Some call this latter part the “Great Tribulation” because it will be the worst part of the tribulation.

Why did you leave out v31 which refers to the rapture?
“31And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.”
Jesus will return but he will never dwell on this earth again which is why the saints will be caught up to be with Christ in the air.
His disciples asked Him what would be the sign of His coming, and of the end of the age?”
The rapture happens at the coming of Christ.
Paul confirms this and gives us some more information when he says refers to the coming of the Lord.
“15For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.
16For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: 17Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.”

does not mention the ‘man of sin’
does not mention a covenant with Israel
does not mention a seven year tribulation
It speaks of the time of Christ’s ministry which happened in the 70th week of Daniel’s prophecy.
The ‘dispensationalists’ dreamt up the notion of ‘the great parenthesis’ in order to fudge God’s timeline.
They claim that God stopped the clock at the 69th week They did this so that they could pretend that Daniel 9:27 was referring to the ‘man of sin’
But the truth is that the seventieth week aligns with Christ’s earthly ministry, and we know that it was Christ who brought an end to the temple sacrifices when he replaced them with his eternally efficacious sacrifice on the cross.
That is why the curtain in the temple was torn in two. From then on God can only be accessed through Christ who is the only mediator between God and men.
God never mentioned stopping the prophetic timeline. But that wont stop the dispensationalist playing games with the scriptures, as is their wont.

Much of Daniel 11 is speaking about Antiochus Epiphanes but I believe he was a type of the ‘man of sin’ who will be revealed before Christ comes to rapture his church after the great tribulation before God unleashes his wrath on the unbelievers who were not raptured.
Antiochus gave himself the name ‘Epiphanes’ which means ‘god manifest.’ He desecrated the temple and he brutally slaughtered thousands of Jews.

With regard to Daniel 12 we cannot fully understand the words being spoken to Daniel.
Even Daniel did not understand what he was being told.
This chapter does not mention Christ’s coming so, we must rely on what Christ has told us when He said that nobody knows the DAY or the HOUR when he will return to rapture his church.
We will only know that His coming is near when we see certain events unfold in the order stated by Christ in his Olivet discourse,
Daniel 12
“8And I heard, but I understood not: then said I, O my Lord, what shall be the end of these things?
9And he said, Go thy way, Daniel: for the words are closed up and sealed till the time of the end.”
There are periods of time mentioned after these verses but to say that these periods are referring to the timing of Christ’s coming is conjecture.
We cannot build sound doctrine on conjecture.

Let me begin by saying that there are different notions of Zionism. I cant cover them all.
The notion I am referring to in my comments is the notion held by Jewish and Christian Zionists which supports the current Zionist, Israeli, government and it’s agenda and which includes the restoration of the temple and old testament sacrificial rituals.
The reason for building a temple, will be accompanied by old testament practises including blood sacrifices.
There is great excitement among Zionists over the realisation of a red heifer.
Why??
Answer, because the red heifer was necessary in the old testament for purification . It was sacrificed as a sin offering. It’s blood was sprinkled towards the tabernacle and it’s ashes were used for purification.

You are confusing the past with the future. The temple which was destroyed in AD70 was called the holy temple when God’s presence was there. But God left the temple when Christ was crucified. Now, the way into God’s presence is through Jesus Christ who is the high priest and the only mediator between God and men.
The new temple will not be called ‘holy’ by God because it will have been built as an act of defiance against Christ who is now the high priest of God and is the ONLY mediator between God and men.
The fact is that the building of a new temple will actually defile the holy place which was once the site of God’s holy temple.
It will not house God, it will house the ‘man of sin’. It will be an abomination.
The holy temple had served it’s purpose until the time when Christ’s sacrifice abolished the need for daily sacrifices.

The true Israel which God has always loved is the remnant that has always existed in the nation of Israel. God has often spared Israel for the sake of this remnant of true believers whom he loves dearly.
Today this remnant is evidenced by their faith in Jesus Christ as the true Messiah. Because of their faith in Christ, the remnant are excluded from the synagogues and are despised by the Jewish community.
The vast majority of Israeli Jews are not true believers and are not the true Israel. This has always been the case and is evidenced by their continued disobedience since God made them a nation.
In the new testament section of the bible it is easier to see the separation of this remnant from the unbelieving Jews and it’s easier to see how God despises the non believing Jews as we follow the ministry of Christ and his apostles.
Christ is seen, constantly pointing out the difference between the unbelieving Jews and those who believe.
We are told that He came to His own but they would not receive Him. But to those who did receive Him, He gave them power to become sons of God.

Christian Zionism is as much an idolatry as Jewish Zionism is—somehow both idolize that tiny utopianist state in the Levant, as God. It’s as bad as a Soviet or Nazi who regarded their State as God. And what they get instead is Leviathan. We seem to live in an age of utopianist fanaticism and all the wars we see are between fanatics of one breed or another.
It much concerns me that US foreign policy has long been corrupted to serve the interests of the Zionist and other fanatics in Israel. It is clear by Netanyahu’s government of extremely provocative actions that their goal is to force the US into war against Iran, just as Zelensky’s outrageous provocations of Russia is designed to force the US to fight Russia. (Strange how both Israel and Ukraine are following the same playbook for the same goal.) The agenda for decades of the Israeli government is—to force us to fight for their wars, to destroy whole nations for them resulting in the expulsion of millions of refugees out of that region to the West, the goal being to empty “Greater Israel” of its native Semitic/Gentile population. It’s shameful our government officials and elected representatives have fallen so supinely for this policy, and that’s mainly due to the delusions of Christian Zionism, as well as the manipulation/bribery by AIPAC. It shows how irrational and weak we have become as a nation.
This will not end well for the US and the West in general. And it will destroy modern Israel, too, and is already exhausting and tearing it apart. No nation can long indulge in state promoted endless revenge, wars, genocide, theft, wholesale murder and rape, inhuman abuses of all kinds without destroying its own soul. True Judaism is NOT on display in modern Israel—real Jews are philanthropic, often champions of civil rights for everyone, some of the best contributors to civilized life. True Jews are not terrorists–rapists, thieves, and killers, especially as we have been seeing of late in Israel, as well as its whole modern history. And true Christians don’t ignore or discount the crimes, condone and enable terrorism from anyone. But unfortunately, the Scofield delusion rules the American mindset almost completely.

I googled Israel Shahak. He has made some interesting observations about a ‘Jewish supremacy’ mindset which underlies much of the politics and military actions of the Jewish Zionists.
He exposes the apartheid system in Israel where Palestinians have had their land confiscated and are subsequently forbidden to even rent property or run a business there. He references the town of Karmiel as proof of this apartheid policy.
He speaks about how, in a booklet, the military deemed it appropriate to kill even ‘good’ civilians. The military have since withdrawn the booklet, but it’s plain to see when we look at their activities in Gaza that this is still in practise.
Meanwhile in the west bank , settlers continue to run riot, attacking innocent Palestinians.
More than 600 Palestinians in the West Bank have been killed since October 7, mostly as a result of incursions by Israeli settlers.
Despite these deplorable acts, the Zionists are still “idolised” by their christian counterparts in America who choose to ignore Christ’s teaching in favour of the Zionist ideal.
Christian Zionists are also happy to ignore the many American soldiers who have lost their lives at the behest of the Zionists who use America as their servant. When the Zionists say jump the Americans ask how high.

He was a professor of organic chemistry at Hebrew University, so he knows how to research honestly He is a secular Jew and represents the older democratic liberalism of Israel as opposed to the extreme right religious Zionists (who currently run their government).
Shahak’s books which are very informative are: Jewish History, Jewish Religion: The Weight of 3000 years; Jewish Fundamentalism in Israel; Open Secrets: Israeli Foreign and Nuclear Policies, Expansion and Israeli Foreign Policy.
You should also download from the same site Seymour Hersh’s “The Sampson Option: Israel’s Nuclear Arsenal and American Foreign Policy” paying special attention to the chapters regarding JFK’s attitude towards a nuclear Israel, starting from page 93. American policy on this issue and much else changed radically after his demise.
These are good for a start for discussion.. Also, I am familiar with the highly interesting “Transfer Agreement” that you mentioned in a previous comment. I will search for the videos you mentioned. Wish we could talk more directly via email.

The majority of Palestinians support the jihadists, willingly give their children up to be trained murderers and they supported the October 7th massacre. Yes, I’m really thankful to have this website! As the owner, Leo is unique because of his background in investigative journalism combined with his faith as a Christian.
I think more Americans are waking up to how real this threat of radical Islam is to civilization. October 7th was a shock to the world. Since then, the violence of the pro-Hamas protests has escalated in rhetoric and actions, exposing the demonic spirit driving the hate.

Israel and it’s American counterpart have had a policy of destabilisation in the middle east. They have toppled legitimate governments and have killed hundreds of thousands of innocent civilians in their quest to achieve superiority over the Arab nations and to dominate the Middle East.
They create crises such as the 9/11 and the October 7, in order to foment hatred for their chosen target and to legitimise their attacks on that target.
It is normal for an oppressed people to rejoice over the destruction of their oppressors especially when the oppressors in question are the murderous regime of the Israeli / American Zionists who have left a litany of carnage and destruction all over the middle east.
But Christians should not rejoice at the mass murder of civilians on either side.
True Christians should not endorse a Satanic Zionist government whose purpose is to set up a Satanic State which will be ruled over by the ‘mam of sin’.
But as I’ve already pointed , Christian Zionists are not true Christians. They reject the teachings of Christ. They reject the efficacy of his sacrifice on the cross in favour of a return to old testament blood sacrifices.
They reject God’s decree that Israel should remain desolate until the return of Christ.
Instead they are endorsing the building of a temple which will be inhabited by the ‘man of sin; who is an abomination and who will persecute true Christians. They are facilitating the ‘abomination of desolation’.
I believe that they are a part of the apostasy which Paul said would happen prior to Christ’s coming and the rapture.
But Christian Zionists will not listen to reason which is why they embrace the fake ‘dispensationalist’ doctrine instead of the teaching of Christ and his apostles.
My comment is to testify against the lies of the ‘dispensationalist’ teaching, for the benefit of true Christians so that they will not be misled by the Christian Zionists and their delusions concerning the future of Israel.

No, you can’t placate them because such seething hatred is demonically driven. The world was shocked at the absolutely merciless barbarity of atrocities committed by Hamas monsters upon helpless Israeli men, women, children, and babies on October 7th. These demons would have also enjoyed sitting in the Roman Colosseum as Christians were torn apart by lions for food, while others were doused in oil and torched to serve as human lanterns.

The would-be murderer approached Yechiel Dabrowskin near the Chabad Headquarters in Crown Heights, NYC, and shouted “Free Palestine” and “Do you want to die?” before stabbing him in the chest. He was fortunate to survive.
For a U.S. presidential candidate like Harris to visibly offer appeasement to a genocidal culture and its supporters just adds fuel to the fire of Israel/Jew hatred and emboldens the bullies. Feeding the crocodile will lead to more acts of escalating violence. Because radical Islam only respects strength, her actions and those in authority who’ve been lax toward the rioters serve to weaken America in the eyes of its enemies around the globe, which could encourage attacks in this country even worse than 9/11.

Perhaps you might read Christ’s Olivet discourse where Christ foretold the desolation of Jerusalem which will lead up to the ‘abomination of desolation’ and the ‘great tribulation’
Jesus said:
“20And when ye shall see Jerusalem compassed with armies, then know that the desolation thereof is nigh.
21Then let them which are in Judaea flee to the mountains; and let them which are in the midst of it depart out; and let not them that are in the countries enter thereinto.” (Luke 21)
The need to flee from Judea will become more urgent when the ‘abomination of desolation’ is seen standing in the holy place.
“15When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)
16Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains:
17Let him which is on the housetop not come down to take any thing out of his house:
18Neither let him which is in the field return back to take his clothes.
19And woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days!

Paul tells us that the ‘man of sin’ will be revealed sitting in the temple posing as God.
Israel is about to experience the consummation of the desolation which began when they rejected the true Messiah.

Immediately after the ‘great tribulation’, Christ will return with his angels and will rapture his saints, both Jew and gentile. before unleashing his wrath upon the unbelievers who remain on this earth.
The dead in Christ will be resurrected first and will then will be joined by the living saints and we will all be raptured together to be with Christ in the air
“16For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
17Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.” (1st Thessalonians 4)
So, we have;
the beginning of troubles,
the great tribulation,
Christ’s coming and the rapture,
God unleashes his wrath on the sinners who are left behind.
After the rapture, there will be no Christians on this earth. Even the dead in Christ will have been removed at the rapture before God unleashes his wrath on the unbelievers who remain behind.
It will just like what happened with Lot when he was taken hurriedly out of Sodom by the angels before God unleashed his wrath on Sodom and killed EVERYBODY who remained in that city.

I think your prediction may be correct. When I lived in Israel people used to refer to Israel as the 51st State of America. Such is the bond that exists between the two countries.

Exactly, although I wouldn’t miss Cori Bush. I once lived in her district and she was utterly incompetent and very woke. But I do NOT like a foreign state and its lobby messing with any of our elections for the benefit of that foreign state, no matter how undeserving some of our politicians are of their office.

So, Harris will sell out an ally to appease a faction that will more than likely vote Dem anyway. That’s not a principled stance; it’s not even a political move. It’s an amateur and cowardly move from a person with neither the leadership skills nor the intellectual heft to make a reasoned argument to people who disagree.
Then again, Kamala has never had to make such an argument. Her career in politics has been confined to leftist echo chambers whether in San Francisco, the state of California, or the DNC. If she cannot stand up to a band of rabid Muslims, how in the world will she handle an actual problem.
