Biden-Harris brings in largest contingent of ‘refugees’ in 30 years; 2 of the top 3 countries of origin are Islamic sharia-compliant societies

As many of you know, I authored the first book-length critical study of the U.S. refugee resettlement program. That book, Stealth Invasion, came out in 2017 and was banned by Amazon in 2022. It’s still available at Barnes and Noble.

I am including an article in the latter half of this post that was originally posted July 31, 2024, by the Dallas Express. It illustrates that the more things change the more they stay the same when it comes to our government’s penchant for bringing in more government-dependent welfare recipients from the Third World. The numbers, however, are truly staggering.

The majority of refugees are still coming from nations with cultures that exhibit a profound hatred of America. Of the top three countries of origin, Democratic Republic of Congo, Afghanistan and Syria, two of them — Afghanistan and Syria — are countries that serve as hotbeds of Islamic terrorism. Other terror-supporting countries, Somalia, Iraq and Sudan, are also on the list of top 12 countries of origin.

Instead of nine private agencies contracting with the U.S. State Department to distribute foreign refugees into American cities and towns, we now have 11. Seven of the 11 are overtly religious, working under the banner of Jewish or Christian nameplates, including Church World Services, World Relief Corp., the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops, Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Services, Episcopal Migration Ministries, the Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society, and the new guy on the block, Bethany Christian Services. All of these agencies get paid on a per head basis for every refugee they resettle into the United States. The sheer numbers of incoming refugees reported by the Dallas Express article are staggering, at 100,000 in fiscal 2024. The article shows where the refugees are coming from and how many are going to which states.

As the border crisis wages on, the Biden-Harris administration has trumpeted the admittance of the most refugees into the U.S. in three decades.

The federal fiscal year will end on September 30, and so far in FY 2024, 68,291 refugees were resettled into the U.S.

Last month, the Biden-Harris administration released a fact sheet to celebrate the “rebuilt U.S. refugee admissions program” (USRAP) in which the following were highlighted:

  • Plans to welcome more than 100,000 refugees to their new U.S. communities in Fiscal Year 2024, the most in three decades
  • It upgraded its main technology system to ensure “it scales for unprecedented goals in resettling refugees”. This increased functionality in global case management systems (electronic review of information, digitization of registration forms, expansion of video-teleconference interviews, etc.), has led to faster processing times. Other measures included concurrent processing, adding circuit rides, hiring new staff, opening additional U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services international field offices in the Middle East, and contracting an additional resettlement agency to assist refugees upon arrival.
  • It launched a new automated process that streamlines the process for refugees (and other eligible populations) to obtain Employment Authorization Documents (EADs) and Social Security cards.
  • It integrated refugee vetting into the National Vetting Center to simplify “the ways that DHS uses intelligence and law enforcement information to inform decisions, while maintaining strong privacy, civil rights, and civil liberties protections.”
  • It launched the “Welcome Corps” program, “the boldest innovation in refugee resettlement in more than 40 years”. The program allows private individuals in the United States (including newly resettled refugees and other newcomers) to select their own refugees and future American citizens. By doing so, the Biden administration eliminated the geographic boundaries to resettlement.
  • The “Welcome Corps” was further expanded to include the “Welcome Corps on Campus”, bringing “refugees” straight to U.S. campuses; and the “Welcome Corps at Work,” bringing them straight to U.S. jobs.
  • It created the Safe Mobility initiative in partnership with the UN refugee agency (the UN High Commissioner for Refugees, UNHCR) and the International Organization for Migration to expand “lawful pathways” to the United States for refugees and vulnerable migrants in South and Central America. Safe Mobility offices in Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, and Guatemala were opened to facilitate refugees’ and migrants’ access to the United States, including resettlement, family reunification, humanitarian parole, and labor opportunities.
  • It is opening avenues for resettlement for human rights activists and “LGBTQI+” refugees, strengthening the U.S. embassies’ ability to refer refugees, and expanding NGO referrals for refugees.
  • It expanded access to USRAP for Afghans. In August 2021, the administration announced a special refugee designation (Priority 2 (P-2)) for certain Afghans and their family members.

The Center for Immigration Studies provided more details on how the Biden administration “methodically rebuilt and modernized” the USRAP.

According to the Center for Immigration Studies, the Biden-Harris administration expanded the Domestic Resettlement Network.

Religious or community-based organizations, called resettlement agencies (formerly known as ‘volags’) have contracts with the Department of State to resettle refugees inside the United States. The Biden administration added a tenth resettlement agency (Bethany Christian Services) to the existing nine.

These resettlement agencies maintain nationwide networks of local affiliates to assist with the reception and placement of refugees (and other eligible newcomers) and provide them with services and assistance. More than 150 local resettlement offices were opened or reopened, bringing the total local affiliates to more than 350.

More than 300 Refugee Officers were hired as over 80,000 refugee applicants overseas were interviewed by refugee officers in the first half of 2024.

The Department of State, Department of Homeland Security, and the U.S. Digital Service redesigned overseas processing by switching to concurrent steps instead of sequential steps.  The process became digitized and automatic, streamlining the process for Employment Authorization Documents and Social Security cards for refugees.

Below are the monthly refugee admissions, top nationalities, and resettlement states witnessed thus far in FY 2024 (October 1, 2023-June 30,2024). July 2024’s data has not been released yet.

  1. unibokk/Anthony William – “At this rate, you English speaking Americans, might have to learn Spanish.”

Latino immigrants don’t follow a “religious” book that tells its adherents to behead and dismember the infidels in the name of conquest. What is more concerning than Hispanics are the numbers of military-age men invading through our southern and northern borders from Islamist countries and China.

Add to that the refugees brought in legally from Democratic Republic of Congo, Afghanistan and Syria. Mix in all the pro-Hamas violent protesters who are calling for escalation to the point of intifada and imams in America inciting murder of Jews, and you have a recipe for terror attacks worse than 9/11.

Radical jihadist immigrants are a stealth fifth column in America and European nations right now, Trojan horses that are being welcomed with wide-open arms by leftist politicians against the wishes of many of their citizens. The ultimate aim of jihad is to take over the host country and impose sharia law.

In a story he wrote for the BBC, Quilliam Foundation researcher Dr. Usama Hasan stated the following:

“For decades in the UK and abroad, Muslim discourse has been dominated by fundamentalism and Islamism. The following may be regarded as the major components of Islamism: Umma [sense of victimhood], Khilafa [caliphate], Sharia and Jihad – all of which have become excessively politicised…”

Arab-American pastor Dr. Michael Youseff underscores the violent nature of this:

“Genuine biblical Christianity does not impose itself, but Islam, by contrast, is a religion of law, submission and punishment with a history … of massacres, enslavement, torture and brutality far exceeding the crimes of the Crusaders.”

Wild study charts ‘diversity explosion’ as US white population tumbles
    ©REUTERS
A respected think tank has underscored America’s massive demographic shift since the start of the pandemic, with millions more Spanish-speaking residents as the white population tumbled. The Hispanic population grew by 3.2 million from April 2020 to July 2023, as the number of white people fell by 2.1 million — the result of immigration and birth and death rates, says a Brookings Institution study.”

Hello Leo. At this rate, you English speaking Americans, might have to learn Spanish

I believe that the vaccination programme has been a major factor in the reduction of the white population through vaccine caused deaths and also through vaccine caused damage to people’s reproduction systems. I think that the mass immigration is part of a displacement programme.

  3. This is a huge ticking time bomb. Hordes of legally-imported America-hating immigrants who refuse to assimilate have been foisted upon our country. Add to that untold numbers of terrorists from the same or similar Middle Eastern countries who’ve slipped through our southern AND northern borders. Compound it with a pro-Islamic/anti-Israel Biden-Harris (really Obama) regime in Washington.

Europe is experiencing a similar invasion, also blessed by its leftist leaders. They seem to have forgotten the lessons of the past. A story on The National Interest website, “How France Defeated the Islamic Empire – 1,300 Years Ago,” by Michael Peck, provides a vivid snapshot of the situation back then:

“In 732 CE, at the height of the Dark Ages after the fall of Rome, Islam seemed unstoppable. Boiling out of the Arabian desert just a century before, the Muslim armies conquered North Africa, Spain, the Caucasus and the Middle East with astonishing speed in what must have seemed like a medieval blitzkrieg. The tough, bold and highly motivated desert warriors plundered the decaying corpses of the ancient empires: the Roman, the Byzantine and the Sassanid (Persian). And as the victorious armies of the Umayyad Caliphate surged out of the Iberian peninsula into southern and then central France, they must have savored the prospect of adding the Christian lands of western Europe to their domains. If they accomplished that, the Islamic empire might have become the superpower of its day, the medieval equivalent in military and economic power of the modern United States.”

Peck goes on to describe how this advance was definitively stopped by the Franks under Charles Martel at the Battle of Tours. But the France of today is a far cry from the people Martel led, judging by the recent, absolutely disgusting displays at the Paris Olympics. Our country too, is suffering under the yoke of a decadent, corrupt culture.

I almost wonder if God is allowing this invasion of the West facilitated by feckless, deluded leaders to take place as His judgment for turning our backs on Him.

And If anyone thinks that the conflicts in the Middle East are confined to that area of the world and we have nothing to fear here, a couple quotes by Hamas leaders should give us pause because they echo the overarching goal of Islam:

“The army of Jerusalem will not liberate only Palestine; the whole world will come under an Islamic system with no Zionism, no treacherous Christianity.”
    – Senior Hamas official Mahmoud Al-Zahar

“The nation of Islam will sit at the throne of the world.”
    – Hamas Leader Khaled Mash’al

  4. There’s an old saying about be careful what you wish for. The traitors in the US and other countries don’t realize that they themselves, won’t be immune from all of the chaos their sponsored terrorists are bringing into their countries. I’m suspecting that there will be politicians that will eventually be physically driven from office, by the very thugs they intended to use to destroy their nations. I’m a believer in divine and poetic justice.

    1. One must be stunned by the thought processes (or lack thereof) behind this subversion. I used to think it was all somehow $$$ driven (most everything is), that there was a payout of some sort that fuels this insanity. I’ve come to believe, however, that it must be a tribal-like ideology and zealotry behind this madness! It’s an adolescent behavior, i.e. contrary simply to be contrary. What other explanation can there be?

  5. As long as the US has debt it owes, it has people without jobs, it has veterans who are homeless and other victims who need help and are born here, it has no business importing more people and having the taxes bankroll them. The gov. never asked us for our vote on this issue. The whole thing is nothing but an inside job sabotage operation, the same trojan horse operation that has invaded Europe by ‘needy’ migrants from terrorist places and they have shown that to be their true colors once safely in the door of that fortress! The same will be true here sadly. Also sadly there are still people who don’t see the handwriting on the wall until it comes to their backyard and that usually wakes the ostrich up out of the sand.
