This is a crucial test being launched by the globalists to see if law-abiding Americans will hand over their Second Amendment rights by complying with an extra-constitutional edict based, not on American law, but on United Nations law.
New Mexico’s Democrat Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham issued an “emergency” executive order on Friday suspending the right of law-abiding citizens to open carry and conceal carry any firearms in the crime-ridden Democrat-run city of Albuquerque.
The totally unconstitutional edict also applies to the surrounding county for a period at least 30 days, after Grisham declared a “public health emergency” in response to a spate of recent gun violence.
One sheriff of a county north of the city has already told Governor Grisham to go pound sand.
Sorry, governor, but you are not allowed, no politician is allowed, to “suspend” the Constitution.
Grisham told the Associated Press that she expects challenges, but was “compelled to act” following a spate of recent shootings.
I can promise her that the criminals responsible for the shootings will not be the ones obeying her order. But let’s be real. That’s not why she took this unprecedented step.
This is a major test for we the people. If the people of New Mexico obey this unlawful act by their governor, we are doomed as a country. It will spread to every Democrat city in America, which includes just about every major city of 100,000 or more population.
This governor is being used to test the waters. How much do Americans really value their Second Amendment rights? Whether she knows it or not, it’s obvious by the language she has used who she is working for.
By using the term “public health emergency,” this radical New Mexico governor is testing out a policy straight from the United Nations World Health Organization.
The World Health Organization’s proposed pandemic treaty (some call it an accord or “instrument”), as well as the amendments to the International Health Regulations that will be up for a vote at the World Health Assembly in Geneva next May, include the exact same language. The U.S., E.U., U.N. and most nations are on board with changes that will give the decision-making power to declare a “public health emergency of international concern” or of “regional concern” to the WHO. Right now, only sovereign national governments can declare such an emergency, not the WHO.
I’ve argued before that part of the reason for the vague language, “public health emergency,” is so that they can claim “gun violence” is a dire emergency affecting the public health and thereby suspend all private gun ownership rights under the Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution or any other law anywhere in the world.
This is the back door through which gun rights get demolished in countries where they haven’t already been cast aside.
So to see a governor of an American state using this language to suspend the Second Amendment is frightening. If she is allowed to get away with this, mark my words, you will see similar declarations in other cities and perhaps entire states.
Now is a key moment in U.S. history. All residents of New Mexico should show up in Albuquerque and open carry. Make a show of it. Get out, in numbers, and defy this edict.
Now is the time for Operation Peaceful Non-compliance. If we pass on this opportunity to defy what has to be the most blatant violation of the Second Amendment to date, then we deserve everything that comes our way. We can kiss the Second Amendment goodbye.

Why is it that, whenever a young mother murders her newborn or infant or toddler and has the baby’s corpse dumped into a garbage disposal, we never hear from Republicans calling for an emergency edict placing further restrictions on abortion, in the way we have fascistic initiatives from the likes of Grisham with respect to guns? We know the answer to that one. But the abortion culture is directly responsible for such atrocities as those committed by the likes of Andrea Yates, Susan Smith, Casey Anthony, Scott Peterson, more recently Alexee Trevizo, and many others too numerous to mention. This culture incited those acts by their constant bashing of motherhood and children, and in general fostering a depraved indifference, callous disregard, cavalier disdain, total antipathy, and gross disrespect for life. And it is because of those acts that Roe, last year, had to be overturned.

Breitbart just broke a story (“Watch: NM Governor Admits Her Concealed Carry Ban Will Not Impact Criminals”) including a video Benny Johnson posted on Twitter of Lujan Grisham stating:
– “…no constitutional right, in my view, including my oath, is intended to be absolute.”
– “There are restrictions on free speech…”
– “There are restrictions on my freedoms…”
When asked by a journalist if the ban will stop criminals in Albuquerque from carrying a gun for 30 days, she replied:
“Ah…no.”
I’m so glad she said the quiet part out loud, that this has nothing to do with stopping criminals from committing violent crimes like murder, which her “emergency” is supposed to address.
After seeing this, if Americans can’t connect the dots NOW, then there’s no hope for this nation.

Just like we’re kissing other amendments in the Bill of Rights goodbye. These are only a few examples of violations against each amendment cited, that have occurred within the last three years. Many of you can think of more.
FIRST: Freedoms concerning religion, expression, assembly, and the right to petition.
Pro-life counselors arrested by govt, conservative/Christian speakers attacked by anarchist groups, parents speaking out now on terrorist lists, conservative/Christian non-profits audited, online content contrary to woke agenda censored.
SECOND: Individual right to possess a firearm unconnected with service in a militia, and to use that arm for traditionally lawful purposes, such as self-defense.
Lujan’s “emergency,” unlawful search and seizures by BATF against legal gun dealers, attempted federal legislation that failed or succeeded in limitations upon legal gun ownership.
FOURTH: Prohibits unlawful searches and seizures of property by the government, arbitrary arrests, wiretaps and other forms of surveillance.
Surveillance without warrants, raids, arrests of citizens who are considered political opponents of the party in power or of its policies.
FIFTH: Guarantees right to a grand jury and due process of law for any proceeding that denies a citizen “life, liberty, or property.”
Best example – many January 6 defendants still being held for almost three years now without due process.
SIXTH: Right to a public trial without delay, a lawyer, and an impartial jury.
Again, Jan. 6 defendants. Also, it’s doubtful that Trump or any of those indicted with him will get “an impartial jury.”
EIGHTH: Prohibits cruel and unusual punishments, but also “excessive fines” and punishments of excessive length or severity greatly disproportionate to the offenses.
Federal prosecutors have been throwing the book at peaceful abortion protestors, in one case trying to get 33 years in prison.

But, L.A., do you really think there is enough anger and resolve within a sufficient amount of people to form militias? We’re a different generation now from the one who over two hundred years ago picked up their muskets and their courage to fight against well-equipped armies that outnumbered them. Different generation, too, from the one that went overseas just eighty years ago to defeat tyranny. My dad used to complain that “people are soft nowadays,” because he didn’t see the backbone that was built in those who had to go through the Depression and two world wars.
There may still be hope in political tactics below the federal level. Some governors and attorney generals in red states are fighting back. Individuals (as evidenced by readers here) and grassroots organizations are pushing back, too.
Our counterparts in Europe are also chafing against the yoke of their overlords. Journalist Laurie Wastell holds out a little hope in her story about the EU’s latest power grab – the Digital Services Act (DSA):

Every night in our prayer before dinner, my husband and I ask the Lord to supernaturally intervene to turn back this evil, if that’s His will. He hears all of us, even though He may not answer in the way we would like Him to.

Thank you both, L.A. and Anna. Perspicacious insights and patriotic caring, combined with prayer, are the hallmark of readers here. The past generations faced kinetic warfare but today we face asymmetric warfare with technology stealth attacks making fighting back much more problematic.
God is exposing the depth of evil that has infiltrated our country, all the Trojan horses, the latest being proof of directed energy weapons (DEW) used in the recent Lahaina Maui fires, indisputably launched from Chinese satellites, and being covered up by our own government. Was there collusion and treason involved? Another copycat Pearl Harbor?
The evil we face, the powers and principalities in heavenly places, requires vigilance and continual prayer for divine intervention. Prayer is our most assured means of preservation from looming catastrophe.
Let us renew our efforts to increase prayer. We know that prayer is our strongest weapon in our arsenal against evil. A “prayer militia” is the antidote that all patriotic citizens can join.. As Anna points out, God answers our prayers, usually in a much more powerful way than our comparatively small brains can muster.
Praise God in gratitude for this magnificent country and for the gift of the brave who founded it as one nation under God. Pray, pray, pray like never before and be part of the prayer militia that will triumph, with God’s blessing. In God we trust, amen.

Yes, Anna, we might have to do just that, create a New Republic. However, there is hope in what the National American Renaissance Movement (National ARM) is working on: prosecution for treason of those involved in selling out our country to the highest bidders and traitors. They have a group of international attorneys working on future prosecution actions and are determined to bring the bad guys to justice.
With these options there is hope. God will show us the path to take. That is the reason we need to intensify our prayers as we are to keep knocking and seeking because we will be triumphant in our endeavors. God has promised that if we seek we shall find, if we knock it shall be opened to us. Warriors in the prayer militia can be more effective than an actual army because the enemy we face is demonic and spiritual means must be employed.
Let us keep up the momentum on all fronts. Never surrender. Never comply. Remember it is the wide path that leads to perdition, the path the enemy is taking. Our path is narrow but leads to ultimate victory. Praise Jesus Christ for giving us strength and courage. God bless you, Anna, and all our prayer warriors who love God and country. L.A. and Margaret Anne – Final thoughts on the idea of red states seceding to form their own government and nation.
For millennia, this sort of thing has been happening – it’s not something new. Large countries have split up into smaller nations, parts of one have broken off to merge with another, all for various reasons – economic stability, national security, ideological differences, coups, wars, etc. But whatever the reason, the basic underlying need was to survive.
When the actions of a government are so antithetical not only to the values of a population but to its very existence, there needs to be separation for the sake of survival.
The destruction unleashed during these last three years by a political party at both the federal and state levels upon the economic well-being, physical security, and liberty of the American people is staggering.
And they’re not stopping. Not one bit.
Our forefathers never envisioned how corrupt, dark, and demonic people would be today, so they didn’t design enough safeguards to protect a Republic from tyranny they couldn’t fathom. Their creation of three federal branches that are checks and balances for one another is not working out for us now.
The powers of the Executive branch have so entangled the other two and even leaders at state levels, that the whole tree of the Republic is rotten.
Let the blue states have the blue states and the whole kit and caboodle of D.C. Keep calling it the USA, if they want.
But secession to form a government from scratch and in the process birth a new country may be the only hope for us.

Succession of red states: A high percentage work for the federal gov. (military, contractors and civil service) incl military bases, FBI other gov. agencies, or retired. L.A. – A wish list of some ideal conditions after secession of red states, which would solidify conservative values.
– Two independent nations would exist on the same continent. Diplomatic relations would be established between each and both would have their own sovereign air space.
– Democrats would keep D.C., including the White House, Congress and all federal agencies, which would be funded by blue states and have jurisdiction over them only.
– Ideally, our new country would have only two branches – legislative and judicial. There’s too much danger in an executive branch that the founders of this country never imagined, even with all the safeguards they put into place.
– All leaders in state and local governments and judges would be elected by the people. There would be term limitations as well as caps on campaign contribution amounts. Election processes would be reformed to include elimination of all voting machines and restoration of paper ballots only with a non-digital photo ID, all voter rolls would be cleaned up, only mail-in ballots with attached ID received by election day would be counted, and ballot harvesting or other fraud would be a crime, punishable by law.
– Local and state law enforcement would be funded at their respective levels. Sheriffs and police chiefs would also be elected by the people.
– Military members, contractors and civil service members who feel allegiance with blue states could transition to facilities there or if they stayed, work through an outside contractor, keeping the same pay grade and benefits.
– Those in civilian federal agencies could transfer as well to those in blue states, keeping all their benefits and retirement intact. They would take all their equipment and inventories with them when the offices were shuttered.
– As an independent country, we could opt to withdraw from the WHO.
– Public cameras (except those in businesses such as warehouses to prevent theft), facial scanners, and other methods of surveillance would be considered illegal and removed.
– Red northern and southern border states would have the power to seal their borders to prevent illegal migration and to allow only legitimate, commercial traffic. Anyone who slipped through and was caught would automatically be transported to blue states.
– Grooming of children within the schools and gender transition surgery would be illegal and punishable by law.
– Abortion in any form would be illegal.
– As a sovereign nation, we might be able to exclude ourselves from any health mandates ordained by federal or extra-national entities.
Big questions: a) what would we use for currency, since the dollar is the “federal reserve note;” b) what would we replace Medicare, Social Security, etc. with; c) if they try to enforce the digital ID and CBDC – could we opt out as an independent nation; and d) if we did exclude ourselves, how would we deal with currency, banking and commerce when trading with other countries who are using those? I know there are other difficulties I haven’t thought of.

The ones I’ve seen don’t protect the innocent. They stand around in court and guard the system making sure that judges are not called out for their criminal actions as they preside over the prosecution of 2nd amendment proponents. Nether the judges nor the U.S. Marshals will uphold their oath to defend the constitution.

Attorney Bregman: “As an officer of the court, I cannot and will not enforce something that is clearly unconstitutional.”
Let’s hope our “representatives” in D.C. are watching it, too!

This unconstitutional edict lays out the evil plan. Let prisoners out without bail and fail to prosecute criminals clearly caught in the act of crime; give drug essentials to homeless and others while encouraging looting, burning, blatant theft, etc. and use these planned strategies to “blame” and punish law abiding citizens and businesses to justify disarming them. But as Leo pointed out, criminals are free to prey upon the innocent, carry arms and use them with impunity.

For years New Mexico has had Democrat/Socialist Governors. Albuquerque, Santa Fe, Farmington, Taos, Alamogordo, and other cities have been experiencing horrible murders, drive by shooting sprees, drug wars between several drug war lords. The wealthy Hispanics are complacent about the crime because they like the federal government have made tremendous profits from the ihuman trafficking, illegal drugs, and support of the war lords, the city. State and federal government officials who are corrupt and totally evil. Satanic sacrifices are also a part of this. With all these illegal foreigners crossing our southern and northern borders , the citizens’ lives of this country are threatened because these so called human beings have been indoctrinated since childhood in children and adult sacrificing for not only Satan but other awful idols. Human life does not mean anything to these beings. Many people in this country are believing the lies of the political Satanists that these beings are seeking political and religious asylum. China has sent their people who are infiltrating our country and being used to purchase land and build supposed medical marajuana grow farms, ruin our food and water supply. Ranchers and farmers are being murdered all the time and the end result is so that their land and wealth can be taken over by these satanic beasts. Albuquerque and all people need to ask God for forgiveness for their sins before it is too late. The New Mexico Governor’s family has been in control of this state beyond statehood and they have a morally bankrupt dark past history.
