USAID sent $9.3B to Islamic terror states that killed 3,000 American soldiers
The explosive disclosures about how U.S. taxpayer monies are being used to subvert governments worldwide, while propping up others, continues to shed light on the outragious fools our own government must take us for. They steal our money and use it however they wish, often in secret deals that reward obedient foreign regimes while punishing the disobedient.
But the recent disclosures also reveal how the whole problem with modern Islamic terrorism is largely a creation of the West. Because without Western support, the modern Islamic jihadist movement would be broke and powerless. I would wager that the Western powers could wipe them out in a few months if they really wanted to, simply by cutting off the massive “aid” programs.
Yes, the Muslim terrorists hate Christians and Jews and wish them dead or subservient, according to their religious teachings. That’s a fact. But they would not be empowered to commit jihad were it not for the almighty U.S. dollar. And some of the dead end up being U.S. soldiers. U.S. taxpayer dollars being used to fund the murders of U.S. military personnel, imagine that!
And in the process of these needless wars, millions of Muslim refugees get driven into the Western countries. Talk about a duel bang for their buck, these globalists really know how to play the American people on their way to destroying nations and bringing in their one-world beast system. They are very good at what they do, you have to hand it to them.
The latest bombshell report comes from investigative reporter Daniel Greenfield.
Greenfield, in an article for Israel National News, reports that USAID doled out more than $9 billion to foreign terrorist groups that killed over 3,000 American soldiers in recent years. Below is an excerpt from Greenfield’s article.
Over the last two years, USAID doled out $2.3 billion in “humanitarian assistance” to Congresswoman Ilhan Omar’s native Somalia. Last year it reported a request for $1.6 billion in aid and even in December 2024, with the Biden administration on the way out the door, it sent an additional $29 million.
USAID support for Somalia doubled under the Biden administration and with $3.3 billion from USAID allocated in the last 5 years. the threatened withdrawal of funding must have been a painful blow for Omar, who is very close to the Somali regime. Former Somali Prime Minister Hassan Khaire had stated “the interest of Ilhan are not Ilhan’s, it’s not the interest of Minnesota, nor is it the interest of the American people, the interest of Ilhan is that of the Somalian people and Somalia.”
Somalia, along with other Islamic terrorist entities, including the Taliban in Afghanistan, the Houthis in Yemen, and Hamas in Gaza, were among the top beneficiaries of USAID cash.
USAID sent $2.1 billion to Gaza and the “West Bank” since the Hamas attacks of Oct 7. In 2024 alone, $917 million was programmed for the terrorist areas occupying Israel.
USAID provided more than $3.7 billion to Afghanistan since the Taliban took over with $832 million in the previous fiscal year alone. The money was so unaccountable that USAID refused to cooperate with SIGAR: the government watchdog tracking spending in Afghanistan intent on blocking money from aiding terrorists.

UNRWA, an embattled agency losing funding due to terrorist ties, is trying to shore up its defenses. Too little too late. It’s unfortunate that they didn’t exercise oversight long ago. Reprehensible too, that our U.S. government didn’t have any gatekeepers before they let out billions of our taxpayer money to yet another UN group with little accountability.

No use wringing hands over lack of foresight when we only seem to learn most through hindsight. A three-minute video, “The Terror of Return,” by the Center for Near East Policy Research, filmed Palestinian children from UNRWA camps talking about killing Jews and returning to the land. The conversation includes the following horrifying comments by two young boys: “In the camps, we learned to defend our land and our country…We learned how to fight, to attack…“with God’s help, very soon, we’ll smash their heads, and we’ll return to our lands.” It was filmed at the same point where Hamas, accompanied by Gazan civilians, breached the southern border on 10/7/23 but it was produced and released five years earlier. No one heeded its warnings. Maybe it wasn’t publicized enough.
But a story in Jewish News Syndicate which references the film says that the Center for Near East Policy Research tried for decades to issue warnings about “hatred and incitement festering in the 59 UNRWA refugee camps scattered throughout Gaza, Judea and Samaria, and eastern Jerusalem.”
More than 20 years ago they issued a 37 page report on UNRWA, which included references to the antisemitic jihadist nature of the textbooks at that time being used in UNRWA schools in Gaza and Judea and Samaria (“West Bank”):

“Jews and Israelis are represented as being cunning and deceitful.”
The language and sentiment in these textbooks has gotten even more violent in recent years.

It should be no surprise that US taxpayers have financed over the decades many questionable foreign aid programs. Most of this US “aid” is to fund wars and chaos everywhere, much less on humanitarian needs.
UNRWA, which had supplied aid to Palestinians, is accused by Israel of collaboration with Hamas, which UNRWA denies. Israel will NOT tolerate anyone helping the Palestinians and has obstructed all aid to Gaza in the attempt to make Gaza unlivable, so this accusation against this UN organization is not surprising. Here’s one accusation UNRWA addresses (an accusation repeated by NY Post—whose editorial direction was established by Rupert Murdoch, a staunch Israel supporter):
“The Claim: UNRWA schools in the oPt, which use textbooks approved by the Palestinian Authority, have used materials that glorify terrorists and promote hatred of Israel.
The Facts: UNRWA uses host government textbooks, in line with UN best practice for providing quality education in refugee settings. UNRWA reviews all textbooks used in its schools to identify sections that may not be in line with UN values and UNESCO standards for teaching. UNRWA has zero tolerance for hate speech and incitement to discrimination, or violence. Independent analysts and international education experts have vouched for the quality and content of the education that UNRWA provides in its schools.

Does Hamas distribute hate literature in their schools and do we pay for it? Likely, as there is no discipline in US government accounting, being subject to political factionalism. But Israel also promotes anti-Palestinian racism in their schools, military and media and have for years. It is an apartheid state, after all. Hate teachings from either side are common but totally reprehensible. So why does it happen? Why don’t the Israelis ask why their relationship with the entire Middle East is so bad? Does anyone want to hear the Palestinian side of the story? No???? Well, that’s the problem. Then expect their hate to continue and for the entire muslim world to make common cause with them, indeed, nearly the whole globe. The cure for that? Take Palestinian grievances seriously and spare them from being targeted for extermination. Then they won’t feel so threatened. Stop supplying Israel and force them to learn humility to respect and get along with the natives. Right now, we give them carte blanche to do any outrage they want to the Palestinians, Lebanese, Syrians etc—this makes the Israelis arrogant and murderous. They are piling up sin upon sin before God who will certainly judge them. This whole Israeli-Palestinian conflict could have been avoided 100 years ago had there been more interest taken of how to make two peoples merge in one land.
Meanwhile, every year the US gives Israel billions in military and other aid. Why when there are Americans that need that money? At Israel’s behest (after Netanyahu strongly pushed for invasion and lied about Iraq’s WMDs) we invaded and destroyed Iraq for them—that war cost us $1 TRILLION. Afterwards we funded and armed ISIS to further terrorize Iraq and Syria, which killed many Christians and Muslims. Both the US and Israel also funded and armed the latest ISIS invasion of Syria, resulting in the fall of Syria and the subsequent slaughter of the Alawites. What did that get us? In addition, American “christian” Zionists fund and collaborate with Israeli settler groups who steal land, murder Palestinians by the scores and advocate the extermination/expulsion of the native Palestinians in their Knesset. Those settlers teach their children to hate and there’s some cute kids singing “Death to the Palestinians” you can find online (among other things). Hard to know why American “christians” support this—is it out of ignorance? Or are they sinfully filled with hate, too and found a “sacred cause” for it? So has the US/Israel been a force for terror throughout the Middle East.
Netanyahu also directed funds through Qatar to Hamas to facilitate its creation and power to thwart the creation of a Palestinian state by the Palestinian Authority. Too bad his cynical ploy backfired, but that’s what happens when you employ your terrorists to do your dirty work. They always turn on you, because they’re gangsters. I already mentioned this tendency in an earlier comment. Really, Israel brings a lot of grief upon itself.
To Clarify some points brought up in someone’s comment:
As for who qualifies as Semites—Jews are not the only Semites. DNA studies (as noted in Israeli media) have amply proven that the Palestinians are Semites, as are the Arabs, Iraqis, Syrians, etc Therefore Jews and Palestinians are related. So to say that “anti-semitism” only applies to Jews is complete nonsense. Abraham has many descendants. Religion does not determine DNA relationships. Some Palestinians are muslims, but some are Jews and Christians. Islam includes adherents of many nations, just like Judaism does (there are French Jews, Americans, Russian Jews, Chinese Jews etc), and so does Christianity—internationalism being a characteristic of all three religions.
Hamas did not start the Gaza war. Gaza has been under siege since 1948. What happened since October 7 is merely the latest phase in a continual 100 year war.
It appears the hostages held by Hamas were in good condition compared to the Palestinian prisoners exchanged for them who were very broken and starved men. It was a major PR embarrassment for Israel who are on record in their own media for abuse of prisoners.
Civilian casualties in war do happen, but Israel has been shockingly indiscriminate in their bombing campaign and to excuse the extreme bombing that followed by claiming Hamas used civilians as a shield is ridiculous. Israel allowed the October 7 Hamas attack to happen and used it as an excuse to begin an extermination campaign against all the Palestinians, in keeping with their long-term stated policy to expelling or exterminating all non-Jews from the Levant.
There are very likely far more than 46,000 Palestinians dead in this war. What portion of these are Hamas members is irrelevant. The death toll has been estimated to be 200,000+ by numerous creditable sources due to the amount of destruction of homes and infrastructure, Israeli sniping attacks, the starvation and disease brought on by a complete blockade of all supplies. But not to fear–once Trump starts his real estate development in Gaza, I’m sure his workers will find many, many bodies as they clear the rubble and then we may get a true count, if anyone is interested.
Now—all of this together– cost the US taxpayer how much? How many trillions? And we haven’t seen the final bill yet.

The U.S. was already sending hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars to Gaza and the “West Bank” before Oct. 7.
Wouldn’t you like to know what you’ve been paying for? Education of Palestinian children for one thing: textbooks, schools, and UNRWA summer camps that teach students to glorify and value terrorism and violence, and to hate their neighbors.

It isn’t just USAID that funds terror. Iranian petrodollars also keep Hamas, Hezbollah, and Houthis well supplied. Besides murdering Israelis, money laundering and drug dealing are Hezbollah’s specialties.
So what paid for Islamic jihad for the last 1400 years, long before USAID? Probably everything they got from pillaging their victims.
The impetus for the indiscriminate murder of infidels by “resistance fighters” (butchers) is their seething hatred of anyone who refuses to worship their false god. A member of this genocidal death cult could be a pauper but they feel enriched by tenets of the Koran that tell them that it’s not only ok but a blessed thing to rape, torture, murder and kidnap. That’s enough gasoline to keep the engine going in these zealots for a long, long time.
Certainly Hamas must have been feeling prosperous as they indulged in their carnage in the name of allah, knowing they were making deposits in their future 72-virgin paradise piggy bank.

An interesting story on World Net Daily, “Did the CIA know Hamas would attack Israel on Oct. 7?” draws the following parallels between this attack and the Yom Kippur War, based upon an NSA Arabic translator’s experiences.
“Bruce Brill, a former translator for the National Security Agency, discovered the U.S. intelligence agencies had secret divisions called “Jew Rooms” working against Israel and knew in advance that the Arab nations would attack Israel on Yom Kippur 1973. Brill later discovered not only did the intel community know about the impending attack, but a secret division inside the CIA misled Israel, assuring their Israeli counterparts there would be no attack….he has reason to suspect the Jew room is still operating and may have assured Israeli intelligence, despite warnings from IDF spotters, there would be no Hamas attack on October 7, 2023.”
If what Brill suspects is true, then you have to ask why U.S. intelligence agencies would keep targeting Israel for 50 years.

We can argue back and forth about past atrocities committed by Jews and Muslims. But the most pressing is the current genocide being committed against the Palestinian people which is being perpetrated in pursuit of the Zionist agenda by it’s subscribers, both Jewish and Christian.
The excuse that Hamas is responsible for October seven is a convenient half truth being circulated by the Zionists.
The truth is that the Israeli government was complicit in what happened on October seven.
The border between Gaza and Israel is fitted with the most sophisticated security equipment, including cameras , lasers , machine gun towers and a monitoring centre staffed by a team of highly trained observers / spotters. Not to mention , on the ground military.
But on October seventh the military were stood down and when the ‘spotters’ reported that the border had been crossed , there was no response from the military. The spotters were unarmed.
Fifteen spotters were killed and seven were taken hostage. These young women were unarmed and defenceless.
This could have been prevented had the military heeded the repeated warnings of the spotters both before and during the Hamas incursion.
New York times reported that the Israelis knew a year in advance about the planned attack. Even Egypt had passed on a warning to Israel but the Israeli leadership did nothing.
In the days leading up to the attack Israeli spotters observed the Hamas preparation maneuvers which were taking place and they reported it but no action was taken. In fact they were ordered to be silent under threat of a court marshal.
On the day of the attack spotters once again reported the unfolding attack including bombs and missiles which could be seen by civilians as far away as Jerusalem. But there was no response from the military. And the normal military presence was absent from the Israeli Gaza border .
Apache helicopters could have been there in five minutes and could have prevented the incursion but they were stood down.
All Israeli defences were absent for several hours after the Hamas soldiers entered into Israel
The Hamas equipment was very basic when compared to the might of the Israeli military.
The Hamas air force🤣 consisted of a few paragliders and their ground motor squadron 🤣 consisted of half back trucks and cars and motorbikes.
A couple of Apache helicopters could have destroyed the Hamas incursion easily,
The IDF withdrew the military completely from the Gaza border prior to the Hamas attack
After seven hours a reservist major decided to respond without orders from IDF. He was surprised to find no military were present.
In another case :
Jasmin Porah was a witness to the horrific attack on Kibbutz Be’eri where 112 civilians were killed. She said that it took over ten hours for the military to arrive. There are many other cases of civilians reporting what was happening.
“The delay in the IDF’s response to the October 7 attack has been a subject of significant scrutiny and debate. Reports indicate that despite warnings and advanced security measures, the military presence was notably absent from the Gaza border during the initial hours of the attack This absence has led to questions about why Apache helicopters and other military defenses were not deployed promptly.”
In short , there was collusion between the Israeli leadership and Hamas which resulted in a co-ordinated incursion by Hamas whilst the Israeli military were stood down for several hours and thereby allowing the slaughter to happen.
All of this was to create an excuse for the Zionists to remove the Palestinians from Gaza in preparation for Zionist Israel’s hosting of the coming antichrist ‘man of sin’ and the establishment of his Satanic kingdom in Israel.
The Zionists have hijacked the Israeli and Hamas leadership who in turn have led both Jews and Muslims to the slaughter.

Not only that, Haaretz reported (June 2024) that more than half of the casualties on October 7 were committed by the IDF, which was following the “Hannibal Directive” (a controversial policy and its derivatives introduced in 1986) to prevent their enemies from taking hostages for use in a prisoner exchange. On this occasion, this action was authorized by Former Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant. So IDF attack helicopters were the ones that incinerated scores of vehicles full of Jews fleeing the area, not Hamas. Their tanks also blew up several homes, knowingly killing all the inhabitants within, as Hamas was said to be present. The primary reason for the Hamas attack was to take hostages for a prisoner exchange. They fought with IDF soldiers at a nearby base, but did not engage in atrocities like baby roasting and such—that was Israeli propaganda to shock and outrage the world, making the subsequent massive indiscriminate bombing of Gaza more acceptable. Just shows what an intractably hellish situation the Levant is in. Americans should stay out of it as our own agendas in the region are making everything much worse.

On October 7th, 2023 Hamas terrorists fired missiles into a music festival and kibbutzim. They slaughtered the elderly, children, infants, men, women, and entire families. Used guns, grenades, knives, and flames. Gang raped, sodomized, tortured, sexually mutilated, shot, stabbed, blew up, burned alive, decapitated, and dismembered unarmed, innocent Israelis. And the whole time they were laughing, cheering, whistling, and filming themselves using body cams while they cavorted around like demons unleashed from hell.
They kidnapped over 200 and have murdered many of them in the tunnels, while keeping others chained or in cages, abusing, threatening, and starving them. These foot soldiers of Satan weren’t alone. Many Gazan “civilians” accompanied them in the carnage as well as looted the houses of the victims. They assisted with kidnappings and cheered in the streets of Gaza when terrified victims were paraded by their captors. Over the last year those “civilians” again helped Hamas by hiding some of the hostages in their homes, forcing them to be domestic and sexual slaves.
The brutality and carnage is a repeat performance of the 1929 Hebron Massacre where muslem monsters slaughtered Jewish families and pillaged their homes.
Jews are not their only targets. Open Doors’ annual World Watch List for 2025 reveals that 4,476 Christians were murdered and 4,744 imprisoned. The top offender is North Korea but the majority of the countries persecuting, butchering and raping believers are muslim nations.
Whitewashing radical Islam and its massacres of Jews and Christians by downsizing it to “street violence” and “thuggery” may get you accolades at Al Jazeera, but good luck explaining it to God when you finally stand before Him.

Leo, I didn’t realize you’d changed your policy. We used to be able to reference readers’ names and direct quotes on your website when we challenged what they posted. I apologize, then, because I’m used to the freedom of doing that on conservative websites as are other readers there.
Antisemitism has skyrocketed worldwide since the Oct. 7 massacre, as all of us have seen. So when I see online attacks upon Jews, Israel, or Israelis, as a Christian I can’t ignore or refuse to comment upon hateful comments of others.
Words have consequences. If more Christians than just a few in Nazi Germany and other countries had spoken out, then maybe six million Jews wouldn’t have been slaughtered. You and I have both confronted that hate in some of the comments here for past stories.
Leo, I honestly find it alarming that some of what I’ve read by a couple readers for well over a year sounds no different than anything I’ve seen in pro-Islamic anti-Israel propaganda news outlets. You’ve also called that out.
If I ever post any future comments in response to what someone else has said, I’ll abide by your new rules and won’t reference their name or directly quote them. But I hope I’ll still have the freedom to expose the spirit of what I see being expressed.

Absolutely, you can continue to speak your mind free as a bird! I just got tired of the back and forth between the same cast of characters on the same exact issue. It gets old after a while when you can predict what each commenter will say in response to the other. I hope this change will make for continued free expression but without the personal nastiness. That’s my intent at least.

If more Christians than just a few in America and other countries had spoken out, then thousands of Israelis and Palestinians needn’t have been slaughtered.

I’ve made it very clear that I do not hate Jews and I do not hate Muslims. As a Christian it is not within my remit to hate anyone. But I do hate Zionism because I can see the spirit behind it and it’s influence on those who slavishly pursue the dream of establishing a Zion on this earth.
In the letter to the Hebrews, Christians are encouraged to focus on the Zion which is in heaven.
This earth will be destroyed at Christ’s coming so Christ will not dwell on this earth again. Instead he will dwell in the new earth which God will create to replace this current earth.

So, his earth which can be shaken will be removed and replaced with Christ’s kingdom which cannot be shaken.
The notion of Christ dwelling on this earth again is false and is being used to fool those who subscribe to Zionism as espoused by the dispensationalists.

It’s indeed true that the jihadi movement has been supported, and created, by Western powers. This has been going on since WWI, where both Britain and Germany revived jihadism to use against each other during that war. Before WWI, the last major jihadi uprising was in the Sudan in the 1880s with the rise of the Mahdi forces (the Mahdi being an Islamic escatological figure) to overthrow Ottoman-Egyptian rule. These forces were eventually defeated by Kitchener at the battle of Omdurman in 1898. After that, jihadism everywhere was pretty well flattened, powerless. By WWI, the most prominent Islamic power at that time, the Ottoman Empire, was in deep decline, soon to experience a secularist upheaval under Kemal Ataturk.
It’s been a poorly thought-out policy that the Western Powers (which includes Israel) have used terror groups of every ilk to overthrow states or to violently dominate a region. “Any means to an end” kind of thinking to achieve short term aims, causing instead immense blow-back to the West in terror attacks and uncontrolled immigration of displaced persons, pushing the globe closer to war. To make this chess game even more complex, Britain, and now the US, had installed the secular leadership of many Arab states (like Egypt, Libya, Jordan, Syria, Saudi Arabia etc), using bribery or threats to control them. In the last 10-20 years, we have been overthrowing those secular governments, using jihadi groups like ISIS against secular regimes in Iraq, Libya and Syria, and installing radical Islamic regimes. Since our leadership doesn’t seem to care much about the human cost of their geopolitical tactics and schemes—yes, millions were needlessly killed or displaced, as were American troops, even ambassadors (like Ambassador Stevens in Libya) have been sacrificed. But we do this all over the globe—Ukraine, Georgia, the Balkans, Africa, Latin America etc—it’s not just limited to the Middle East.
It’s a criminal way of doing business, evidence of how stupid, dishonorable and depraved our leadership is. But somehow we’re stuck with this, because we have such corrupt leadership throughout our whole government, our culture. Unless we can get rid of the corruption, all this mayhem and destruction will continue to devour many nations, including eventually, our own.
The most important terrorists that cannot be left out of the equation are the Zionists. The British installed them in Palestine after WWI with the short term aim of making them a thorn in the side of the Arabs. To this end, they gave the Zionists every legal advantage over the native Palestinians, denying them equality before the law. Despite the British attempts to keep order, the Zionists had their own agendas, carrying out a decades long campaign of murder and bomb attacks against the Palestinians, eventually attacking the British themselves to chase them out (as in the King David hotel bombing). This also included their involvement in forced displacements of unwilling Jewish populations from Europe and the Arab countries to populate the Zionist state of Israel. Known terrorists became their prime ministers. US support of the Zionist state of Israel was limited until the 1967 war. LBJ started the huge support of Israel, even to the point of allowing Israel’s bombing of the USS Liberty in that war and suppressing its investigation. Support for Israel has grown by quantum leaps until today, whereby nearly every Congressman, many bureaucratic officials (like CIA’s James Angleton), even presidents (like Biden/Trump), support Israel to the exclusion of everything else, including America. That’s how our tax dollars openly supply the bombs (maybe soon the troops) used in the latest major land theft, genocide and ethnic cleansing in Palestine. Just try to get your compromised senator or congressman to vote against this. Good luck.
Whenever Western powers have raised up any sort of terror groups to serve their purposes, it’s only a matter of time when these same terror groups turn on us. It’s a matter of debate whether these groups turn on us because they feel empowered by their past successes and ambitions or whether they are directed by the Deep State to enact a false flag incident that serves Deep State strategy (like 9/11). The muslim terrorists mostly tend to do street violence, like ramming trucks through crowded streets, stabbings, bombings–Street thuggery tactics to frighten us to strike back at a nest of hornets. Bad enough, to be sure. But they are low level operatives. They don’t operate from seats of power where the deepest, darkest criminality exists directing the grand strategy of who controls the Middle East and the world. Who decide who lives and who dies on a grand scale. I find it sobering indeed that the US has actually become the Beast ridden by the Whore of Babylon (an Old Testament symbol for apostate Jerusalem). Surely indicative of the End Times. The flow of our tax dollars will continue to fund that depraved role, no matter what we say. How far we have fallen!

The subsequent behaviour of the Zionist movement has destroyed all trust between Muslims and Jews. Mossad’s ‘modes operandum’ which says “BY WAY OF DECEPTION THOU SHALT DO WAR” has helped to earn this mistrust. Mossad are by their own admission deceitful and cannot be trusted.

Unibokk–Also, it was the muslim Ottoman Empire that offered asylum to Jews escaping pogroms of Inquisition Spain. So we can’t just paint all of the Islamic world as being full of monsters—they are human beings very capable of kindness and hospitality. Christianity, Judaism and Islam have all been guilty of atrocities against each other throughout history. What’s bad is our government and western states in general have weaponized the radical elements of Islam to use against the peoples of the Middle East and Central Asia for corrupt geopolitical agendas. ISIS is entirely our creation, funded, trained and armed by both US and Israel, and it’s one of the most savage terrorist groups operating. But they have killed far more muslims than Christians, like Yazidis, Kurds, and currently exterminating the Alawites of Syria. They are extremely careful NOT to attack Israel and never have in their 10 year history—as they are allies.
On the other hand, Israel is a terrorist state to which we give irrational and unquestioning support, but they are much deeper danger to us than Islamic terrorists. Their followers (Christian Zionists and Zionist Jews) occupy the highest offices in our government, thoroughly compromised our Congress, subvert Constitutional liberties, and consequently control our foreign policy to Israel’s benefit and to our detriment. We cannot support either Islamic terrorists or Israeli ones—both have turned on us when it suited them.
