Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan addressed the 7th Religious Council in Ankara last week, delivering a speech on the state of Islamic civilization while highlighting the event’s focus on integrating artificial intelligence and digitization into religious practices.
According to the RAIR Foundation, Erdogan condemned Western civilization as wrought by blood, tears and genocide, a bitter irony given the Islamic Caliphate’s own legacy of conquest, subjugation, and brutality etched into history. The Ottoman Empire, based in what is today called Turkey, butchered more than 3 million Armenian and Greek Christians and carried out a genocide against the native Armenian people.
President Erdogan, a leader of the global Muslim Brotherhood movement, has openly fantasized about restoring the old Ottoman Empire and rebuilding its war-making caliphate.
Erdogan’s Sunni jihadist thugs, brought to power with the help of the American CIA and British MI6, are poised to carry out another genocide today inside Syria.
Turkey is backing a group of jihadists led by HTS, former ISIS and al-Qaida members, who are in the process right now of destroying the lives of Christians and Shia Alawite Muslims in Syria.
But Erdoğan criticized the foundations of Western hegemony, including its obsession with the so-called progress being made in the digital age:
While I agree that artificial intelligence and the rush to digitize the world is being pushed by the forces of evil in the world, this is like the pot calling the kettle black.
It should also be pointed out that modern-day Turkey is a member of NATO, which makes Turkey part of the “Western” military alliance. This makes other NATO member states, including the U.S., U.K., Canada, France, Italy, Germany, etc., at least partially complicit in whatever atrocities take place against Christians in Syria.
If Mr. Erdogan had approached this topic honestly, he would find that the powers that be in the Islamic world are entirely on board with the digitization of all things, including all banking and financial transactions, all information, and all things, both living and non-living. Islamic leaders are among the most enthusiastic backers of what’s known as fintech (financial technology and replacement of cash with digital).
When the antichrist arises, he will be embraced by the leaders of all religions, including Islam, Judaism and the false Christian church.
Only the Lord Jesus Christ will ultimately put an end to this drive to create a fully digitized one-world beast system. But we as followers of Christ must resist it at every level as it approaches like a freight train of evil. We also must be careful not to get caught up in earthly narratives churned out by governments and their partners at Fox News, CNN, NBC, the NY Times, Washington Post and the rest of the corporate mockingbird media. What looks like a victory in Syria, and what was declared to be a victory by Joe Biden over the weekend, was likely just another step toward the grand deception that will culminate in that man of sin appearing on the scene with a plan that will initially bring peace and security for all but will quickly devolve into war and suffering.
Daniel 8:25 says: “And through his policy also he shall cause craft to prosper in his hand; and he shall magnify himself in his heart, and by peace shall destroy many: he shall also stand up against the Prince of princes; but he shall be broken without hand.”
Another verse that came to mind as I followed the news about the sudden “victory” in Syria that Biden and so many on the right were celebrating was this from 1 Thessalonians 5:3.
“For when they say, ‘Peace and safety!’ then sudden destruction comes upon them, as labor pains upon a pregnant woman. And they shall not escape.“

Anyone checking out the TikToks posted by OUR rent-a-jihadis as they post their bloody fun and games and how they play with their victims?? (You can see many examples collected of it on RT.) Reminds me of Saigon and Phnon Penh 1975—those particularly memorable results of our foreign policy. Reminds me, too, of Gaza—all the gratuitous murder, looting and destruction—and now OUR jihadis show themselves equal to the same standard. Too bad Israel continues to bomb every Syrian military depot—it leaves the Syrians completely defenseless. That’s the point—so that OUR jihadis can easily kill them all. No resistance now or in the future. Don’t blame it on Islam—this is OUR doing. DC, London, Ankara and Tel Aviv boast about their “victory” in crushing the Shia, and are getting ready for the next bit of mega-death nastiness. Looks like the governments of the West have morphed into Murder, Inc. All on US taxpayer dime. The reason why our groceries cost so much now is to pay for all this wickedness. But even though we are poorer in pocket than we were after Vietnam, we rarely see the real cost, then or now. So check out those videos, so you know and remember.

“A team of Donald Trump’s collaborators is analysing the possibility of military action against Iran in connection with its nuclear programme, reports “The Wall Street Journal.”
The team of U.S. President-elect Donald Trump is considering the possibility of undertaking military action against Iran. The concern is that sanctions may not be sufficient to halt Iran’s nuclear programme.”

Pergamos is called the seat & dwelling place of Satan. Pergamos is now known as Bergama Turkey. The beast comes from the old Greek empire according to Daniel 8:21-25. Turkey was part of that empire.
I believe the beast will be born & or come to power in Bergama Turkey. Literal, physical Pergamos; the past tense seat of Satan where the altar of Zeus (king of devils) was originally located.
The beast will come up & become strong with a “small people” (Daniel 11:23). I believe that this will be the WEF & the WHO at Geneva; the current present tense spiritual location of Pergamos; where Antipas was martyred.
But ultimately, the beast will reside in Jerusalem (Daniel 11:45 & Revelation 11:7-8). Jerusalem is the seat & dwelling place of Satan during the tribulation & is in the same country where Armageddon (Revelation 2:16 Pergamos prophecy) is fought.
Thus, God will use all 3 (past literal/present spiritual & future spiritual) locations of Pergamos to fulfill this “story”. Jerusalem is spiritual Sodom, Egypt, & Pergamos.

Here’s what I’ve read.
Daniel 8:21-25, has already been fulfilled and it refers to the kings of Media and Persia. Cyrus was the king of Persia and became the most dominant of the two. The goat was Alexander the great who was the king of Greece who defeated the Persians. When Alexander died his kingdom was divided among his generals.
Verses 23-25 describe Antiochus who banned the daily sacrifice and he also banned circumcision, he was the one who defiled the temple by sacrificing a pig on the alter. He also placed an object which was sacred to Zeus in the Holy of Holies.
He also burned copies of the scriptures and slaughtered those who remained true to their faith.
He had coins made with the inscription, ‘God manifest’ . It’s understood that this was a reference to himself.
Daniel 11;23 is another reference to Antiochus who called himself Antiochus Epiphanes. the title ‘Epiphanes’ means ‘manifest’ one.
But Daniel 11;45 is believed by some interpreters to be referring to someone other than Antiochus. Perhaps someone in the distant future.
I believe that the ‘man of sin’ mentioned by Paul in 2nd Thessalonians may embody some of Antiochus’ characteristics. So, Antiochus may be a type of what is to come.
We have to be careful that we don’t add to the scriptures, so be careful about where you source your information.
I hope this comment brings some clarity.

Wow, when I read about the Ottomans and the genocide of Armenians and Greek christians I am just astonished HOW NEVER ANYONE IS ACKNOWLEDGING THE 500 years GENOCIDE OF MY PROPLE – BULGARIANS!!!! Western Europe and the Whole world IGNORED for 5 centuries what is happening in Bulgaria. Read about the heroism of my people and the atrocities that occurred, read about Batak, about Stara Zagora massacre….brutal!!!! Rivers of blood streaming on the streets, the whole towns and villages were killed, innocent children, unborn babies being taken out of their mother’s bellies and sliced in pieces in front of their dying mothers….and the Western world ignored this because of the profitable dealings with the ottomans. And today I am seeing that this hadn’t changed, the western people haven’t the slightest clue of how much Bulgarians suffered. I understand that the article is describing a different political situation, however a mention of the atrocities against Bulgarian people is needed.
Even today visiting Batak one can hear the kids crying….it’s a place where one can still smell the blood! Thank you!

Thank you for enlightening me and my readers about the genocide against the Bulgarian people. This is one I am not familiar with but it doesn’t surprise me. The Muslim Ottoman Turks were/are extremely brutal savages.

It’s almost like there is a pattern – the dictator/tyrant/strongman we see as horrible is often better than the alternative. It was true with Qaddafi, true with Saddam, and true with Assad, who did NOT attack Christians and other religious minorities. An outside observer might think that perpetual instability is the goal of the US and its assorted partners in these crimes against humanity.
No, Assad was not a Jeffersonian figure but the Middle East has never known one. As memory shows, when Iran dared to democratically elect a guy back in the 50s, we and the Brits took him out for daring to believe that Iran should profit a bit from Iran’s oil production. We replaced him with the Shah, who was later ousted for the Ayatollah.
We are absolutely complicit as a NATO member, arguably THE member. Erdogan would not likely do this without our implicit or explicit approval. While the US congratulates itself for any role in “removing a brutal dictator from power,” what follows him will not be an improvement and will likely be worse. Because that has been our track record with this sort of thing.

Israel played a big role in the invasion and collapse of Syria by jihadis and continues to. Don’t gloss over their involvement in this nasty business as if they are mere innocent bystanders. They cooperated fully with the US/UK and Turkey in Syria’s demise and they are the chief benefactors of it. For starters what they got: “The Golan Heights will forever be an inseparable part of the State of Israel,” Netanyahu said (Times of Israel Dec 10 2024. The IDF is now 20 kilometers from Damascus). Netanyahu celebrated Syria’s collapse openly as reported in the Dec 10 2024 Times of Israel “But as I promised, WE are transforming the face of the Middle East…” So don’t forget their role and their explicit goals in the region, which is to take all the land from the Nile to the Euphrates—that’s what those 2 blue stripes on their flag means.
Now it’s no secret that the Turks have their own resurgent Ottoman empire ambitions in Syria and towards the Levant in general, despite the fact they continue to supply their rival Israel with oil to keep their war machine going. As the sayings goes: politics makes strange bedfellows. But one day the imperialistic ambitions of Israel and Turkey may well clash. Then it will be one dog eating another dog. And certainly the US will be drawn into that mess too since we are ruled by the neo-cons also hell bent on “remaking the Middle East” into a wasteland of war and chaos.
