The government of Ukraine is leveraging the country’s war-time footing to fully digitize its citizenry with biometric digital IDs capable of tracking and controlling a large portion of human activity.
And, according to a prominent American think tank, Ukraine’s digital ID app, called Diia (pronounced Diya), is increasingly viewed as a model for other nations.
Reports The Winepress:
“Diia is being used to procure and facilitate a number of public services and electronic payments. The war in the country has acted as a gateway and testing ground to see just how effective the move to digitalization is, according to a U.S. thinktank.”
The U.S. think tank cited is the notoriously globalist Washington-based Brookings Institute.
To date, the Diia portal has registered more than 21.7 million users, with more than 70 government digital services available.
The app holds 14 digital documents including ID card, biometric passport, student ID , driver’s license, vehicle registration insurance policy, tax number, birth certificate, IDP certificate, and 21 other services.
In June, The WinePress reported on how Diia was being leveraged to exclusively provide veterans benefits.
But Diia can do much more. Biometric Update highlighted some of the things Diia is being used for. The tech outlet reported:
“In June, Ukraine became the first country to offer online marriage ceremonies, allowing Roman Lozynskyi and his fiancée Svitlana Kisilova to tie the knot using the country’s digital identity app Diia.”
The marriage between the Ukraine parliament member Lozynskyi and university lecturer Kisilova was validated with digital signatures on Diia, which allows Ukrainians to access documents such as ID cards, biometric passports and driver’s licenses. The app also gives individuals and businesses access to public services, with the main goal of bringing all public services online.
Reportedly, more than 30,000 couples have registered for online marriage since the service was launched.
Interestingly, the move toward digitalization of people in Ukraine really took off after the CIA-backed color revolution in 2014 ousted a Russian-leaning president, Viktor Yanukovych. This is when “the successor government led by Petro Poroshenko embarked on Ukraine’s national digital transformation,” according to Brookings.
The Brookings Institute further explains:
“Facing an existential threat to its sovereignty, Ukraine has demonstrated the essential role of e-government—built on foundational digital infrastructure—in bolstering not only government efficiency but also national resilience.”
Diia is the most significant innovation introduced by the Ukrainian government, according to Brookings, which adds, “With the foundational pieces of Trembita and Diia, Ukraine was able to swiftly expand Diia to address wartime needs, including launching services for internally displaced persons (IDPs), financial assistance, property damage registration and compensation, reporting Russian troops’ coordinates, buying war bonds and more. The latest innovation introduced is digital veteran cards.”
You can see here in the Brookings Institute’s analysis of the situation in Ukraine, how governments use crises, especially in time of war, to bring in monumental changes that lead to greater control over people — changes that people would otherwise not accept if not for their dire circumstances.
This is one reason why the U.S. government is pushing so hard for World War III with Russia-China-Iran, so America’s independent middle-class citizens can be brought to heel under a Big Brother system that tags and tracks them everywhere they go, and in everything they do. This will be part one of the social-credit scoring system meant to log our behavior and assign us a score based on how compliant we are with government dictates. Part two will be the central bank digital currency which, when married with the biometric digital ID, will make the recipients complete slaves to the beast system.
Once this system is in place, with biometric IDs and CBDCs, stores will at some point start to use it to bar entry to those who do not bear the digital marking that proves their compliance with the agenda of their government-corporate masters.

Antipas means “for all or against all” as in, neutrality, like Switzerland, where Geneva is. Switzerland’s motto is “all for one and one for all”.
Geneva’s motto is “after darkness, the light”….2 Corinthians 11:14…Satan transformed himself into an angel of light….after darkness, the light, at Satan’s seat & dwelling place in present day spiritual Pergamos; Geneva Switzerland.
In the old Hebrew Bible “geneva” means “stolen freedom”, as in, kidnapping to sell into slavery. Cross reference that with the agenda of all the Satanic organizations in Geneva like the WHO & WEF.
In Revelation 2:17 Christ promises to supernaturally feed the church of Pergamos. In 1 Kings 19 the pre incarnate Christ (Angel of the Lord) supernaturally feeds Elijah under a juniper tree. Geneva means juniper tree.
The Pergamos prophecy references Balac & Baalam. Their story can be found in the old testament in Numbers 22. Geneva Switzerland’s area code is 22.
In Job 41 we read about leviathan. Switzerland’s country code is 41….seat & dwelling place of Satan (leviathan).
The Pergamos prophecy also speaks about “the deeds of the Nicolaitanes”. Nicolaitanes means “conquering the laity”, as in, oppressive religious hierarchy. John Calvin established a theocracy at Geneva Switzerland.
Geneva has 13 zip codes. 13 is the number of rebellion/evil in the Bible & is associated with the antichrist (Revelation 13), Satan (Ezekiel 28, verse 13) & Satan’s seat & dwelling place (Revelation 2 verse 13). It’s also interesting to note that Switzerland’s country code is 41 & if you add the 28+13 in Ezekiel 28:13, you get 41….and that verse in Ezekiel is referring to Satan.
The opening verse (12) of the Pergamos prophecy has 22 words…Geneva area code = 22.
The 2nd verse of the Pergamos prophecy (13) has 3 uses of the word “where”. The 3rd use of this word is in direct relation to Antipas place of martyrdom & is the 41st word of the verse. 41 = Switzerland’s country code.
In the 3rd verse of the Pergamos prophecy (verse 14) there are 41 words…Switzerland country code is 41. Also BALAC is the 22nd word (Geneva area code = 22) in this verse & BALAC has a cumulative alphabetic value of 19. 19+22 = 41….Switzerland’s country code. B = 2nd, letter A = 1st, L = 12th, A = 1st, C = 3rd…add them to get 19 + it’s the 22nd word of the verse = 41.
BALAC means “devastator” or “one who lays waste” and is found here as a reference in the Pergamos prophecy. At CERN in Geneva, they pay homage to SHIVA the destroyer. And in the “old days” there was a temple of Apollyon in Geneva. Same devil, different cultures.
John Nelson Darby, father of American evangelicalism’s dispensationalism & pre trib rapture heresies boosted his “street cred” and had his doctrines theologically legitimized thru speeches/lectures he gave at Geneva Switzerland; the current seat & dwelling place of Satan. In other words, his lies took root after he spoke from his daddy’s throne.
Pergamos WAS literal Pergamos where Zeus’s altar originally was. Zeus king of devils (1 Corinthians 10:20)…Satan’s seat. Zeus god of lightning…Luke 10:18.
Pergamos (spiritually) seat of Satan IS Geneva where Antipas was martyred although there are conflicting stories about this. Some say Geneva. Some say Pergamos. Scriptural evidence cross referenced with real world events & facts (WEF/WHO/CERN) all points to Geneva.
Pergamos (spiritually) seat of Satan IS TO COME Jerusalem….same location as Armageddon (Revelation 2:16)…in literal physical Israel. Jerusalem is the seat of Satan during the tribulation (Daniel 11:45/Revelation 11:7-8). Jerusalem is called Sodom & Egypt (Revelation 11:8) so it’s no shocker that she has many (spiritual) names…including Pergamos.
This is why Pergamos is the only 1 of the 7 churches that uses the word, “Israel” in it’s prophecy. God does not speak flippantly so that is a clue, not a coincidence. This tribulation era church of Pergamos is the Israeli remnant that evangelical false teachers claim is separate from the church. In reality, they’re only 1 of the 7 churches. They are part of us. And if 1 church is here during the tribulation we all will be here because the body cannot be divided by ethnicity or any other reason (1 Corinthians 12:12-25). We are purified CORPORATELY and we rise CORPORATELY (1 Corinthians 15:51-57).
Pergamos, people eating things sacrificed to idols…cross reference Isaiah 66:13-17. Setting: Jerusalem. Time period: tribulation/day of the Lord. In verse 17 people are eating a sacrifice to the “abomination” behind 1 tree in the midst of the gardens….cross reference Genesis 3…the tree in the midst of the garden. The people in Isaiah 66 are worshipping the serpent…the “abomination” is the beast…abomination of desolation.
Pergamos, promised to be fed supernaturally with hidden manna…cross reference Revelation 12:14. The woman is fleeing & being nourished from the face of the serpent. If his face is there so is the rest of him. Because it’s his seat & dwelling place. Which is Pergamos. Which spiritually speaking, is Jerusalem in the tribulation.
At 777 (Revelation 21…21 = 7+7+7) Christ returns & New Jerusalem is completed. There are no denominations & divisions in New Jerusalem. There is love perfected with 1 consent & 1 pure language (Zephaniah 3:8-9). Which means until then we still have these divisions (7 churches) & denominations. So these prophecies of the 7 churches are 3 layer prophecies; past, present, future.

Wow. This war is the goose that laid the golden egg for Klaus Schwab. If you want to enslave populations into taking a mark they need to buy and sell, never waste a good crisis.
Microsoft, unsurprisingly, is very supportive of digital transformation in the government and economic sectors. In March 2020 during the Covid shutdown they published a software patent involving digital currency (“WO2020060606 – Cryptocurrency System Using Body Activity Data”). The funds are dispensed only if the person who has access to the money exhibits actions that are validated by the system’s criteria as correct/acceptable.
Their “Public Sector Center of Expertise” host Olivia Neal interviewed Gulsanna Mamediieva, of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine for her thoughts on the Diia app (“Episode 46: Ukraine’s Digital Identity Approach”). Some quotes from the story:
“He [Zelensky] wanted to be able to fit the state into a smartphone.”
“Diia means action. It’s also state and me.”
“And coming back to what was foundation, we started from a digital driver license. And also with registration of business. Now, in Ukraine, for example, this is actually the fastest registration of business in the world. One of the first services was e-baby. It’s a registration of baby, yes, but actually a combination of nine services in one.”
“We went through the parliament and adopted the law, which actually introduced a digital ID [with] equal rights to the plastic or paper one, and it’s illegal not to accept a digital ID.”
“So speaking about what is possible, the war actually gives us – it’s a horrible thing itself, but, you know, it gives us an opportunity to move even faster, because it’s easier to find a consensus inside the government and introduce really revolutionary things.”
You can see how this started small, “from a digital driver license” but then morphed into an all-encompassing mandatory system triggered by a crisis. People have gotten comfortable enough with technology, that if this Ukraine war expanded to devastate other countries, many people would have no problem taking a digital ID. Slavery would be better to them than suffering and death.

Apple officially launched digital state IDs in the iPhone Wallet app in 2022. It is now available in Arizona, Maryland, Colorado, and Georgia, and will be added soon in Connecticut, Hawaii, Iowa, Kentucky, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Puerto Rico, and Utah.
According to World Privacy Forum’s data from the World Bank, 161 countries have national IDs in electronic forms. The majority of those have finger or iris biometrics.
Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) developments
134 countries and currency unions are exploring a CBDC.
19 are now in the advanced stages of CBDC development.
3 countries have fully launched a CBDC.

The mandatory digital ID and digital currency are well on their way to being established, but what about the global government? Will there be a political reorganization of countries into large groups that are composed of today’s 195 nations? Some people think so, based upon prophecies in Daniel 7 and Revelation 13 and 17 about the beast with 10 horns. Globalists who want a New World Order have certainly made attempts to organize countries into huge entities.
In 1973, the Club of Rome published a report, which included a map of 10 proposed blocs:
– Countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS)
– Developed Regions
– Eastern Asia
– Latin America with the Caribbean
– Northern Africa
– Oceana
– South – Eastern Asia
– Southern Asia
– Sub-Saharan Africa
– Western Asia
Although these 10 regions were never officially instituted, there are now at least 12 geopolitical entities, with the EU as the most recognized out of all of them:

– European Union

But it’s also possible that the prophesied 10 horns are not 10 groupings of all the nations on earth, but rather some political, economic, or military organization of 10 nations.
For example, in 2018 when Emmanuel Macron proposed the need for a ‘real European army,’ 10 nations signed up to be a part of the European defense coalition. These are France, Finland, Germany, Belgium, Britain, Denmark, Estonia, the Netherlands, Spain and Portugal.

Clearly, just one more incremental step towards the ultimate fulfillment of the Mark of the Beast prophesied in Revelation 13. And for born again, blood bought, Holy Spirit sealed believers in Jesus Christ, one step closer to the harpazo (rapture). Tragically heartbreaking for an unbelieving world, with eternal consequences. Gloriously rejoicing for those of us who know the Lord and will be going home to Abba’s house before the wrath of God, which includes the Mark of the Beast, is poured out upon a God-hating, Christ-rejecting world. I do not for one millisecond rejoice for the taste of hell that is about to be poured out upon this unbelieving world. But I sure do rejoice that the Lord has made a way for His Bride to spend a shabua (period of 7, in this case years) at Abba’s house in the Chuppah (the Bridal Chamber) that Jesus has been preparing for us, just like He promised in John 14:1-3. To the music of Lionel Ritchie’s All Night Long, where the night is symbolic of the darkness of the 70th week of Daniel upon this earth: “We’re going to party, in heaven, fiesta, forever, why don’t you come along? All night long…” Everyone is welcome. Everyone!!! But no one will be dragged into heaven against their will. Choose you this day, whom you will serve. Choose wisely. Choose faith in Jesus and His finished work on the cross. Tetelestai! It is finished…paid in full. Choose Jesus. Forever is a really long time. Maranatha!!!

Noah got on the ark in Genesis 7:7. Genesis is a 7 letter word so Noah got on the ark at 777. It will be the same way for the church. At 777 (seals/trumpets/vials) we’ll “get on the ark”. No early escape is coming.
In Daniel chapter 10 Daniel was in mourning for 3 full weeks & then Christ came to him. 3 weeks = 21 days = 7+7+7 days; and then Christ came to him in Daniel (6 letters) chapter 10 verse 5…6+10+5 = 21 = 777. It will be the same for the church. We’ll be in mourning until 777 (seals/trumpets/vials) & then Christ will come. No early escape is coming.
In Luke 2:36-37 Anna did not go into the temple to serve day & night & go no more out until she was 77+7. It will be the same way for the church. We won’t go into the temple to serve day & night (Revelation 7:15) & go no more out (Revelation 3:12) until 777…seals/trumpets/vials…no early escape is coming.
Ruth (gentile bride) kept fast by Boaz’s (Boaz, type of Christ) maidens (Matthew 25) and waited with Naomi (Jew) until both, the barley & the wheat harvests were over. And Ruth & Boaz did not elope in the middle of the night.
The people of Thebez (shining city》Matthew 5) had their city conquered by Abimelech (type of beast) and they had to run to the strong tower (Proverbs 18:10). They did not go UP in the strong tower until Abimelech (beast) came to wage war (Armageddon) against it.
Rahab & her gentile household were not rescued out of Jericho 7 years or 7 days before the battle came. They were rescued out only AFTER the 7th trumpet blasts and on the same day Jericho fell.
Gideon & his 300 who lapped water (Living) like dogs (gentiles) did not flee earth. They surrounded the enemy camp and blowed trumpets (Rev 8-11), broke pitchers (Rev 16) and let their lamps shine (Matthew 25) as God discomfitted the enemy.
